I took my Yorky to have a mass removed they told me to bring her in for evaluation and appointment for the surgery. I took her and they told me it would cost me $350. Well, when I got there to pick her up they charged me $550. I told him I could not afford that as I am on a fixed income that’s why I took her the day before for a valuation AND price , after I refused to pay the $550 they lowered the price down to $380 and then asked me never come back. I wasn’t planning on going back.

Caring Dr. Helped us make with compassion in the right decision with our beloved dog. Thank Dr Thielen.

Couldn't see the sign covered by trees. BUT,, when you walkin, its very clean and organized. The staff was amazing. Took puppies in for tail docking. They were were very caring and communicative. Thank you all.

I used to always bring my pupper here before she eventually passed (she was humanely euthanized because she was sick at 14 with cancer), and while they are a wonderful vet practice with talented vets and wonderful staff, if your pup needs immediate help I would recommend a 24 hr animal hospital. I still give it 5 stars because I truly love it here, but when my pup was dying and we called to let them know we were on our way, they informed us we had to schedule an appointment.....she was already dying in my arms and she was in pain. We had to rush to another vet clinic twice as far away to have her put to sleep when we'd been told during one of her yearly check ups that we'd be allowed to bring her in and put her to sleep free of charge. It hurts that they weren't there but I know COVID has changed a lot. For emergencies, go to a 24 hr vet. If u want a family friendly vet, come here. They'll treat you like family.

Great care for our pets. Be patient as their only phone line is usually busy. We drove by to schedule our next appointment. It didn't take long.

Picked up a refill of meds for my dog and they were ready. Dr. Theilen and his crew are the best.

I really need to get my cat in. Since the pandemic happened I have no idea if their open because no website nor Facebook page and when I call it's either busy, no answer, even during business hours. I don't complain I want to know if anyone knows if they are operating still. I sure hope so because I LIVE this vet, office, everything and I don't trust many vets since the last one resulted in losing my 16 year old carry Jaeger who was like a child to me. Please someone if you know ????

Best vet in the valley! Dr Thielen is Very knowledgeable and truly cares for your furbaby he takes the time to make sure you are well informed on how to care for your pet. This place is a great gem!

Dr Thielen takes his time to examine his patients thoroughly, explains the diagnosis and shows you how to administer any medications that may be needed.

Dr. D. Thielen is the best. He takes his time to explain and is so gentle with your pets. I highly recommend him. He also has reasonable prices. He will be the only Vet I will take my pets to.

An amazing vet, I have never experienced such good care for my pets, Definitely transfering all my pets with him. He is very understanding, caring, and explains everything, and prices are so reasonable compared to other vets. I wish other vets were like him, and his staff all very friendly and very respectful, they treated my cat with such gentleness and care. 100% recommended

BEWARE - If you go to this vet but purchase your flea/heartworm medication online (from Chewy for example), this vet will NOT let you. You are forced to buy medication from them, which is a much higher price than online.
