I've been at Banfield for almost a year, we only transferred to Banfield because the payments would've helped us financially with our pets care. Dr powers is amazing and i will always reccommend her. but as far as staff members, we've had an awful experience multiple times with the receptionist Carlos, he is so rude and disrespectful to clients. we also had bad experience with two vet techs being judgey towards us when we had issues with our pets, we have complained to them multiple times but no ones behavior changes. If you're looking for good doctors i highly reccommend Dr powers, Dr griffin. Both are great, but if you're looking for friendly staff and healthy communication you will not get it here.

Tina is VERY rude, and unprofessional. She is not trained for point of sale interactions. Management should rethink this. If not, please take your business to Emancipet or anywhere else.

There supper friendly and helpful. I found a lost dog, I took it to them they’re super helpful in hoping to contact the owner and making sure the dog was OK.

As a first time dog owner, I sought out Banfield to administer my pup's vaccinations. I was pitched a wellness plan at the completion of his first visit in which I could receive any needed medications or have the ability to have him seen with no out of pocket cost. I paid the one hundred and something odd dollars up front and pay about $45/mo for the first year. There has only been ONE time in 9 months that I have been able to call and get an appointment for my puppy. Fully vaccinated, he was diagnosed with Parvo. That threw me for a loop. I had to take him elsewhere and pay over $1200 out of pocket because Banfield had nothing. Like many other owners, no one wants to hear, "Drop him off and we will get to him when we can," when the animal is SICK. It's literally WEEKS to a month before you can get an appointment. The Banfield Wellness plan is a complete and utter waste. They advise you to call around to other locations to get an appointment and it's the EXACT same issue. NO AVAILABILITY. Do yourself a favor and stay away from chain operations. You'd have better luck with an independent, stand alone veterinary clinic. Banfield is a monthly waste of money.

I've been taking my 2 fur babies there for 3yrs now. Dr Griffin and the staff are awesome with my hyper babies.

I can not express how WONDERFUL this place is. I have been taking my fur babies here for as long as I can remember. They understand that these are not just pets, but an extension of our family. Carlos at the front desk is a sweetheart and provides the BEST customer service...Crystal has been AMAZING through the years and has taken good care of all our boys. There is no one I trust more than Dr. Kozar, to take care of my boys, period!. She exemplifies professionalism and is genuinely caring of my babies. She takes into consideration my financial needs and opions when providing my boys the best possible healthcare. I can not thank this team enough for all that they do! You guys are the BEST!

I’m very disappointed! My dog has been perfectly fine. My husband took him to get his prevention pill. Before he left home he was fine. But, after giving him the prevention pill. He became very unhappy not responsive when calling him. He is throwing up everything. INCLUDING BLOOD ! He will not eat nothing! That’s not like him. ’m so very sad because, I don’t know what I’m going to do in this moment. He’s a very happy and loving dog

I love the staff and vetinarians, always very friendly and communicative. The only downside is that it's squished between the Petsmart and Aldi so there's a lot of traffic, and drop off appointments aren't quick like the last Banfield pet hospital we went to, but that could be just location dependent. Overall, great place!

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They took great care of my furpup. They even called the next day to check on my pup to make sure he was doing well. Nice clean place and welcoming environment. Appointment only and the wait is never long to be seen by the doctor.

We pay monthly for her dog insurance through Banfield. Came to get her six months supply like always that we pay for $55 a month. Now they won’t let us pick it up unless we schedule an appointment. I explained we don’t need to schedule an appointment at this time. Mainly because we notice they leave dogs in cage for hours vs seeing them. They have become money driven vs treating our pets. We are cancelling our insurance through them and go to a local vet. Don’t waste your time. They also send you to other after hours vets when they can’t do stuff in the middle of the day.

This was an AWFUL experience. My pug lost her eye and we took her in for emergency surgery at 830am and was told they would take her back immediately. Instead our dog sat in a kennel for 5 hours while other dogs were being spayed and neutered. Not one person called to keep us in the loop and when I followed up at 2 pm I was told that she just got out of surgery. The vet was fast and did not bother to go over a care plan other than tell me I could pick her up at 5pm. I called Heather, the practice manager, she seemed put off when I spoke to her about their lack of communication and questioning why they told us when we brought back in our dog to get her stiches out and she was anxious that they would just dissolve knowing how bad they itch and that a possible infection could form. We paid over $1300 and I would have expected better treatment and communicating to the owners. Go to Stagecoach, they 100% are better!

If i can give a zero star i would these people where very rude i walk in im stared out not helped or asked if i needed help i then go up there an im ignored i get help finally them the in take women was very rude not professional at all had attitude judemental. I get a call from the vet about my pet she was unprofessional she didnt explain anything just told me prices an i was like that is alot can u explain she says go some where else an says come get your pet then i get here im ignored again not helped they dont treat ur animal with care i dont teust them do not trust your fur babys not with this staff!!!!!!!!!!

This was my first and last time visiting this vet. I had an 11:30AM drop off for my kitten to get FIV/FeLV tested and to get her spay site checked as she had a hard lump. I went in and did some shopping and waited in my car in the parking lot as I thought it'd only be an hour or so wait. At 1:47PM I called 3 times and got no answer so I went in to see how much longer it was going to be until she was done. I was told that the vet had not seen her yet and was in the middle of a surgery so it'd be another hour and they would call me when she was done. At 3:10PM I went back and was furious as the vet was just done seeing her. This is very unprofessional. I at no point was warned of how long my 2 month old kitten would have to wait to be seen for something so simple. She also was left in her carrier the entire time that she was stuck waiting and ended up pooping in the carrier on our 10 minute ride home as she could no longer hold it. This is ABUSE to my baby! They also never did the test that she was originally scheduled for. I have been to many different vet clinics with my other cats and have never had to wait over an hour for an exam to be started. Their scheduling and communication needs to be improved significantly! I should have been informed of the long wait time when I scheduled the appointment or at the least when I dropped her off for it. I will NEVER come back to this clinic.

The guy up front I believe he said his name was Carlos is rude and has a bad attitude. The practice manager is no better than Carlos with their attitudes. People like that make you not want to do business with them so I will be taken my animals to a veterinarian clinic that cares about animals. Really sad this place has gone down hill what happened to Janice and cassandra who were up front those were caring loving people.

Amazing, friendly, clean!! Not just a Pet Hospital!! It also has a full retail Pet store inside!! I was extremely impressed with the set up, atmosphere & the hospitality. 5+ stars !!!

I went to take my animals in and the practice manager there is very unprofessional she rolls her eyes and is very rude banfield has lost my business after 10 years of going there. We pay for wellness plans and she treated us like pure sh*t we will never return and I am sure with that practice manager Heather they will loose alot more than my business!

Oliver is on the monthly supreme plan. He went to get a bath and nails trimmed and then his booster shot and pick up his prevention meds. I asked the tech to please just take the sharp edges off for me, as a courtesy,, but when i got ready to leave the guy say wait you owe $18.00.! I asked why and he said for the nail touch up! She never said she was going to charge. I pay ,$66.00 a month for his check ups. I only had been charged $15.00 for the bath, nails and the Big A glad expresses! I'll ask next time!!!!!?

I am disappointed at their lack of experience in handling dogs with ear infections. Because of their delay the ear of my dog is rotting.

I called Banfield way before their closing time at 6pm... was put on hold and after 20min being on hold I got transferred to voicemail!!!! All I needed was to schedule an appointment for my dog that has an ear infection! Wil be looking in to withdrawing both dogs and our cat from their program ????
