Kathy Martin is a great vet. The ace has gotten very busy.

This place is awesome! I have brought two of my dogs here - one who was extremely well behaved and one who is not. They are very nice, patient, and my dog is actually excited to go to the vet. Highly recommend

We have had to take both of our dogs here in emergency situations. They were very kind, knowledgeable and I felt that they genuinely cared about what we were dealing with. The prices are extremely fair and reasonable as well. I most definitely recommend them.

Not up front about costs. With all the vets on 1488 it’s best not to come here. Much better places to go to. They are Shady about trying to get every dime out of you, even after paying $400+ for a “puppy package”. Never coming back

Lonestar Animal Hospital is by far the best vet clinic I have ever been to. All of the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They are very thorough without over charging or recommending unnecessary procedures. Their puppy package is a great way to save money with all the vaccinations/microchips/spaying and neutering expenses your new baby will need. I still can’t believe how attentive they are. After my puppy was spayed, they called to check in on her the next day. Recently, I was worried about a growth I found on my puppy so I sent an email to them with a picture. They responded very quickly (by phone and email) with a possible diagnosis and treatment plan. It was incredibly relieving to have a quick answer without having to take off work to bring her to the vet. I HIGHLY recommend Lonestar Animal Hospital!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! When my cat was sick and needed urgent care, they agreed to see him that very morning which I was so grateful for. The staff is SUPER friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. Dr. Martin is also amazing and clearly really cares about the animals she sees. I also found the prices to be more affordable compared to many vets in the area. I will be going here for years to come!

Helped track down the owner of a lost cat

We enjoy taking our pets here for check ups and boarding. Lovey and Darby our baby Airedale have had a good experience here. The staff is kind and loving. They love all pets.

Our first visit with our new puppies and loved it! Service was phenomenal and Doctor was extremely helpful, patiently explaining and educating us on care, procedures. We’re happy our furry babies will be under such great care.

Dr. Martin and her staff are amazing! I have referred friends and co-workers. She loves her clients and their humans; always tries to make them comfortable in a new environment. Dr. Martin has a conservative treatment style and is available for questions.

Took our 15 year old yorkie to see Dr. Kathy this morning. She and the the entire staff were extremely knowledgable and showed us kindness, patience and compassion. We ultimately had to put our fur baby to sleep. Wouldn’t have wanted to use anyone other than them and we are now lifetime clients.

Have a been a patient since almost their very 1st day. Didn't think they could do anything to improve it. However dr Kathy Martin Has expanded her practus by one more veterinarian, doctor Dan Simpson. Just because hes her husband was not the reason for them to work together. However no matter what the reason they are open at full day, everyday, switching off which doctor is on duty except for busy days of course when they are both there. It wasn't until we had been part of her practice for many years that I found out she had been my back fence neighbor! You cannot go wrong by using either one. Dr Simpson trained her, & given the type of doctor she is, he had to be excellent. And he is! I am of course partial to her because she has been my doctor for my beloved pets for many years. Do yourself a favor especially in this area, to Lone star animal hospital on FM1488 ( Across the street from the North side of The Woodlands. Plus 1 more factor - their staff MUST be the best in the state! Many a doctor - both animal & human- have lost my business because of their staff. Not this one! 2 I have even been able to walk in with immediate problem without calling but then I've been a patient since day one & Like to stay with my doctors whether theyre for animal or human!

We love Dr Dan and Kathy! They are both very kind and caring people! They were great with our pup, Cooper. They were quick, but careful and professional. I appreciate that they normally get you in very close to your appointment time too instead of getting there on time then waiting for a long time. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Kathy Martin & her wonderful staff have been taking care of our dog for 16 years. Their level of service and kindness compares to none. The prices are very reasonable, facility is impeccable and her expertise is invaluable! I would highly recommend them.

I wrote a review that was not posted and I do not know why. I surely did not to even give one star. They boarded my dog for 10 days. When I returned to pick him up he had dried faces on his behind and even on his ears. He was filthy. I was angry to the point of crying on how he was not cared for. Think a long time before you trust this place. The girls said they had bathed him twice. How could he be so dirty?

I was so impressed with this clinic. Very friendly staff and Dr. Simpson was very nice. I definitely recommend this clinic!

Best vet I've ever been to! They were very compassionate knowing that our cat wasn't going to survive after being hit. They took care and were very gentle handling her when doing their exam. You could tell that the Dr was truly sad that our cat needed to be put down. Great Dr and great staff! Recommend to anyone!
