All the staff is friendly & professional. Everyone is helpful & goes out of their way to help & assist. Christine, she works in the lobby. She has gone out of her way to assist me many times!

They treat my Bluebell well here. Shes been going here since she was a puppy and they haven't steered us wrong which is more than we can say for other places.

I scheduled an appointment for my cat to get a wellness check and rabies vaccine. I called to say that I was going to be late. Without any sympathy or compassion, the receptionist very bluntly told me that if I’m any later than 10 minutes, they will consider it a walk-in and charge me $100 more for the services. I told her that if they are going to treat their new customers like this, then I they can forget about me rescheduling. Avoid this place. They really don’t care about their customers. That only makes me wonder how they treat the animals…

Dr Brian smith is actually a really terrible veterinarian for internal medicine or emergency. He is more focused on the image that is perceived of him in the sienna community. Take your pets down tne road to sienna 6. He charges $600 for a semi annual when you can get better care for a cheaper price. But he has a $600,000 house he has to fund. Just beware. Most technicians are trained on the job and unaware of what they are doing most of the time. The lead tech Kim is a horrible human being. Honestly just avoid this place at all costs. Thrive would be better tbh.

The front desk is rude and clueless. I have never been there, just set up appointment with them for my dog as a new patient. The appointment was made online 2 weeks in advance, seems straightforward (but quite lengthy to finish). Then they called me back a few days later to reschedule my appointment. The way the person called and talked to me was very rude and unprofessional. I didn't bother to reschedule, just canceled everything and glad that I don't waste time with this facility!

The vet technicians are all extremely kind and genuinely seem to love animals. All the veterinarians have also been very kind and compassionate. I could take my animals somewhere closer, but I know they will receive excellent care at Sienna Plantation Animal Hospital.

I love how gentle and caring all of the vets and technicians are with with furbabies. The vets are very knowledgeable and freely share information with pet parents to help them provide the best care possible.

Impeccable service! Sienna Plantation Animal Hospital has earned my business for the last 7 years, and counting! With 4 pets, I have complete confidence in Dr. Smith, in both emergency situations & routine care. Also, I cannot say enough about the precautions taken during the pandemic. I also have high regard for the office staff, Angie, the office manager, and Christina, and Tech’s Paul & Drew, whom I have come to know over the years. Regardless of who is working when I arrive for an appointment, I am always greeted promptly & warmly. It’s a pleasure doing business with SPAH.

They poorly treated my cat they didn’t run any blood work on him or anything they just brushed it off my cat had to come back twice and I had to go to another vet because they didn’t do their jobs

My go to in emergency. Save sweet p as life Worked me inl last minute Explained procedures when I could not afford, I was able to lance and flush the golf ball six hard lump of infection myself . W help fr Siena I saved her life no doubt. Babaric w no anesthesia! But it worked. I am very grateful.

So glad I found a great vet tgat I trust to see my babies. This place is well priced and take incredible care of the animals they see.

I recently moved much further away from SPAH and friends alerted me to vets closer to me. However, I chose to drive the extra distance and stay with SPAH because of the staff, their responsiveness and willingness to accommodate in an unforeseen situation. I also love their app and ease of getting needed pet info and requesting appointments.

I had my dogs here for years and after putting three down over time, couldn't go back in for a while. I ended up going in last week for an emergency and they are so kind and worked me in. Great service!

We just moved to the area from NJ and saw they were recommended quite a bit in the local Facebook groups. They were able to get us an appointment quickly last minute. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, nice & clean office and got us in and out! Thank you again!!

Don’t even bother, and if you decide to waste your time and your money to get rude service from front staff and incorrect diagnosis, I strongly suggest to always to go get a second opinion. My best friend would still be here if they knew what they were doing.

Love bringing my pets here. Staff is very friendly and caring. Also reasonable prices. We moved out of the area and this is still our go to vet.

Very awesome doctors and staff. Everyone was so sweet and willing to answer any questions and kept us well informed on our puppy's status while in their care. Was really great at making us and our Daisy very comfortable.

They took in our pup in last minute. We just got him and he was in terrible shape. They were extremely kind and patient with us. I could tell they cared about us and our dog. They listened and only charged for relevant things for our puppy. Our puppy is already feeling way better. I definitely recommend making this your vet clinic.

Took our new puppy for her first vet visit and vaccinations. When we walked in, everyone in the reception area greeted my wife, me, and Marley. They petted Marley and played with her to make her feel at home. We were taken back within minutes, and Marley was examined by the vet technician and then the vet. They took their time and answered all questions we had. It's obvious they care about animals in the way they handled Marley. Afterwards, they sent us a phone app that allows us to schedule appointments and it provides reminders for appointments and vaccinations. Overall, it was a great experience, and I was impressed. If you're looking for a vet clinic, I'd encourage you to check this place out. No complaints from me.
