Great technician named Seth Awesome and friendly with our pets, we have a german shepherd and pitbull. He has become their weekly friend. One day our fuzzy loved ones made a mess in backyard with a pillow and he took liberty to clean it up. Treats the backyard as his own and always does a great job whether its rain or shine.

Seth is beyond professional and pleasant! He makes sure to forge a relationship with my dogs and is friendly and thorough each week.

Seth is awesome! Always very respectful when he calls before he arrives. The few times he’s interacted with our dogs he treats them so well and gives them lots of pets. Love this service! Worth every penny to not have to worry about picking up after our pets each week.

I am not sure about their service, but I just had a scary encounter on the highway with one of their drivers. He almost sideswiped me on 225, and then when we turn onto a main street he began tailgating me aggressively. I know I would not want someone so volatile inside my home with my pets and children.

We have been using scoop soldiers for a few months now and I absolutely love them. I love that I receive test messages from Dante letting me know when he will be at my house to service the yard and he asks if it’s ok to enter the yard in case the dogs are outside. I also love the fact that I get an email of my gate locked up when they leave to give me that peace of mind that when I let my dogs outside next they won’t be running away! My dogs love that when they come they have a nice clean yard to run around and play in. Dante comes once a week to clean up after my two big puppers and when he leaves he leaves them a big pile of treats. They love when Dante comes because they know that when he leaves they will have a treat waiting for them when they go back outside to play. Thank you again Scoop Soldiers for keeping my yard mine free and my puppies happy!

We have quite a few dogs and our least favorite thing about having dogs is the cleaning up after. We researched for months who we wanted to go with, and I found scoop soldiers. They were VERY quick to respond and very quick to come and help. Our yard is always perfect, they even double check the patio. I’d also like to shout out our two favorite scoop soldiers Matt and Nick, they have come multiple times and are always very communicative(we work from home and are on calls so we are well prepared when they get in), quick, and efficient. We love Scoop Soldiers and would recommend them to anyone.

Horrible, rude and unprofessional customer service. If you try to question and get some answers about how a technician acts/treats you, they turn around and blame the customer and then THEY cancel your services because you wanted answers.
