The staff is always friendly and helpful. I've been bringing my dogs here since they were a literal truck.

Unprofessional, lack of communication, unknowledgeable staff, lies…you name it! Pay the extra money to go to an actual vet!! The staff also finds time to gossip about customers while we can clearly hear everything in the waiting room..completely unprofessional. I have used this location for many of my family’s cats and dogs for over 12 years and have never had a problem until now. I took my dog in on a Monday for blood work and was told by the tech that results would be available next day and the vet would contact me. Great! Tuesday comes and I verified the results were in and was assured the vet would contact me. I called again later in the day and was told the vet left and didn’t have time to review the results since they were so busy. What kind of excuse is that?? Take care of your customers who were already there before taking new appointments if that’s the case! Desiree or Denise that I talked to on the phone told me the vet would view my results the next day and the vet would be on time to work at 9am (since traffic on 35 held up the previous vet)…but how can you assure me someone will be on time if you haven’t looked at the schedule or know who is coming in?? I asked to speak with a senior nurse or manager and was told they don’t have either! Wednesday comes and yet again no one has called. After physically going back up to the clinic and arguing with the front desk again I finally had a very nice and understanding vet come out and explain the lab results. The manager brought the vet out and left without acknowledging myself or my concerns, just left the vet to deal with me. She was not the vet from the previous day but she went over the medications and verified that’s what treatment plan she would have selected herself. The office staff aren’t knowledgeable enough to interact with people. Instead of answering questions they matched my anger and argued at the desk with me. A gentleman was also upset at the desk since staff could not answer why a certain medication was no longer being used at the clinic and was only told “I don’t know I just go with what my manager says I don’t ask questions.” As a medical professional myself, you FIND the answer and assure the customer…not blow them off with “I don’t know.” Management never came back to speak with me or apologize for anything; even the vet filling in wasn’t surprised at how poorly this location is managed. I spent $265 to be forgotten and pushed aside. I’ll GLADLY pay more elsewhere to avoid this place.

Very helpful and affordable. A little helter skelter on their management practices but they've been understaffed so I can't blame them there. Be sure to schedule in plenty of time in advance as there is a long lead time on appointments. Staff is very sweet.

Take great care of my babies.

I had an excellent service before my whole family brings our fur babies here but I do not appreciate the service I had been receiving for the past two months. It was not professional and kind. My baby and I don't feel safe to come here for check ups any longer.

They were kind and caring. Patient and just wonderful. They literally saved my Suga's life! I'm incredibly grateful.

Gave 100 mg pain medication far too much for age and weight. Research with 2 other vets pet only needed a max 25 mg for age and size

I had been a customer for over 10 yrs when recently I brought one of my dogs in for a 3 yr rabies shot but I saw the rabies was for 1 yr, not 3. I was told the 3 yr would be $15 more, which I paid but no additional shot for my dog. The exact same vaccination was priced differently! They wanted the extra $15 because they thought they would lose business for the future. That’s ridiculous! The clerks were clueless and had to go ask someone for every question I had. The veterinarian finally came out to talk to me and was rude and dismissed me by repeating “Have a very nice day”! I was told the exam fee was required to get vaccination but I said it isn’t required at the mobile clinics. The constant up charging and the fact you are not allowed to be in the exam room combined with clueless clerks and a rude veterinarian and different prices for the exact same shot was just to much! Don’t waste your money, look for another vet!

Nicest and most caring people. I wouldn't take my pup anywhere else.

The front desk girl was very nice and professional but the vet and tech had very bad costumer service and made me feel like I was stupid and had no idea what was wrong with my dog even after I told what was wrong. It feels like they didn’t even try to look at Her very long like a min.I HIGHLY don’t RECOMMEND this place

This place is awesome to bring your pets and it's affordable.

I just believe they are short handed right now. We have had wonderful experiences in the past. Last week we went in for a cytopoint injection for my dog which usually only takes ten minutes, and waited over an hour. Will continue to use for the foreseeable future because the injections really help my dog.

Took my puppy to get neutered today. Staff was awesome! Highly recommend!

The vet recommended we regularly take our cat to get steroid shots for a lip condition that she has (it occasionally flares up). So we've been adhering to her treatment regimen ever since. Well fast foreword 1 year later and the vet comes out to ask us why we've been taking her to get these shots. He said that these shots have put her at risk to develop diabetes within the next 5 years. The shots that THEY recommended in the first place. Now I have to spend more money to take her to a specialist to be tested and treated there. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was disappointed that a vet tech told me there won't be a $35 office visit since my dog didn't see the doctor, but I was charged a $35 office visit for each of my dogs. I haven't reached out to them yet to discuss the bill.

I was here earlier with my LuvBug for routine shots and check up and they found an ear infection on her that I wouldn't have noticed. She came out of the back looking happy and playful and not at all stressed. So they must have given her lots of TLC.

Thank you ALL, SO MUCH. This was a very sad and difficult morning for us. I want to say that saying goodbye to my baby was so hard but ypu all were so kind and compassionate otade a difference to ME! GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

The staff are all great!! They handled my babies with care and understanding of their anxiety. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone with pets.

So far this place has not let me down. I have had very bad experiences with Banfield so I was skeptical about finding a low cost pet vet. They helped me find out my adopted cat was not spayed. Which is a bummer because the adoption agency said she was. :/ so I hope that this helps anyone that is needing a vet. Dr S is amazing

Great vet, doesn't muzzle my pit bull immediately.

We took hachiko to his vaccination and immediately he stopped walking, he vomited and diarrhea with severe pain, he swelled and his liver and kidneys stopped working, we took him to the hospital and he died two weeks after his treatment, take care of your pets from this clinic!

Staff was great. Only issue is not having the Vet go over your pets health. Mine is over 11. I think she overall ok. I would think they could have gone over her apparent lumps and anything they noticed. They just took them in back without you. Was there a vet??? The staff has always given shots, so I'm sure she got them...

I brought my dog in for a skin condition she's been suffering with for several years. This is the first place to get her treatment right. For the first time in years, she's finally getting some relief. You are not able to go back with your pet, but the veterinarian did take the time to come out and ask questions and explain everything to me. The pricing and fees were pretty affordable. So affordable that I drive from Mckinney to bring my pets here.

Staff are nice and courteous! They took good care of my baby after his dental cleaning. Price is affordable.
