LOL set up an appointment online for the FREE exam...The call me the week of the appointment to say the appointment I scheduled cannot be honored due to doctor being out of office. They offer to reschedule for a time when the free exam coupon has EXPIRED!!! I was skeptical when I saw the offer of a free exam and now I see I was correct. LOL petsmart...just lost a customer forever.

This review is mostly related to this particular veterinarian Dr. Benjamin Hollis Carroll. I’m a new puppy mom and I schedule an appointment at this location to see a veterinarian. I could have done a drop off only but chose to make an appointment with a doctor to get questions answered. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Not only did we not see the doctor but also we didn’t get the usual phone call to discuss findings or simply to ask if I had any questions. The two vet techs were wonderful and very kind to us and I can tell one of them was ashamed by his lack of professionalism. I won’t be scheduling with that particular veterinarian anymore and I suggest you do the same if you want to have a call after your loved one has been seen.

So we took our pup to his first vet appointment here. The staff at Banfield were super friendly, highly efficient and very qualified. Our fur baby loved Jackie, even more than the Vet! We’ll definitely continue coming here.

We had an urgent need with one of our dogs and were told they couldn’t get him in and to go to the emergency vet. $497 later, we called to make a follow-up and blood level checked for medication changes. Again, we are told that it will be 2 weeks for the earliest drop-off appointment. I told Michelle that we don’t do drop-off appointments because they almost killed my other dog a couple of years ago by giving her an unauthorized vaccination that she had an anaphylactic reaction to. When I asked if I could speak with the location manager, I was told Jessica wasn’t in. She offered to take my name & #, which I said isn’t that right in front of you? Can I have Jessica’s voicemail? She said we don’t do that and you are harassing me so I am hanging up now. Wow?? Not only do we pay for their Wellness Plan on 5 pets, who are never able to be seen routinely because they don’t have any appointments, but when you truly need an appointment, you are hung up on for asking questions?? We have already filed a corporate complaint twice regarding being unable to get into the office to be seen. They have now received another one. Guess they can afford to continue to lose business. Sad.

They took real good care of a little puppy this is our new veterinarian. Awesome people there!

Canceled appt a few hours before my dogs checkup for her spay(Veterinarian supposedly called out) and wellness checkup. This after waiting weeks for an appt. Last visit didn’t do the pedicure due to being short staffed. I pay for TWO wellness plans and over $125 a month for two dogs. Also, It is extremely hard to get an appt at this location. I love the techs here, the Dr’s are amazing and the location, but things can be a lot better!!!!

They care about your pets

They are so nice at Mansfield Banfield vet. They know my pet's name when he walks through the door and really listen to my issues with him. They accommodate me with appointments. Mostly, they really like my furbaby. Great customer service is not easy to come by these days. Those ladies and gents deserve alot more recognition. They treat our babies back to health... ???? ???? ❤

Friendly staff. Clean check in area. I enjoy the drop off check ups. Wish they did appointments though...as to not have to drive back and forth. Overall, good.

I have been taking my puppies there for 22 years! They have treated my babies like family because they are! The Dr's are very professional and knowledgeable!❤????❤

They are typically pretty busy so appointments are usually important. But they are so friendly and I trust them with my pets.

My pet is not eating. The veterinarian said that I could try appetite stimulating food or they would give me a script. I didn't go to pick it up someone else did and they gave him both the paperwork for the food and the script. It appears to me that the people at the front desk should know it was either or thing considering the medicine costs me $35 and I can't take it back. Seems also that they push the food that is only sold by petsmart when script is needed. They are doctor, they should b able to recommend alternatives.

They get you in and out in a timely manner! Very professional and courteous.

I was 20 minutes late to an appointment. I can understand reschedule but the staff made me feel as if I had committed a crime. I get frustration with navigating timely care but the attitude and tone?......Ridiculous

Dr Garner, Lindsey, Nichole, and Jennifer are really good. Dr Garner was so thorough with my Rosie on her first visit. Except for the tech who drew blood, this is a great staff, which I have come to expect and get from Banfield.

Despite the circumstances that we are under, the staff treated my dog with exceptional care!

We love Dr. Carrol! He takes the best care of our senior pup. I really appreciate the pickup/drop off precautions their taking as well.

This place was amazing. They were so sweet and got us in quickly. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and so helpful. They were knowledgeable and just truly made the experience a good one considering we were there with a sick pet.

Excellent service and care. We took our three dogs in recently and were very pleased with the care they received

Not bad for a vet, but if course they don't carry the only product that works in my area for fleas. And as far as being knowledgeable about yard treatments for the little buggers, that was a blank. Their suggestion was call an exterminator. For an acre and a half? He's nuts. But the girls at the front were polite and caring, but little help with my situation.
