The office staff is quick to return your calls or emails. They are super friendly and definitely have a passion for pets.

Cross Timber’s is the best. They care fir your pets as if they are their own. We have been with them for years and they are fantastic.

The staff is always friendly. The vets are fantastic. The staff 8s very caring and understanding. We drive about an hour to get to them they are that incredible.

I found all team members from start to finish to be very engaging. They seemed to enjoy being there and it showed in the high level of service delivered. Dr. Mane is incredibly thorough and sharp at diagnosing the issues while being genuinely kind to my dogs! Excellent overall experience! I even stopped by Dutch Bros (across the parking lot) for some delicious Americano on my way out :-)

This place is awesome! They’ve been very responsive to same day appointments and a couple emergencies nursing my fur baby back to health. Love dealing with people you can count on, especially when it really matters and Mocha “The Diva” Frenchie loves going there. ❤️ ????

Highly recommend them, they treated our kitty. They got us in immediately, when we dropped him of they didnt make us wait and they kept us in the look while he was in their care.

I wouldn’t trust anybody else with the care of my pets! They truly care and I appreciate them for that! The Dr. personally calls to give you an update on your pet! We love this place.

Receptionists are always friendly and very helpful. They truly want you and your pet to have a good (as good as coming to the vet can be) experience. Dr. McNatt is knowledgeable and kind. We have not used the boarding service, but I feel like it would be great. I highly recommend this veterinarian center to anyone.

I had a mix wolf pup, and no other vet would see her but Cross Timer did. They helped me when no one would work with me! Great and friendly staff!

Took our elderly dog here to get an exam on her teeth and I got a phone call with their recommendation of putting her under for a full evaluation at a later date. I asked if I could come pick her up and I asked for an estimate and was told they would get one to me by the following day. I was told they would need to keep her for blood work if we were going through with the further examination, I stated that we would not be doing blood work today because I needed to know the cost and I needed to coordinate it with my husbands work schedule but mainly because I had many more questions about the further evaluation and her age and medical history. It’s now 4 days later and I still don’t have a call back to discuss my concerns or questions or the estimate. I have called in twice now and have been told “we will have it to you by the end of the day”

If they force you to a pickup time. They never meet it. Even when given an email MULTIPLE times stating that time and stressing the importance of it. They’re also quite expensive, even for our area (THATS SAYING SOMETHING). Besides that, there are some really knowledgeable vets, and really happy faces. So, “it gets it done” would be a forethought. Meh, customer service. But not everyone is rough.

Fist time bringing my pet here. I brought our new puppy here because our current place was booked up and I needed something ASAP (puppy guarantee within 48 hours of purchase). I am happy with service and the Doctor. They made sure I was knowledgeable on puppy care with the specific breed type we adopted and acknowledged my concerns. Thinking on transferring my other pet here.

I took my 14 yr dog in because she became very sick. The love and compassion that the staff have given towards my dog pepper and I is outstanding. I live 2 hrs away and I will gladly make the trip for each and every animal I have. This is the best practice of medicine and caring staff that I've ever had for the care of my pets.

Dr. Becky McNatt is one of the best diagnosticians I’ve encountered. I’ve owned an ‘extreme’ high maintenance breed for 35 years, lived all across the country & have never seen a veterinarian with her astute skills. She knows organs inside & out. She always checks for the simple things first, which has saved me hundreds of dollars. She is up to date about specifics of unusual breeds. What’s more, she’s fair when providing facts so clients can make a decision. Dr. McNatt should have a zillion awards for her superb skill set & service to animals!

They took me as a new patient on the same day. They were professional with me and super nice to my dog.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion. I live across the street and called this vet at 5:30pm to ask if I could bring my dog in because he had just eaten a large amount of extra dark cocoa powder, which could potentially kill my smaller dog. Even though they do not close until 6, they told me to go somewhere else. Needless to say, we will be changing vets going forward.
