We have been going to them for several years. They always take great care of our kitties.

I take my superior being who chooses to inhabit the body of a cat to Marina Bay for regular health checks and immunizations. He is never sick. The staff are always pleasant, polite and take care of Gentleman Jack with expertise and reassurance for him. They have taken the initiative if providing excellent care for pets during the COVID-19 pandemic. They also previously cared for my other pets who have passed on. I recommend them without reservation.

Updating this review is beyond heartbreaking. Dr. Scanlon and the entire team treated Ghost as their own. He loved them as much as they loved him. Although his cancer treatment took us to an oncologist for his final weeks, we could not have asked for a better veterinarian than Dr. Scanlon. With love, from Ghosties. ????

The level of service and the care all of the the staff put into making sure our non-human family members are at their best is exemplary. My beloved pets have been going here since 2004. Their kindness and sensitivity to animals and their humans, as well as their technical expertise, are all very much appreciated.

I have been going to this vet for approximately 2.5 years, primarily for the convenience. Every single time I have gone, I have had to question the charges and every single time, they act very annoyed , put out and speak in a condescending way. Final straw was when they were charging a 3rd examination fee in a one year period and this was after just spending $1,200 on dental work!! Front desk people are extremely rude and unhelpful. They ignore you when you walk into the store and just keep talking to each other or playing on their computers while you stand there waiting for even an acknowledgement that you're there. I finally decided to call around to find another vet. Just hate that I didn't do it sooner because I found out just how overpriced this vet is. Do NOT go there unless you're prepared to pay a higher rate than other vets in the area only to receive the worst service. And also, get ready to pay in full UP FRONT if you question their charges and/or tell them you don't feel the charges are warranted. Worst vet I have ever been to in the past 30+ years!! If I could rate this company a zero, that's exactly what I'd do. If this review helps to keep just one person from making a huge mistake, it will have been worth it.

We began our journey with Marina Bay over 15 years ago beginning with our Miniature Schnauzer at 8 weeks old and then our cat. From the time we walked in the door with our Schnauzer to her recent passing, we have been so blessed to have had such wonderful compassionate care from everyone there. The Vets are the best. We especially love Dr. Scanlon who helped us thru the last few years of our Schnauzers life and who made sure we were well informed with all procedures she would undertake. Have always been pleased in boarding pets at Marina Bay as they always came home happy and healthy.

These people are so awesome. I can’t thank you enough for how well you guys handled my dog’s visit. You guys have a forever client for sure.

If you need a vet, Marina Bay Animal Hospital should be your first call. I've been talking my pets to Marina Bay Animal Hospital since 1995. Dr. Larry and Dr. Kim Fleming we're the original owners, they sold the practice but still work at Marina Bay and I wouldn't trust my pets health care with anyone else. They always take time time to fully explain any issues or concerns and take time to answer any questions. The most important thing for me is that they truly care not only for your pets but for the pet's owers as well. The care they provide is excellent as is their compassion for both pets and owners.

I took my puppy Bane in for a new visit and I wanted to share my experience. When I walked in there was a girl with dark hair at the desk. She didn't acknowledge me. She didn't acknowledge my dog. She just sat there. Another girl walked up and helped me after me standing there for a while. When she handed me my forms the girl with the dark hair started whispering to the blonde, whether or not they were talking about me they made me feel as through they were. The Vet tech and the Veterinarian were wonderful. They answered all my questions and were very attentive. When I went to check out once again the girl with the dark hair was at the desk and again I didn't get acknowledged. She just put the cc machine in front of me. The only words she spoke to me was "here's your receipt". I have been in customer service for 20 years and I was surprised by her unprofessionalism. I should have been greeted as soon as I walked through that door. Please know Dr. Scanlon was amazing. She and the tech were great. The front desk was very unprofessional. We will not be bringing our puppy back.

Really rude front desk. They were annoyed that I walked in, but instead of saying sorry we’re booked she berated me for not having an appointment and then begrudgingly said they would see my dog, but threatened they may charge me a $79 dollar add in fee? I was probably going to spend 300 that day alone. Oh well, There is a vet on every street in this city. I’ll go where they actually want my business. Thankfully my dog seems to be doing better, but if we deiced to take her in tomorrow it won’t be here.

I chose Marina Bay for the vet for my 8 week old puppy. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The facility is clean and the staff genuinely care about their patients. Plenty of parking and reasonably priced. So happy to have found my new vet home.
