The tech Jade was great with my dog. He is a little fat spicy chihuahua and she did great with him. Had actually taken him to another vet place after taking him to Underwood for a few years and after 2 visits at the other place brought him back here. They are great!

They’re so friendly. They know each customer personally. And are absolutely attentive and caring with my dogs.

Very helpful and geart with your animals. My dogs can never wait for tjem to come get them. My doggies love them.

Underwood animal clinic is the best place I have ever been to. They really do care for your pets as if they were their own. They will work with you and for you and your pets

Everyone was very helpful and really care about their patients health.. only major complaints would be the cost of services. I pd $155 for both appointments (ringworm diagnosis and then the 2 wk check up plus flea meds, dewormer, and lime dip for ringworms) $300 seems really high to me for them to put a black up to her only to tell me yes she had ringworm. Pretty much already knew that!! But a month later Whitney is ringworm free and healthy and happy!! Thank you for your care!!!

The Vets there are both kind and gentle with my smaller dog. I literally switched from another Vets office to them because of that.

I've used this clinic several times over the years. They are gental with the animals, straightforward about what treatments are needed & what's optional & they have payment plans if what's needed is just out of reach at the moment. Just talk with your technician to see what works best for you!!

No compassion at all. My aunt had the worst experience when she brought her dog in for euthanasia. It’s hard enough to have to euthanize a pet and even harder when the staff shows no compassion towards you. I would highly recommend Parkwood animal hospital if you are in a position where euthanasia is inevitable.

Underwood Animal Clinic really cares about your animals. I shared my concern for my dog because he is a runner and escape artist. The clinic workers were understanding and sympathetic to my fears. They took really good care of my baby.

This clinic has been the most helpful than any other clinic I’ve been to in years. I will never use another vet. They care and the staff was amazing with my 11 year old dog with major allergies and skin/ear issues. I highly recommend using this clinic for all your needs.

Super disgusted and disappointed in Underwood Animal Clinic. Since finding out they double vaccinated my pets and over charged me for 2 dogs & one cat. Over 700$ for what was supposed to be 2 office visits and 1 dog full vaccinations. 2 days after cat and dog were neutered. Had gotten a cough and I wanted them to check their surgical incisions. It took a real Vet to figure out they were double vaccinated and that's the reason for their consistent cough still. If you don't want to risk your pets life and spend additional money to only find out its their fault . Then take your pet here. Never again will I take my pets ( my family ) here again .

The clinic is an extremely wonderful place to take your pets. They're very courteous, professional and friendly. They genuinely care about each and every animal that comes through their doors. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly and ante extremely friendly and helpful. I've been using them for about 4 years and I will continue to use them for as long as I have pets. I truly believe that you won't find a better place to care for your animals that Underwood Animal Clinic.

I would give this clinic 10 stars if I could. I showed up with my sweet boy bleeding from his privates, they squished me in before it was time to close. My puppy was diagnosed with a prolapse uretha which apparently is not a common issue and the vet did not have much information about this problem. However, the vet went above and beyond to make sure we found a place to give him the cared he needed and they even followed up to see how my flurry son was doing. I really appreciate their help and empathy.

Excellent vet was friendly and clean

I have been taking my animals here for a while now and they have always been very good with them. I usually use Becky with my dog Dakota and Lilly but I used another vet this time and she was just as knowledgeable and friendly as her. My dog Dakota hurt himself and they made sure to explain to me in detail what to do for him. They also told me what it was going to cost and worked with my budget. They also made time to talk to me when I called them the next day to make sure I was doing everything right. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone because I’m comfortable taking my animals here and I don’t take them anywhere else but here.

I have used Underwood Animal clinic since 2008 for all my cats. They are very good with them and caring. I've trusted them to what is needed to keep them healthy.

Very professional and attentive to your pet's needs. My dog swallowed a toy over the holidays and i took him on Monday to have him checked out. They set up a time that afternoon and did surgery to remove the toy!. He is doing great and feeling great!
