Ramon the front desk is clerk is so rude and he has poor customer service. I will never go there again or recommend. I been there twice both times he’s rude and today he was very rude on the phone. This place needs a person that wants to be there....evidently he doesn’t and it shows...

HORRIBLE VET! I brought my sugar glider in for an abscess to left side of his face. He claims he gave an abx injection and sent him home on cipro eye drops. Eye worsened despite abscess draining a FOUL drainage so I brought him back....nothing was done despite my request to lance it and wash it out. Two days later my glider self mutilated the abscessed part of his face literally digging his skin and bottom eye lid completely off. I called the emergency line and this "vet" tries to blame it on the glider fighting with my other one which they have NEVER done! He had no regard to what has happened to him and his neglectful care! I asked if he was even comfortable working on such a small animal because his only way to "resolve" my now zombie looking glider was to put a cone around his neck. I'm now in the process of being referred to a surgeon to remove his eye and clean the remaining of his face before his dies of sepsis

Misinterpreted my dog's behavior as being spoiled and neurotic instead of being in pain. Worst dental ever. Dog had to be put down 48 hours later. I will never forgive myself for coming here. I knew better. I understand that vets are human just like anyone else, but DO NOT go to a "cheap" vet who doesn't even suggest pre-surgery blood work. Trust me, your dog is worth more. Spend the money.

Wonderful! Our 114 pound dog doesn't like to have his nails cut. They were knowledgeable and not afraid of him. They have a new patient for life!

My grandma and I have been going here for a few years now. Dr. Bennett is such a caring man. His staff is also very kind and they have always done their best to take care of my fur babies. I’ve done about 4 spays and neuters with him and if any of them had complications with it he always (free of charge) took care of them. He is definitely my family vet and I will probably never go anywhere else if I can help it!

Don't know how good they are. Had a life threatening emergency and was only offered an appointment in two days. I hung up and went elsewhere.

We really liked this vet. Very down to earth, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He's one of the only if not the only vet around that works with reptiles. Nice man and nice staff.

My three-year-old Jack Russell was bitten by a coral snake multiple multiple times possibly even in her eyes. I was calling around to get her help to the different veterinarians their responses were bring her to the hospital in San Antonio some even Said put her to sleep. This vet is the most compassionate, skilled, And affordable That I have ever met!! He even brought my dog home with him at night to take care of her. I could never say thank you enough for saving my dog I could never say thank you enough for saving my dog. ????❤️????. Thank you

So my dog we those his rib was broken and we babies him wrapped him everyday and the next week's he started not to feel well high temperature so we took him to Dr Bennett and he stayed the day prepared him for surgery he open him up and a corndog stick was picking through his gut and now his is called the Corndog stick????????????

My cat Jorge had urinary stones they got him in for an emergency appointment on Friday morning they were kind and helped me through a stressful time
