Very nice people who love animals! Awesome Vet!

The staff are all amazing! The front desk, the Vet techs, and Dr. Willett, all super friendly and took great care of our sick pup.

I took my new guinea pigs here to be checked out. Everyone was super friendly and babied them like me and my kids do. They are very good with the animals here and followed up with us to make sure they were doing well and also sent me a list of veggies I can feed them. Though it sucks driving to Kemah from where I live, I don’t think I would want to take my piggies anywhere else!

It was my first time visiting here Saturday and I am so glad I found this place. Dr. Willett was kind, professional, informative, proactive, and she was also so patient and answered all of my questions and provided great feedback...so much that I didn’t notice the time & that they were already closed, I felt so bad! I hate keeping people late, but she provided me with a lot of unanswered concerns that I had and I’m very appreciative for her. If you want a vet that truly cares and goes above and beyond, this is the place to be. I will pay top price for quality care and customer service, especially when it comes to my dog Wilbur. Also special thanks to Krysta for being so warm and bubbly and she had a huge smile from the moment we walked in until we left. I was very happy with my visit ☺️ They also have a great app! I’ll refer them to anyone ❤️

Dr. Willett is an amazing vet. I cannot possibly put down into words the compassion and admiration I have for her and her staff. We were recently devastated by the sudden loss of our rescue kitten, Stitch with an unexpected illness. Dr. Willett was so kind and compassionate during this heart wrenching loss. She cried along with us!! I also very recently lost my Pitt Bull, Storm to brain lesions and had to put him down. She was so sweet during the entire process. She is always there and willing to help and I would never think about taking my pets anywhere else than Fur Feathers and Friends Veterinary Hospital!!!!

Both of my babies... Amos, and HB are blessed to have this wonderful team of professionals taking care of them. Thank you guys for everything!

This place is amazing. They did not let me leave until I had ALL my questions answered, and then some. They go above and beyond, in every way. You can tell they truly care about the animals and what they're doing. They will work with you and figure something out, no matter how difficult or fearful your pet may be. And Hannah is EXTRA awesome!!

Such a great vet!! The staff has always been so friendly and easy to work with. As busy as they are I can always easily get an appt in, as they stay open pretty late. Stephanie is a phenomenal tech! She is always so patient and answers my million questions as often as we are there with our two labs!

Been taking my cat here for a short while and these people here are so caring for my cat and kind. I know my cat is in good hands when I take him here.

I can't even put into words how much it means to me to have found an amazing exotic vet for my reptiles. Dr. Willett and her team of techs are so knowledgeable, caring, thorough, and are always ready to help whether it be a routine check-up or an emergency. You will be hard pressed to find a better exotic vet for reptiles in the greater Houston area. Not only that, but her pricing is fair, and she doesn't price gouge just because she sees exotics. Not enough good things can be said about Dr. Willett and her team, my animals will go nowhere else as long as I am in driving distance from her office. I have been using Dr. Willett for over a year now, and am very pleased with the level of care provided for my pets. With research, persistence, and patience, she has been able to determine several diagnoses on a couple of my older rescue dogs.

Taken my bird there to get checked, and not only were they super sweet to my very timid budgie, but they also taught me a lot of info being a new bird owner. So I greatly appreciate them and will continue to bring my birds here! Thank you!

Very professional and attentive to your pet's needs. My dog swallowed a toy over the holidays and i took him on Monday to have him checked out. They set up a time that afternoon and did surgery to remove the toy!. He is doing great and feeling great!

When Fur Feather and Friends heard the symptoms I was seeing in my pup they had me bring her right in. They ended up having to do emergency surgery. As soon as surgery was complete the vet tech provided me with a picture of my baby. Can't say how much I appreciate Dr. Willett and her staff. They have been amazing. I wish we were not in the middle of Covid-19 so I could personally meet this vet and her staff.

Dr. Molly Willett is not only a wonderful Veterinarian, but a great boss. I am thankful for all the care she provides for not only my animals, but for my friends and family’s pets as well. She is very thorough and helps create a treatment plan individualized to each pet! I highly recommend Fur Feathers and Friends to anyone with a dog, cat, bird, lizard, and those things in between.

Dr. Willet always gave my rat Penelope the best care, even when it came to the difficult decision to end her pain. I can’t recommend them enough. Highly professional, caring, and overall friendly people. Thank you for everything, I’m relieved to know my girl was able to go painlessly and surrounded by love.

I’m so glad my friend told me about this place it really was a God send. The staff here are amazing so helpful and sweet they took care of my baby like she was there own. I trust them and know they will take great care of them. Dr. Willett saved my dog from getting injections every month and saved us hundreds of dollars a month too. I’m so glad we got a second opinion before heading forward on the first doctors prognosis. She also saved my dog and has kept my dog from throwing up all the time. All we had to do was change up her food and feed her a little more during the day it has definitely changed my dogs life 100%. Thank you so much Dr. Willett you are amazing I couldn’t be happier with everything you did!

Very satisfied with their clinic. They accepted our new pets quickly and they are very efficient.

I took my turtle to them & her tech Hannah was by far the best tech I have had for my babies. She was so attentive, very informative about everything, caring for my turtle & helping me out in every way possible. The vet there is amazing as well. She definitely lets you know everything that needs to be know that happened during the visit. She tells you what needs to happen to get your babies all better. If I could recommend going somewhere, it would definitely be here. They are amazing.
