Easy to make an appointment, the staff were courteous and efficient, the space was sparkling clean, and the vet was patient and helpful. I highly recommend.

I take all my dogs and puppies here they are pretty quick and your in and out as long as you have an appointment.

I took my furr person in for a full check up. Received two shots and was updated on all of his health records. Very friendly, efficient staff. Reasonable cost as well. Great follow up. I will be back.

Dr. George and her staff are amazing. They have the time to listen to concerns and really care about the animals and pet parents who come to see them!

They treat the animals well but are slow and expensive. It is not a joy to take my pets to any vet, but these people are very nice.

today I witness poor customer service while I waited with my partner for his pet to be seen. For the manager " owner" of Magnolia animal clinic please be more courteous with to others I can only imagen your bed side manners with animals who cant speak for them self's. best of luck to management please get help for your self. We will be switching Clinics its only a matter of time we get spoken like a child in front of the whole animal clinic. What an embarrassment like I said GOODLUCK MARY WILLIAMS.

Office manager was extremely rude, apparently they have new staff there training and was annoyed every time the staff would ask her for help, was rude to me when i asked a question. Manager needs better customer service. (response to Owner Manager) no matter what you say i feel you need to learn how to be more professional and learn how to work under stress specially when you have new employees .. this would've been the perfect scenario for training new employees and not be rude to your customers. Poor Management :(

I recently had a bad experience with a vet I thought I could trust to do the best for my fur kids. I decided to try again I needed prescription dog food right now. (My last vet had put my dogs on it a few months ago, and now that I'm leaving I can't even get a copy of his prepscriptions. Nice way to keep your patients...???? NOT exactly.) This vet is the exact opposite. She gives you a paper prescription. She even suggested other options to save money on my pet meds. She also diagnosed several things I'm embarrassed to admit I missed. I knew there was a problem and even addressed it with the other vet. It was nice to have someone say something about trying to fix it so my fur kid might be more comfortable. I absolutely recommend ???? this vet with no hesitation. I also found out another of my friends that has dachshunds also uses her. So I have even more confidence in her. She's very straightforward about treatments. One thing people need is honest answers. Thank you Very much appreciated.

Finding a new Vet Clinic to care for our babies could have been very stressful, but the staff at Magnolia Animal Clinic exceeded our expectations with their care. Highly recommend!! Thoughtful, caring, thorough!

Love this place so much!! We take our fur babies here and they have always been treated well. However this time I want to give a shout out to Wendy at the front desk. I found a pup that had some medical problems. And she found someone to help. Hope the pup now has a forever home tanks to miss Wendy.

Was just there last week and it was our second time in. Just for the annual exam and we were well taken care of. Love the staff and love the doctors. Everyone is great.

Our experience has been nothing short than excellent. They are caring and very responsive with appointments, request, questions, info about procedures. We have a lot of vets in The Woodlands but I drive 30 mins one way because how awesome they have been.

We are usually in and out within 20 or 30 minutes! Love Dr. George and Dr. Toups! Very caring. Love the receptionists, especially Wendy! You rock! My Henry is never scared to walk into this vet clinic!

Everyone is friendly and they are very nice to my dog. Also, the doctor and techs answer all of your questions.

I love this vets office. In a year and a half span, they have compassionately helped one of our fur babies cross the rainbow bridge and recently coordinated the cremation of her bestie of 11 years as is she was one of theirs. They also don't push over treatment. I recommend this vets office.

Good rapport starts at the front desk! There is a receptionist there named Wendy, who, no matter how busy the clinic might be, makes you feel like your issues are the most important thing that the clinic has going on! I cannot stress how her professionalism and friendliness is so important when you enter the door! The whole staff is very friendly and caring as well, but to me Wendy is a stand out in customer relations.....????
