Doctor posts Tik toks of dogs going under sedation and falling nose first into the tile while staff laughs. There were no precautions taken to prevent the dog from falling onto the tile floor and the pet could have easily broken a tooth. Would not feel safe having my pet in their hands. My heart hurt for this pet and the parent who entrusted them with their safety

My family just moved to the area. Dr.Sanchez and his staff was very compassionate to my crew. I was impressed by the thoroughness of examinations and communication. I loved that the office has an app for scheduling and pet reminders. When you have 3 large dogs (an Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow & Goldendoodle) it can get expensive and I found that the prices are very reasonable. Overall, great experience!

My family has gone here for a few years. I recently brought my dog in when I knew something was seriously wrong but they insisted his issues were just "the lining of his stomach shedding" and "old dog stomach/digestive gut" type thing. Put him on antibiotics and new food. He continued to get worse and worse and I finally brought him to a new vet where they quickly found he had cancer that was taking over his entire abdomen. Very disappointed more wasn't done for my boy to diagnose his condition earlier.

Particularly unpleasant and unhelpful. Receptionist was unable or unwilling to answer questions and was not kind about it. I had no problem with the charges but she declined to discuss them. Very disappointed.

Dr. Sanchez and the staff at Sienna 6 were there when I needed them most. My vet couldn't take my dog in quickly for an end of life evaluation but Sienna worked me in the next day and helped my dog get to rainbow bridge the day after. Their care and compassion were so appreciated. Thank you for taking care of my Joey at the very end.

My dog was seeing another vet and when she was sick and needed to see the vet the same day we decided to try Sienna at 6. They were able to fit her in the same day, as well as see us in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly and the veterinarian was very informative and also very proactive in regards to my dogs other issues that her previous vet never really addressed. After that visit we decided to switch vets! Since our first visit I have contacted them twice and both times I received a response in less than two hours. You can’t beat that especially when it comes to worrying about your pet!

My dog had to stay over night and when I picked her up she smelled so bad. They stated that she laid in her own urine. Never was able to talk to the vet only the tech who was clueless.

I love this place! They’ve seen my dog numerous times in the past few weeks. We’ve been treated with compassion and kindness every time. They’ve called with updates for us and to check in on my fur baby. The vet is thorough, explains the procedures/illness, informative on at home care and what to watch for. I feel like I can call and will get thorough answers. So grateful for their service!

Incredible, I just call my first time to make a appointment and the lady over the phone was so rude and unprofessional. I understand now , Why they have 50 off on services. Is not the vet is the costumer service, very poor . If I have questions , I should ask right? She responded so Rude and Unprofessional , Probably she’s not happy with her job.

After recent reviews I see what the animal owners are talking about. I took my dog in this week, he had an eye injury and the vet made it worse by not securing him before looking into his eye. My oreo ended scratching his eye again from all the moving and caused the ulcer in his eye to rupture. I'm very upset that now an optometrist at lake Olympia hospital has to look at my dogs eye.The vet at sienna 6 said he may need surgery or whole eye removed. All because they didnt secure him there's more but I will not be taking him back there again. His eye was actually starting to look better, should have never went for a follow up.

It was my dad's first time taking me and my first puppy to the vet. When we were walking into the Vet a lady who works there came from behind us entering the Vet office with no mask, so I said "if you don't have a mask on they won't let you in," or so we thought as she giggled and kept walking in to the back office. Once in, there was poor response, took 29 minutes to get in a room and another 29 minutes for a technician to come. He said that he is going to take my puppy to the back, and we asked why because it was just supposed to be an introduction but he said that he is going to give her several shots. Needless to say, we were skeptical about it but then we agreed she needed her rabies shot. The technician came back 3 minutes later and finally the doctor came in and the doctor and technician were treating the computer and not my puppy. Then they started to argue so I stepped in because they were scaring my puppy. A few weeks later we came back since my puppy was going to get spayed we dropped her off then later that day we picked her up and they said that they think that they gave her another rabies shot but they were not sure. So we asked what would happen if she got a second one and the technician said it should just last longer but I know that is not how medicine works so I asked the doctor and she said it will just make her double protected. Last straw was over dose of Sentinel 6 chews which was given wrong weight (dosed for heavier dog) which was potentially harmful...just another sign of lack of attention to detail one would expect from a Healthcare provider. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO SIENNA AT 6 - EVER AGAIN!

First visit today with Dr. Sánchez and staff. Wow!! They were amazing. From my first phone call, to my first contact with the front office staff, I was completely impressed. The level of both professionalism and genuine care for my dog, is unparalleled by any vet I have been to. Thank you for taking such great care of my dog. We are happy to call you our new Dr. for our precious pup. Sienna at 6 Veterinary clinic, you are the best.

It was our first visit in this clinic and appreciated the swift process in the front desk and the lady who ushered us to one of the exam clinic. Unfortunately, we were only seen by the vet technician, not the real veterinarian for about 10 minutes and we were asked to pay the entire consultation fee of $54. This is very expensive compared to the $20 consultation fee with a professional vet where we regularly go. We were just forced to stop by here because it’s closer to our house and we thought our puppy needs emergency care right away. Also, though the clinic looks appealing and clean both outside and inside, I don’t like the technician who didn’t wash his hands before and after taking the temperature of our dog. He also just leave the used thermometer in the exam table which I hope he would clean after we left. I suggest that this clinic encourage their staff to practice conscientiously hand hygiene especially in this time of pandemic. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service we receive compared to the amount we pay. But thanks for the fast service in the front desk.

Was excited to come here with my first puppy, and pleased with the quick service of getting an appointment. However, the appointment itself was very disappointing. Due to covid restrictions, they took our dog inside and had to stay in the truck- which is understandable. However, we watched the vet himself get into his truck and drive away 10 min after our dog’s appointment started. The tech who worked with us ultimately did a good job, but was very haphazard in telling us why went on in the appointment. Getting final paperwork my dog’s information was incorrect - breed and age, which is concerning as it was our first visit and I had just given that information. The tech told us we could wait to speak to the vet as he should be back shortly, but as he had been gone an hour already, we weren’t going to hold our breathe. We’ll be going somewhere else from now on. I would try someone else if this is your first time as well

Dr.Sanchez used to be more caring Now he is about the money.. He also works at Bellfort Animal hospital.. Had a very bad experience. Saw a fill in vet. He forgot to worm my 2 kittens. So we brought them in again for worming only!!! I was handed a bill for 289.00 The office knew the kittens only needed worming ..

Brought my 10 month old chiweenie in for A UTI after another vet clinic gave medication that caused her to have abdominal distress. I was allowed to enter the building here unlike the previous vet and was informed and was allowed the inform of symptoms that my fur baby had. So mych love and compassion was shown for her and myself.

If i could give more than 5 stars I would. Our puppy Koda got a pretty deep cut in her face and as soon as we called they squeezed us in and helped us to do the best treatment and make sure it was affordable for us too! They were quick and walked us through everything! This was our first experience with them and we will definitely be back for future veterinarian services for our pets!
