This staff really stays on top of their job and really takes care of mine and other pups who come for daycare! They’re super involved and I love seeing them work so well with the pups!

One of the best things about BARK! Is that they truly love your dogs! My dogs are always happy to see them and spend the day at daycare. It makes me feel better knowing that they are getting loved on just like they do at home ❤️

The lady at the front desk was not wearing a mask and she was sniffling. I have underlying isses and am being so careful, numbers are so high right now and no one can trust anyone. Also, she tried to cut my puppy 's nails but didnt use a grooming table, she said she was stting on the floor and my puppy tried to bite her. My puppy is used to having it done on a grooming table , isn't that how it is supposed to be done for the safety of everyone anyway dogs will aways be dogs and they will defend themselves if something isn't right. Anyway, the lady was nice but why aren't you wearing a mask if you are sniffling or just clean your nose before customers arrive.

First time kenneling our 5 month old pup, it was an okay experience. While he was playing, another dog nipped his ear a little too hard and I was a little disappointed no one called to let us know rather waited until we picked him up. We paid for an exit bath but when we got him, he smelled like pee and the white fur on his legs were stained yellow. Ended up giving him a bath at home. Not sure if we would use this place again but the people were nice and he didn't seem miserable picking him up

I love Bark.It is the only place I will trust with my fur babies. When I get home from my vaca they barely want to leave. They take such good care of my pups I wish I could take the employee home with me to play with my pups everyday, If you dogs are family like mine, take them to Bark, they will treat treat your pups like they are their family too.

I have called a total of maybe 10 times over the course of 4 days, left a voicemail (which they say to do so that they can call back- never did), and finally spoke to one employee. When I spoke to this employee, she asked for my email so that I can register my pup and request a time for bath/nails… never received the email, even after confirming twice that she had the correct email. I have been trying since Monday to get my dog in b/c we need her nails to be cut before this Saturday. It is now Thursday and I have given up. Guess I’m going to be driving 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back to our previous groomer, instead of this place right down the street.

Our family became displaced from the snowstorm in February when our place was flooded due to a fire sprinkler situation. We had no idea we would be in this situation for 11 weeks. Our friends recommended Bark! to us, so we took our two very spoiled fur babies there. Winnie (boxer) is 7 and Panda (part pit) is 2.5 years old. I didn't visit them for the first 5 weeks, as I didn't want them to get confused, thinking I'd come to take them home. But I couldn't take it anymore, and stopped in to see them. I was very happy that they didn't smell and seemed just fine. I've stopped by on other occasions, still no issues. The pictures are from one of my drop in visits to see the babies. Donnae (owner) let me know that Winnie wasn't feeling well, so I took her to the vet. Got her some medication for an infection, took her back 3 weeks later and the infection was gone. I was happy I was able to trust them to give Winnie her medication twice a day. Winnie is a boxer and has high anxiety, so she had lost quite a bit of weight from missing us and probably shivering (that's what the vet said), but has since put the pounds back on. Thank you Bark! for treating our babies as your own. Knowing they were safe with you helped us so much. We missed them like crazy, but happy they were with you, getting treated well. We highly recommend Bark! to anyone - our experience has been 5 star!

A few weeks ago, I had asked for my dog's nails to be trimmed after she was bathed and was told it would take 15-20 minutes. 40 minutes later I walk into the building and asked for my dog, that I would take her somewhere else for her nail trim. They told me they were being trimmed. Again I asked for my dog and was told she is almost done. The woman was more annoyed with me than apologetic. I am now taking my dog to 2nd Family Dogs where their service exceeds my expectations.

Already a staple in my dog and I's life! Everyone I have met there so far has been wonderful and love animals. I dropped my pup who is about 16 weeks for his behavior visit and they took photos and video of him having a blast! What a relief, being in the automotive industry it can be hard to be there as often as I would like so daycare it is! Have a pup who is a lone wolf or a bit of an only child kind of pup? No worries, they have the ability to keep them seperate and have private play options so they can get the love and exercise they need to! Dog tax below!

My dog loves coming here. I've been bringing my dog here for over 2 years now. They know my dog by name when we arrive. I also used the dog boarding service. No problems, I feel my dog is loved and well taken care of. I highly recommend this facility if you want your dog to be safe and have a lot of fun!

Your dog will love it here no doubt

I've gone to Bark from the time they opened, my Aussie, Maggie went to doggie daycare and used the boarding services. Maggie passed. Few years later now I have Sadie, another Aussie. I took Sadie in for boarding over the summer, when I picked her up I was taken back by the 'extra' charges included in the bill. I kinda wrote it off thinking I should have asked more questions regarding the pricing. I later took her again for boarding over a weekend, when i picked her up I walked in and was hit with a terribly strong odor mixed of dog and urine. This is when I asked about the the owner, only to learn Bark had changed hands. I was then told the air filtration system was turned off because the new owner said it was too expensive to run. This explained why I was greeted at the door with a smell that burned my eyes. The staff doesn't greet you at the door anymore, they sit at the desk asking who is this, barely making eye contact? Honestly the staff seemed indifferent about the pets there, basically the customer service has really dropped off. And what happened to the viewing windows? Well, I gave them one more chance. I drop off Sadie, smell still there but not as strong, come pick her up then I am told Sadie's bedding was being washed as she had soiled it. I telling you if she soiled it, it is because she was left in her room for no telling how long. This girl holds her bladder for a solid 10 hours. It lead me to wonder, did she even get out much over the weekend or did she just sit in the kennel the majority of the Sunday. It saddens me to see one of my favorite places change for the worse. I really loved the previous owner, how energetic the staff was, how clean and welcoming Bark was, how happy my dog seemed when I picked her up. I loved to tell everyone about Bark. Now it's just a plain over priced kennel. We are going to give 2nd Family a try now.

They know our dog by name and treat her like family. The only place I would ever leave a pet.

I’ve been taking my dog here for a couple years now and she is always so excited to go to daycare! The staff are always kind and will share their fun experiences watching and interacting with her when I pick her up! They run specials/deals pretty often which is a major perk, financially! They are particular about her being up to date on her shots which is also reassuring!

You’ll never find a more caring group of people to watch your dog. After boarding dogs at no less than 10 different places over the last 20 years, the level of care, concern, and attention from the staff here was absolutely stellar. My brother went to Colorado recently and left his big dog with my mother. She wound up in the hospital and I needed to find an immediate boarding solution for “Tank”. I decided on The Bark Hotel after reading other good reviews and it was fairly close to my Mom’s house. Tank had a very hard life before my brother adopted him from the Plano animal shelter, and he has severe separation anxiety as a result. The level of care and attention the staff here provided was truly above and beyond what I ever would have expected. Absolutely a place you can board your dog and know they are being cared for like family.

A really good trustworthy safe haven for dogs to relax & have their own vacation while their parents deal with the in-laws during the holidays. Lol

People there are so caring. My dogs have been there regularly for 10 years. They love going. It is great for them to be outside with other dogs. I never worry when I go out of town.

I have an older Pup and she will play and play and really doesn't know when to stop. The staff is wonderful and keeps a watchful eye on all of the pups.

Used Bark several times now and no complaints. Just picked my dog up after a week and the staff was great. My dog was well kept, happy, and clean. Not enough to deduct a star but I do wish they would provide an itemized invoice.

My dog Ayla LOVES doggie daycare at Bark! We tried it a couple times because she’s destructive at home when we leave her alone while at work. Now she whines at the door if we leave her home, so we bought a daycare package - at a very reasonable price, cheaper than a one time walk! - and she’s a regular at her favorite place now. We love how much more socialized she’s become , with dogs and men. ( Used to be an issue with her ). Thanks to each and every caring staff member at Bark who greet and love her like your own! I don’t know what we’d do without y’all!

Staff is friendly and the hotel is clean

I have been bringing Bentley to Bark for over four years. She is nervous around other big dogs and loves her humans and is also high energy. The staff at Bark understood all of this and tailored her daycare accordingly. I highly recommend Bark for daycare and boarding for any temperament of dog.

We did a family trip to Florida and left our 2 Great Danes here. Everything about the process seemed really painless and we received 2 clean dogs that were super happy and appeared to have a great time. Will definitely take my pups back.

We've tried several daycare and boarding places in the area and found that our dog is happiest at Bark!. He pulls at the leash to get in and seems anxious to join his friends for play. The staff greets him by name and he's happy to see them. All around our experience and our dog's has been nothing short of phenomenal.
