We took our two cats Sylvester and Happy to have a wellness check and have their ears looked at. We had a very bad experience at another vet in South Austin. And were worried how our cats would react? Words cannot express how wonderful, gentle, caring, loving, thoughtful the entire staff at Kyle animal hospital is. Upon greeting us as we walked in Tanya and Jade were already getting our room ready for our appointment. Dr Greenleaf and Carina handled our cats with kindness and ease. Using soft voices and towels, moving very slowly, they really know how to deal with cats. The male cat has a bad attitude, but they were able to check his ears and eyes and figure out both our cats had a ear infection. Received the medicine and very good instructions. Also Dr Greenleaf answered all our questions. And really took time with us. We did not feel rushed, we felt very welcome and we appreciate that. We will be back at a later date to get nails trimmed and check on their ears. Thank you ever so much for your kindness and understanding and patience. Dr Greenleaf was amazing. She was very thorough and took the time to explain everything she was doing and why. She answered all my questions and my 11 y/o doggie is feeling much better. Staff was very kind and attentive. Extremely pleased with the level of professionalism.

Absolutely the nicest, most caring and competent group of people working here! They squeezed us in when our dog was sick and our regular vet couldn't get us in. I was blown away by how accommodating they were. This is now our regular vet, it's a little bit of a drive from Austin but SO worth it!

I called a lot of vetinarions on the weekend and most wanted me to schedule an appointment and kyle animal hospital said come on in. My dog got his flea and tic meds. I got to the place and in 5 mins my dog got weight, and I paid for the meds. In and out love that service.

I absolutely love this vet! Dr Gupta and his staff have been taking very good care of my Staffordshire who tore both ACL's. They do offer multiple ways to afford payment plans for different services. Very patient with my dog after bad experience with another vet. They give him love from the time we walk in to the time we walk out. They are simply the best!!!

This was our first visit to Kyle Animal Hospital as we just moved to the area and they came highly recommended by a local family member. We had a wonderful experience from the warm and welcome greeting by the front desk, through the stressful process of our pup needing to go through some unexpected x-rays. The whole staff was super open and up front about costs and care recommendations so that we didn't feel as though we were neglecting necessary treatments but also weren't going outside of what we felt comfortable spending. They even followed up after our visit to check in! We are very happy with our experiences so far and when it is time to bring our other dog in, we will definitely start him off with Kyle Animal Hospital and Dr. Chapin.

My pet broke a nail all the way at the base. Took him in as it was the closest place available. Vet and staff took great care of pet. Took time to fully explain everything and how to monitor for any complications. Was really impressed by all they did and care received.

Our girls have been going to KAH for about 10 years now with 3 dogs at all stages and we had tried 2 others places before them. The others didn’t compare. They are the best! Best people, Drs, techs, staff, care, facility and hours open! They also have multiple payment plans. We absolutely love KAH!!!

I love the doctors here and the staff are great. They are close by in case of an emergency.

I have 3 fur babies and all have had to make a trip here. My last visit with my Bambi took the cake she had a severe laceration that happened on a Sunday the Austin Emergency Hospital said it would be anywhere from 6 hours or longer. So I decided to wait until 7 am to call her vet. Let me tell you they did not hesitate to have me bring her in. They were extremely busy as always but, made me feel as if Bambi took priority! Thank you Kyle Animal Hospital for going above and beyond!

The team at Kyle Animal Hospital has been consistently kind, patient, gentle and thorough when caring for our Rescue PAC pups. We have had experiences with almost every veterinarian there and we couldn't say enough about how wonderful they all are. This team has taken incredible amounts of time to ensure the dogs we bring in feel welcomed and are unafraid. Tanya strives to welcome pet's and owners by name (great memory!) and the entire receptionist team is always so gracious. Sarah (Vet. Assistant) was even able to vaccinate our most fearful rescue without her even realizing it happened! This dog actually walked out of her pt. room wagging her tail! Similarly, Dr. Gupta and his assistant have gone as far as to spend time playing fetch with another anxious rescue to help calm his nerves so that he could be examined in a calm, not stressed, state. The precision of care is also worth five stars. We are never sold unneeded services and have received very clear and effective health plans from the KAH team. We are so grateful to this group of people.

Good value for groomer who has to deal with our one cat who has an "attitude". I have tried other vets but Kyle Animal Hospital seems the most reliable & knowledgeable. Perhaps they have by now, but I wish they had a "quiet room" with candles & fluffy towels for the difficult times when we have to let our furry family members cross The Rainbow Bridge.

I have been taking my pets here for many years, and will continue to do so. They are not the cheapest option but their services are well worth the extra cost. Dr Matthews and Dr Greenleaf are wonderful! Great staff, friendly, and they really care for your pets.

My concern, after 1 year as a pet customer with Kyle Animal Hospital (KAH), is: 1) they are a very busy clinic - possibly more clients than they can adequately serve 2) I’ve used two veterinarians so far at KAH, one was amazing and did very expensive root canal on my cat but the cat was suffering and I was so grateful for her cat dental skills, and the other vet was a bit stand off”ish” and acted like she really did not like dogs at all 3) during one of my visits, the tech spent more time trying to sell me on their extremely pricey pet insurance policy applicable to their clinic, than on my pets - fortunately I declined; esp since I’m leaving their clinic and would have waisted the monies 4) at least monthly, I get emails from KAH trying to get me to enroll in their high cost insurance program which to me translates to “we want your money, don’t care bout your pet” 5) I order my Advantage Multi through an online service and even though my pets are current on their annual well checks, vaccines….KAH played extremely difficult in replying to the online co. so I finally gave in and agreed to pay KAH’s higher fee and get the flea med RX filled at KAH rather than the less expensive online service 6) FINAL STRAW: today I called for an appt and no answers at 8:10a.m. so left a msg. for a return call and as of two hours later I had not received a call back therefore I called again and I was told they are booked today BUT that they could see my pet - two lost teeth overnight due to trauma - today early afternoon- I believe it was a 2:00 p.m appt., but it would be an emergency visit as she said they staff vets during office hours for emergencies and that the visit would cost twice the price as a regular visit! REALLY???? An emergency visit during the middle of their early/mid afternoon office hours? As you can conclude, it all comes down to MONEY and I love my pets so much, I want to think -or maybe pretend - that they are there because they have a passion for animals over money. Very disappointed and saddened ????????????

They always take such good care of Max my sweet dog. They keep me updated while he is there and offer options and explanations. They are the best Vet group I have ever been too. The whole staff is wonderful!

Sadly had to visit this place to put down a beloved long time friend. The staff was very accommodating with our needs.

I have been using this that for a very long time. My dog see Dr. Matthew. I’ve also used Dr. Cord O. as well. Both doctors are wonderful. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Tonya, works at the front desk, and she loves every dog like her own! It makes for a very welcoming atmosphere. Not to mention the fact they have Saturday vaccine clinic every Saturday. It helps keep vaccine prices low. Since I am running a zoo at my house, I appreciate any extra services such as this. I’ve also been through the process of having to put one of my dogs down. They are very kind, and understanding when it comes to this sad time in life. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this vet hospital! I actually now live an 1.25 hrs away and I still travel back to see them with my fur babies!

Great service with super friendly and caring staff. I brought my 13 year old African Grey parrot in for a beak and nail trim. Quick, efficient and economical. I will definitely keep coming back for all of my aviary needs. Edit: I now have a Pomeranian puppy. She only goes to Kyle Animal Hospital for her veterinary needs.

The staff, receptionists, techs and doctors, at Kyle vet are amazing! They treat my dogs and me with the utmost respect. They tell me what to expect after vaccinations… what to look for if they should react. For an anxiety person, this is huge. They love my pets and the pets of everyone in the office. Friendly dogs and people all over the place. That’s how you know. Knowledgeable, caring, and lovely.
