This was my first time at Fur Friends, but I will absolutely be returning for all of William’s grooming needs. Everyone was friendly to both me and my dog. I felt so comfortable leaving my boy there. Rebecca did a great job on the cut! William’s skin isn’t irritated or cut in any places. I warned Rebecca about a sensitive ear and a possible ear infection, and she handled that area with such care. He looks and smells amazing. He was finished after a couple hours and they called me as soon as he was ready. Thank you Fur Friends for making my baby look his best!

They did a great job with my dog. Pricing was fair. She came home happy and not traumatized like she has been from other grooming places. I will definitely go back.

I've used this place twice so far and I will never go back to another groomer. My previous groomers we're part of a boarding facility and they'd have my girl for several hours before giving me a call. Sometimes she'd be dry, other times damp. It was only after using Fur Friends that I found out that it only takes 45-60 minutes to bathe and brush out a 50lb German Shepherd. The fact that she's not kept on a kennel for an extended period of time gives me great piece of mind. Skylar is the best groomer too. Makes sure my dog looks great and goes the extra mile!

I gave this business another chance and I am glad I did.Crissy did a very good job grooming my puddle and I will return.

I was skeptical about trying out this place and in general, trying out a new groomer. As a dog mommy and the love for my sweet pup, I want to make sure that my pup feels safe and comfortable when going to the groomers. I decided to leave my “xyz” groomer because of their recent horrendous reviews they have been receiving. I didn’t notice any harm on my pup but I always have this unsettling feeling and every time I picked up my pup he was always shaky and nervous. Because of that and their reputation going down, I decided to try Fur Friends because of their good word of mouth and reviewing them on Facebook (and google). When I arrived at the facility it was really clean and I was greeted with a warm welcome. I had to wait for a bit because there was a customer there but I was helped promptly. The receptionist was really friendly and Trisha was very helpful as well which made me comfortable that I can trust these people. When I picked up my pup he was really happy and looked adorable with his bandana! He was roaming around the back since they don’t put the dogs in cages and I can tell my pup really enjoyed his new groomer! If my pup is happy then I am too! Overall, I will definitely come back to this place! They gained my trust and will leave your pet looking amazing! Thanks Fur Friends!

Groomers do a phenomenal job. Pricing is inconsistent. Bottom line up front: take your fur baby here, but always confirm pricing for the services being rendered. I took both my pups here for a shampoo and the amount was higher than the last visit, with no justification. The price of a second shampoo visit for two pups was higher than a full grooming for the same pups. Maybe it's an administrator or computer issue. The service itself is great. The groomer will listen to you, take a look at desired pictures, even show you length of possible cuts via a carpet book.

Adjustment: The first time I went it was really nice, I gave them 5 stars. The last 3 groomings I had from them they did not do the cuts. They did the hygiene cut and that was it. I gave them excuses, everytime, until I stopped going and cancelled all my appointments there. The groomer takes the time to get you know your babies! I have two westies and they are treated really well. The fear that some dogs have after their experience with other groomers... that does not exist there. They are supper happy when I go pick them up, always with something super cute on them. I do recommend them.

Our go to place to get both our girls groomed. The do a great job of getting them groomed without taking all day...and they look terrific! Extra nice.....when you come to pick them up, the girls are behind a gate with the other pets waiting for you to pick them up, and not in cages. Happier puppies

Trisha, the groomer, and Diane, the receptionist, are simply incredible!!! Diane's personality is so welcoming and bubbly, you can't help but love her. Trisha has done such an incredible job with our sweet puppy girl. She was so accommodating and made sure our puppy's first experience with grooming was gentle and comfortable. On the follow up she was equally amazing! Our sweet girl looks like a beautiful princess diva! Great prices, service, and experiences!

They do a fabulous job, and they take good care of my pups, too. I don't have to worry about their safety or fear they're locked in a crate all day, which is why I drive 30 miles every month for pup grooming.

Took my two fussy dogs in for a nail trim; the staff were incredibly patient and kind to my dogs! Nail trim was just a walk-in but they saw to us right away. Facilities were clean and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back for more nail trims!

I have been taking my dog to Fur Friends since they opened! I followed Donna from another salon when she opened Fur Friends. I would not take my dog any where else. The entire staff is amazing!,

Absolutely the BEST place. Donna (owner) is such a perfectionist and all 4 of our schnauzers love their Auntie Donna along with their owners! We have been here since coming to Texas x 4 years. Never disappointed!

Donna is fabulous! My dogs always look so awesome after she grooms them and they love gong to see her. I have a rescue dog and at the time I got him, I used a different groomer. They claimed they couldn’t groom him unless I drugged him up. That wasn’t an option for me so I found Fur Friends and gave them a try. Donna earned my rescue dog’s trust the first day she met him. She greats all my dogs by name each time we come in and makes them feel so welcome. She’s j wry talented and is ust wonderful!

When here to get my puppies groomed went to go pick them up. My kids reached over the gate to Pet their own dog and the owner is going to yell at them and tell them not to touch their dog . She is such a bad person will not be going back there ever again she only cares about herself she does not care about the dogs or anything else that goes on back there
