Our pup always has a good day here. The staff is easy to reach via phone throughout the day and post pictures regularly. We love it!

Recently took my dog for a spa day and he was well taken care of and came home happy and clean. The staff was delightful.

I've brought my sensitive dog for boarding multiple times in the past few years. They take great care of him, and the genuine care for the animals is evident in all the employees I've met. My sweet boy has come home depressed after staying at other facilities in the past, but always comes home from Action Pack happy, clean and nourished. Boarding is never easy on the heart, but knowing he's in good, caring hands gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend!

We have taken our German Shepard to Action Pack in RR for many years and have loved their services - boarding, training & grooming. We recently moved and tried boarding for Jake at Action Pack Liberty Hill. He was there for 7 days and came home tired from all the fun he had. When we drove up to pick him up he was romping around the yard, playing with the other dogs. He seemed very happy. I particularly liked the service from the staff at both pickup and drop-off. They asked me great grooming questions and recommended the De-shedding with the bath. When I picked up, they offered for Jake to come back in a week to have another blow-out for the de-shedding process (1/2 price of the original). If you have a dog that sheds, you MUST use this process - it has cut down on more than 2/3 of his shedding in the house! We will be using Action Pack Liberty Hill again in the future and highly recommend them.

Organized. I don't like that you can't go back to the kennels anymore like the old owner.

This place and the staff are awesome. Our puppy Charlie loves ???? to stay there!. I was worried she can be sad or missing us but last time we brought her she looks like she wanted to be there!, and what a relief was that because that's a sign that they care about your dog. Also she got a bath and she got a very cute purple bow ????. Thanks so much Action Pack!. See ya soon????????????

Great experience with Action Pack. I could tell they have a particular love for animals and they are invested in their safety. My dog even got a report card. I mean, how can you argue with a process like that?! Would definitely recommend based on my first experience and will go back again, and I'm an untrustring pet owner as is. Check em out!

Staff is very professional, friendly, and organized. Facility looks clean and well managed. My dog is very anxious so I loved seeing the photo updates and report card when I picked him up. It was nice to see him enjoying himself and the report matched his exact personality even though they only had him for 3 days. This is the first time we boarded our dog, but this place seemed to offer many services at a reasonable price. We will definitely come back here in the future.

If you love your fur babies, you'll love this place. They love your fur babies too and that's why they are in this business. That take the worry away, while you're away. Great prices and lots of activity options with experience staff. More importantly my fur baby loved them.

My Cocker Spaniel puppy was covered in stickers and Nicole did an excellent job grooming her. She not only was able to get all the burr's out, but gave her a great looking haircut. I would highly reccomend Action Pack Dog Center and Nicole.

Action Pack takes such good care of our Sadie. It is so great to know that she has a safe and fun place to be when we travel. She also goes to day care (we call it Fun Day) once per week. We know she loves Action Pack because she is so excited when we get close that she won't stop barking. Thanks Action Pack for loving and caring for Sadie.

I live in Leander, and have had a hard time finding a good groomer for my little Bijan/Poodle. I found Action Pack on line and tried them out. I was very impressed by the professionalism and the place, as well as their kindness. My dog has been traumatized in the past and always shook when I took him to the groomer. His groomer at Action Pack was so sweet to him, and did such a good job on his hair, that when I went to pick him up,, he was in no hurry to leave her! I will be taking him back.

I had a bad experience with another groomers that I had been to a few times and took my dog to Action Pack and explained my concern about what the other groomers said and after my dog came out, he was happy and looked amazing!! Best cut he’s had!! Definitely recommending everyone here!

Our pup attended some puppy training as well as doggy daycare at the Liberty Hill location. Bobbi, the trainer we worked with, was excellent--friendly, helpful, and very hands-on. The front desk staff has always been responsive and helpful as well. Our pup is always happy (and tired) when we pick her up from Action Pack. The only things to watch out for at the Liberty Hill location is the very long and bumpy driveway (a lot of potholes but easy for an SUV/truck to handle), and the outdoor play area apparently has a lot of weeds with small burs, as our girl has come home with a couple dozen small ones stuck in the long parts of her hair (relatively easy to get out and not painful for her, but a bit of a pain to take out).

We have used them several times, this last time one of our babies had to have medication, they were so good about giving the medication and paid close attention to her needs. We will continue to use them.

I was able to get in right away and was very pleased with our dogs bath and trim.

Love the trainers and daycare employees. I’ve now used the LH and RR locations with 2 different dogs over the course of 10 years. Makes me feel good that they treat my pups like their own! Dogs have always come home happy!!

Great place for temporary homing your (four legged) best friend. Large space good staff who paid attention and cared for our guy. Good value too. Plan to use again.
