Love the vets and staff. I have been with Dr. Romero since 2005.

Just left this place after having 2 chiwawas neutered. They charged us $1,107.00 for both dogs. Guess it's our fault for not asking the cost before hand. Just seems really pricey just to neuter 2 small dogs...

Been using Joey Romero for about 16 years now. Always a straight shooter with no BS. He's honest and never recommends services that aren't needed. Office staff very friendly.

We took our dog Roscoe in for coughing and chuffing symptoms. No heartworms, thank God, just an allergic reaction to something. Tests, meds, and we're done!! Dr. Taylor Simon did an excellent job!! Give them a try for accurate info and a great bedside manor, (according to Roscoe, that is!!)

Very clean. Vet took a lot of his time to explain everything to us and even printed info from internet to help us understand. Staff is friendly, gentle and accommodating. Highly recommend!!!

An incredibly compassionate and dedicated veterinarian with a welcoming and kind staff. When my Birdie was at Animal Hospital of Montgomery County, Dr. Romero treated her like she was his own dog. The quality of care and attention to her case spoke volumes. I never doubted that he and the staff were doing all that they could to keep her comfortable. Throughout the week, we were kept informed with any changes in her condition. Birdie was truly loved and cared for at this animal hospital by Dr. Romero and his staff. A review doesn’t do it justice.

Having staff personnel greet me as soon as I walk in the door speaks volumes. Their flow of getting patients in and out was very smooth. There was no excessive waiting, but they didn’t rush while working with my dogs. They were very productive and informative and met all of my dogs needs. I am very happy with my visit and will definitely bring my dogs back. I look forward to many more stress free check ups. Thanks!

I have 3 dogs, they give discounts for multiple pets, they give discounts on Wed. They have several vets, so have always been able to get us in. Vets seem knowledgeable & I feel like they get good care.

We have been taking out two doodles to Dr. Romero for over five years. I cannot thank him enough for the quality of care he gives our girls. He helped to diagnose our Molly with Addison's disease...finally we could help her establish a more positive quality of life. Our labradoodle has severe hip dysplasia and dislocated her hip while we were in the process of moving last year. To say that we had a tough year is putting it mildly, but Dr. Romero's support and guidance got us through. Addison's disease is not only an emotional roller coaster for us and our girl, but it is difficult to treat. Molly is doing great! and so is our Nestle! The staff is awesome from the girls up front to the other doctors that care for our girls. We also want to thank Dr. Romero for supporting us every year as a sponsor in our annual Make-A-Wish golf tournament for children. Thank you all for always helping us and taking care of our furry girls that mean so much to us. We are blessed to have found you guys and appreciate all you do!!!!!! The Keith Family

I am a daughter of a vet so I am always watchful and cautious about any Vet Hospital. We have been taking our precious dogs to another hospital where we were very pleased, but we needed a Vet Hospital closer to home. I was very pleased with service that we received. The staff was helpful and informative to me. The staff was kind and playful with our 2 dogs. I felt the prices were reasonable. We also boarded our dogs there for 5 days and I feel our dogs were well cared for. I really appreciated the free bath after a 3 day stay.

I have been bringing my dogs to Dr. Romero and his staff for 10 years. I am a dog breeder, so my relationship with my vet is very important. Dr. Romero's expertise is impressive and his compassion is obvious. His staff and the other doctors are also caring, skilled and helpful. While checking out some time ago, I was chatting to another client who said her dogs love coming to this place! I highly recommend this facility.

Always friendly staff trying to get our dog comfortable and at ease. There's always something about a trip to the vet. or groomer that makes Bentley very uncomfortable. Sometimes not real sure if he needs all the things they're suggesting and not a cheap visit for sure, but it's the care they give that makes you go back. The entire staff seem to be willing to help answer questions or anything we may have.

Every time I go to the Animal Hospital for either my dogs or shelter dogs, everyone there is so helpful. They all have great attitudes and TRULY LOVE animals! a lot of compassion for their patients and their human parents!

We have used this vet for different things over the years. At the end of the day, they are more concerned about making money then anything else. Every time they want BS tests and they charge 200% mark up for meds. I have no problem with a company making money, but they need to be competitive. Because of this, I will take my business elsewhere.

We have been patients of Dr. Romero for the last eight years. He and his staff have been with of through the deaths of our two older cats who moved with us to Montgomery and the neutering and growing of our three younger cats rescued since we moved here. Our cats are indoor cats and panic whenever they have to leave the confines of their home but the staff at Dr. Romero's have calmed them down and you can tell they love animals. I will say that Dr. Romero and the staff stayed right with us with the death of our beloved Ramsey and called and checked on us until he fell into his final sleep. It was wonderful to have him go at home in as painless a fashion as possible. We can't recommend them enough.

EXTREMELY PLEASED! they go above & beyond providing excellent, loving care. i've needed several quick appointments & they get me right in. i have never been treated so warmly at any other vet. Dr. Romero talks, explains everything until i have no more questions...like my pet is the only one important. the entire staff is professional & caring. we have 6 pets & we will never go anywhere else now! we've been there for 2 years.

This place is great and they are always friendly. My cat is an outdoor cat and does not spend much time around people besides myself. They make her feel at ease while she is being examined. The shots appear not to hurt, as she remains calm. I take in a stool sample to reduce that stress. Taking a sample in the office is the only time my cat has shown any kind of discomfort. I am very pleased with their service and professionalism.

I have been a client of this practice for almost ten years. Dr. Romero and his staff have gone above and beyond for my animals time after time. I've had several special needs animals over the years, and some of their conditions were weird enough to require research. Dr. Romero has taken the time to investigate alternative treatments, to research the best medication options, and to address every possible way to improve their quality of life. He also is willing to spend as much time as necessary explaining your pet's condition, prognosis, and treatment options. Given that I have high maintenance pets, I am very very grateful to have this clinic. The staff is excellent, and the facilities are state of the art. The vets are knowledgeable, informative, and compassionate. I refer everyone I know to this clinic.

We brought our newly adopted puppy in to see Dr. Romero who gave her a good physical, provided her immunizations, and pronounced her healthy. We realy liked the caring staff and the large waiting room with ample furniture. Dr. Romero seemed knowledgable, reasonable, and compasionate .
