I am willing to leave a bad review every single day. I brought my dog in to have a ripped nail fixed and for them to trim the other nails. The vet techs declared that they wouldn’t cut her nails because it was stressing her out too much. That is extremely unprofessional. I brought her in for them to do it because I can’t do it by myself. And they wouldn’t even do it.

So far this place has been great. The doctor seems to be in tune with the animals and really wants to help the best way she can. They were very slow on the day I went but apologized for the wait several times. I guess they had an emergency, which is understandable.

They have been caring for my rescues for about 7 years now. I love how much the techs love on my animals. Means a lot to me.

Dr. Michelle is a great Vet. She wasn’t there so I saw a colleague. They found out my dogs Problem and put her on heart medication.

Top notch staff and Dr. Henry is amazing. Her and her complete staff were a comfort to us as we had to let our fur baby go. They also treated our emergency situation with no hesitation. They called the next day to check on us and see how our other fur baby was doing. Highly recommend this professional team!

Spring Hill is one of the best vets I’ve been too! I take my 2 cats Izzy and Penelope there and they have received the best care. I trust the vets with everything. My cats are well taken care of and I am blessed to have such amazing doctors. Dr.K and Dr.Henry are great at what they do and I couldn’t leave my pets in better hands. I brought my 1 month old kitten there to get her leg amputated and they kept me updated every step of the way and I wasn’t worried one bit. She is now 7 months old and living her best life! If you need a vet I recommend Spring Hill 100%. Reasonable prices and very friendly staff. - Ashley, Izzy, and Penelope.

They are the best, my pup loves them

My puppy was lethargic and not eating or drinking and when I took it to this vet she told me that they wanted to run bloodwork and such to see why she was ill and it would cost my several hundred dollars to do this, then she called and said well to save this puppy it’s going to cost thousands and you should just surrender her to me for me to save her. I said no this is my dog and I want her. They gave her back to me and charged me 600.00 just for bloodwork and some antibiotics for her to come home with and I just can’t even believe she had the audacity to tell me to give her my dog to save it’s life. Anyways didn’t cost me thousands of at home care to being her back. Just lots of care hydrating her. Oh and 600 to check bloodwork is insane! I’ve been to several vets and never paid that much for bloodwork

We brought our dog in on Dec 30th and had a full round of bloodwork done. We were told by Dr. Henry herself that we would likely get results the next day. We have been calling them every day since as this is a dire situation and have not got anyone to answer the phone until today (Jan 4). The receptionist told us the results have been sitting on Dr. Henry’s desk. Dr. Henry is out and we cannot get the results unless we want to schedule another appointment ($$$) with a new doctor. This group has no sense of urgency and has blatantly lied to us while all we can do is sit and watch our poor dog suffer without knowing how to help him. The worst group of heartless individuals I can imagine. They should not be involved in animal care.

If I could give zero “stars” I would. Awful, awful experience. Do not recommend. Save your pups or cats or whatever other baby you have.

I can’t recommend Spring Hill enough! They always take care of my sweet fur baby! They take the best care of of the animals while keeping the owners in mind as well! They are the best there is!

I can't speak highly enough about Spring Hill Animal Hospital. They really do care for our pets like family, and the staff is incredibly brilliant. If you're like me, I overthink everything, and I just want to make the right decisions for those that count on me. It's so comforting to know that I've brought them to the best care team possible, especially during anything serious or scary. Not only is it comforting to me, but my dogs are privileged to be cared for by a team that practices fear free techniques in order to comfort my dogs. They'll take their time, go at a pace the dog is comfortable with, and shower them with affection the whole time. Wellness checks are a breeze. We've had a few tough days with our dogs, and when the incident called for surgery I was completely impressed with the intelligence of the staff and care provided. The follow ups were solid. They answered even my millionth question with kindness and understanding, and my Knick-Knack survived a serious injury all thanks to Spring Hill Animal Hospital.

Very professional and care for animals.

We have an aggressive breed dog that is a handful to bring to the vet and stresses him out. Spring Hill has been exceptional working with him and helped save his life when he was really sick. We truly appreciate everything yall do for our Buddha. I highly recommend this place as the veternarians and staff are amazing!!

This is one of the places that turned us away while our dog Bella was dying because we did not have an appointment. As a consequence she died in my arms while we desperately tried to find a vet that would see her.

Finding a vet you trust is always hard, the staff and Dr’s here are awesome. When I moved to Montgomery, I asked the vet that cared for my two previous dogs for 13 years for a recommendation, they recommended Spring Hill, and they were right. From the first time I walked in the door, to boarding, to emergency care, they by far exceeded what you’d ever hope for in care for your pet. I even got follow up calls after they had to perform surgery on my dog. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Awesome Vet Clinic! I won't take my babies anywhere else. Always reasonably priced with amazing service. You can really tell they love what they do and loves my dogs. The place is always clean and I'm impressed with the level of care they provide. Staff always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them if you are looking for your forever clinic.

Being a small town breeder, I really appreciate the quality of care that these veterinarians provide! Their services are very economical and they provide a great break down of the cost-per-visit so that you never get to the register surprised. Would highly recommend!

Great with pets are concerned about the animals that come in there.

They are a little pricey but I really like them because they really do care about the .animals that you bring.

Used this vet clinic many times for basic needs, but today made an appointment for my two dogs to get up to date shots which they have records on file, and they have me a leave out price of $382.00, well at check out time they said we owed $462.00 and when why they said one price and charged another, they had no answer and to go ask vet, we waited and waited for someone to come back out with answer, no one did! Will not use this vet any longer, also wants over $500.00 to have my female boxer puppy fixed, no way!
