They really didnt answer my questions very disappointed

My experiences have all been Great here. Friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable staff and Doctors.

I had an appointment this morning , my fur baby is Stanley he was very stressed and anxious. the girls at the front desk were amazing made me feel so good about being there. Tori came out to my car trying to help me get Stanley out and it just wasn't happening. She suggested a few other things to try in future which was very helpful. I just want to say I was pleased with the service this morning. Thank you Hub City for going out of your way to make us feel so welcomed and comfortable. We will be back soon. Michelle Thomas

After relocating here, we needed to find a veterinary clinic for our cat. We went here because of the location, reviews and professional website. Everyone was extremely friendly and our experience with the front staff and Dr. Bridge was wonderful even though my cat did not have a very good time. They were understanding and did what they can do. We just adopted a dog and will be coming here as well. I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

The doctors, technicians, and first contact employees are all wonderful. I am so glad that I found this vet. The rewards program is a little extra that they have done that makes me feel valued as a patient parent. Thank you Hub City Vet for being the best vet in Lubnock.

Hub City in my opinion is definitely Thee Best Vet Clinic! The Staff is very friendly and Always ready to lend a hand. Their expertise and knowledge supersedes any Clinic we've dealt with in Lubbock. The only place we trust to take our ???? pups

Dr Cloud provides a very authentic and thorough apprroach to caring for our pets. She and the entire staff at Hub City are fantastic. They worry with us when our pups are sick and celebrate with us when they are well. Couldn't ask for anything better!

I can’t recommend this office enough! My dog hurt herself two years ago while playing at a park. We went to another “well known” office in Lubbock to see how we could help her. After countless of x-rays and vet visits, we were just told that she twisted her back leg wrong and to have her rest. Time and time again, she would start limping and we would go back to that vet and prescribed pain killers. She was getting so bad that she would refuse to put weight on her back legs. I then found Hub City Vet and saw they offered chiropractic services. At our first consultation, Dr. Ledford examined her and stated that he didn’t think he could help her through adjustments. He then went above and beyond to find the actual problem and a solution for my girl. After lab testing and consultations with other doctors that specialized in internal medicine, he told me that she would need TPLO surgery. With Lubbock being smaller than other big cities in Texas, Dr. Ledford made sure that we had referrals for Dallas in order to get her surgery done faster. After two years of being in pain and unable to run, my girl is now on a road to recovery after finding out that she had completely torn both of her crucial ligaments. I wish I would’ve found Hub City Vet when my dog first got hurt. The staff is always welcoming and willing to answer any questions I have!

Dr Cloud is awesome! She is gentle, caring and loving to our dogs. She consults with specialists when needed. Loves and remembers our pets and is concerned about us too.

We came to Hub City after having a bad experience at another clinic. Since day one, everyone from the receptionist to the doctors have been nothing but welcoming and extremely helpful! And our dogs are much happier here!

Hub City Vet is very clean, the staff is very polite and friendly. Katelynn was very nice and asked us all the questions we needed to hear. Cindy Cloud was our dogs vet she did his physical and went over everything we needed to know about our dog. She did a blood test and followed up the next day. This is a great veterinarian clinic so we will stay here, would I recommend them yes very much
