Two of my kitties were born here back in 2004. They continually received quality care from Dr. Todia. We moved away and after years of being gone recently returned to West Texas and A to Z as one my fur babies was nearing the end of her life. Dr. Vree was so caring and professional throughout the emotional experience of having to say goodbye to my precious Logan after 17 years. It's always clear that the entire staff cares deeply about animals and the services they are providing.

Next time you plan an event please consider parking. Cars are parking around one of the most dangerous intersections in the county, making it impossible to see and safely navigate the intersection.

Our puppies love coming here. The Dr& staff are amazing! The Dr is always patient and answers every question! (3 frenchies so lots of questions) plus you get to see all kinds of animals while you wait.

If your dog/pet has a serious medical issue, please do not go here. Place is crammed and unproductive. Take the bad reviews seriously. They match my dog's story. Had I not went to another vet , he would have died .

DO NOT USE! They charged me $500 to fix my dogs ear, put the dog through surgery and the same day they take the pins out the ear swells back up where we started, then they give it medicine that makes it sick and charge me $300 to verify it was the medicine after trying to dismiss me and send me home. Then when I call to speak with the dr , the front desk yells at me how nobody gets to talk on the phone until 6:00pm and that they don’t even get to take lunch on fridays. I ask them if they are going to charge me for a second surgery to repair the ear or if they will make it right and the office manager tells me that I will have to pay. They do not stand behind their work. Now I am out $800 and the dog has the same issue we started with! Read the negative comments because they are accurate for the service you will receive.

Ive had alot of dogs and alot of veterinarians, and they've all been good in thier own way, but the first time I walked into A to Z, I knew my dogs and I were in the right place. Dr. Todia is the best vet in the west. She cares for our animals and not just money. You can see that very easy with her. Shes very experienced in her world and Ive never had a bad visit there. All you have to do is try her one time and you'll be hooked. Guaranteed!!!

Dr. Todia is amazing. She recently helped my poor old boy pass after a long hard battle with arthritis and tumors. My Leo absolutely loved the staff and was spoiled every time he had to go in for therapy or surgery. I'm very sad my baby boy didn't make it, but Dr. Todia was excellent in helping his transition to a better place. A to Z is now my family's vet of choice.

Once you get to see a Dr, service is great. Office staff needs more training. Don't leave voicemails, they never get answered.

Unfortunately we took our dog to them. At the begginning she was attended and they told us she had an inflamatory process in her digestive area, they never made a correct diagnose, if the "Doctor" would have done that, maybe the story would be different. She was hospitalized with them by one week, they discharged her (with a CRAZY bill) and we tooked her home. After less than 24 hours she started vomiting again, so we decided to take her to the West Texas Veterinary Emergency, and they made a correct diagnose but by then was so late to treat. She had a bowel obstruction, at the surgery we were informed that for her best, she had to be put to sleep. This is so unfortunate and I´m almost sure that having a good assesment and diagnose (that she had not at A to Z), she would still be with us. Besides the place have a horrible smell, it is dirty everywhere. I don´t recommend this place at all. If you can, get away of this place. IN ORDER TO YOUR RECENT RESPONSE, THE ONE WHO TOOK OUR DOG TO YOUR CLINIC WAS MY HUSBAND. MAYBE IF YOU LOOK AFTER MY PETS NAME YOU´LL FIND A REGISTER. HER NAME WAS "DHARMA" AND SHE WAS HOSPITALIZED WITH YOU IN DECEMBER 2019. SHE PASSED AWAY IN DEC 14 OF 2019. I AM JUST GIVING THIS REVIEW RIGHT NOW BECAUSE I WAS SO SO SO BAD, THAT I COULDN´T EVEN TALK ABOUT THIS BY THEN. SHE WAS A DAUGHTER FOR ME, AND I CANNOT EXPLAIN THE PAIN YET.

I LOVE the vet that took care of my Molly (she’s a 5 yr old terrier mix). I think the vets name was Adam. He answered all of my questions about anxiety medications and my concerns about her breathing problems. When it was time to check out I couldn’t believe how reasonable their prices are. I would have paid more just because of how awesome they are! Molly had shots, a check up, and medication refill. The vet I use to take Molly to in Georgia would have charged me over $200 but A to Z charged me way under $200. I wish so badly I could keep taking her their but I had to move us back to GA. A to Z care so much about the pets and their owners and I love how it isn’t all about how much money they can get out of the owners. I could keep going on about how awesome they are but I think you get the point. Thank you A to Z!!! Y’all are amazing and such a blessing to Midland!!!

Dr. Todia is one of the best vets I've run across. She is kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Never had anything but the best care. Highly recommend!

Dr. Vree is a great vet! He gave my puppy with parvo the best care I could imagine. He kept us updated on her progress all through the week she was there. He let us know whenever there was need for an additional lab or treatment that needed to be done and always discussed other potential options. I think their prices were very reasonable and I spent about $1-1.5k less than I thought it'd be after reading about typical costs for similar treatment on Google. I also took my other dog and cat to him for their regular checkups and they received the same great care from him, didn't add any weird tests or shots for them, just what was necessary. The prices for those checkups were also less than I thought they'd be based on my past experience at other vet clinics. I'm glad my friends and neighbors recommended this clinic to me.

I couldn't stop giggling when I came into this place, I genuinely never knew such a vet office type existed that was like this one. I felt like at any moment a camera crew was going to walk in! Snakes, rats, pigs, horses dear god they got it all and more! When my wife's rats became ill this was the only place we could take them, found out they had pneumonia and got the medication we needed for them immediately. Extremely detailed with how to administer the medication, staff was incredibly friendly. These are the people that live and breathe animals and I couldn't be happier I live only 10 miles away. Thank you for your service!

Appointment set up at 11:30, told to get urine sample, less then 2 minutes and now the staff has an attitude, took until now (11:55) to get the dog pee removed from the room they have me in. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a vet place. I pay you money to take care of my animal not ignore him. Need new staff and a new environment that is not hostile to customers paying over a $100 for a check up.

Dr. Vree was so good with our dog! I previously went to another vet in the area, and wasn't happy with the service, so I decided to try A to Z. The Staff was all really nice also! Dr. Vree and Victoria both took the time to answer any questions I had, and made sure we were fully taken care of! I didn't feel like they were just trying to rush through our appointment like most places. I definitely recommend A to Z!

We have used A to Z veterinarian clinic for approximate 5 years and absolutely love their services. It’s amazing how much love and care for the staff and vets have for all animals. All of our fur babies are comfortable and never anxious when we go to the clinic. Thanks A to Z for all you do for us and our fur babies.

I started using A to Z about 5 years ago when my previous vet retired. I was scared of someone new taking care of my babies, but the staff made me feel at ease & I am so glad I can call them “my vet”. Dr Todia, Dr Wilson & Dr Vree are always very attentive & listen to me without rushing me!! They are amazing!!! & as a bonus you get to look at all the exotic animals they are taking care of!! I highly recommended them to everyone!!

I am so appreciative to this clinic be cause my dog was so sick and needed to be seen but every other clinic was booked. A to Z squeezed my dog in and I am so, so grateful. My first experience with the veterinarian that saw my dog was very pleasant. Explained everything to me in detail about what was needed to have a diagnosis and afterward showed me x-rays and explained what the issue was and the treatment plan. I couldn't have met a nicer veterinarian, honestly (Dr. Vree). The best experience I've ever had in a Vet Clinic. I'm not one to leave reviews but I felt strongly that I needed to share my experience. I'm so grateful for this clinic and the kindness in seeing my dog who was very ill, when most the other animal clinics in town would have told me they had no appointments until one or two weeks out. (This did happen)

Please if you love your dog go somewhere else. In December we paid $400+ dollars for tons of testing on out 13 year old heeler. We moved to Kansas January our dog was getting worse. Took her to a new vet and immediately diagnosed with diabetes. They just “tested” her but couldn’t tell she was diabetic??

I would recommend this vet to anyone. Also they have a very good therapy program. It has helped our Chihuahua in less than a month get back to almost normal. Love these people

The staff was really friendly and helpful- they were really great with our cat. Our cat was a bit scared but the staff were on it. Really good prices!! Got all her basic shots for like $45! Watch out when you visit- it is also a wildlife rescue.

Dr Adam killed our healthy 80# lab following a routine spay procedure. Heads up, Dr Todia is great but would not want anyone else to lose their loved one.....

Fantastic Vet. You can tell because they constantly are busy with lots of little furry patients. We have 6 they take care of and they are fantastic.

My wife picked up a young stray cat that we needed to have neutered along with a set of shots. I called 6 different vets from Big Spring to Midland and was told it would be at minimum 2 appointments to get this done and the cheapest was over $350. I called A To Z and was told it could be done in the same appointment and ballpark price was $250. I dropped our cat off in the morning and picked him up the same afternoon. The staff was great! Not only did he get shots and neutered, he got a complimentary ear cleaning, flea bath, and nail trimming for a whopping total of $244. This will be the new vet for all of our family pets, it's worth the drive from Big Spring.
