Our Luna girl loves Rover Oaks! We love their doggy day care and salon services!

It was my fur kiddos first time here. The staff was super friendly and professional and did an amazing job with my kiddos

I liked the set up they have for the dogs. Staff is super friendly which helped me decide against another pet resort. The owner was very rude and unwelcoming, but not here. Everyone was polite and looked like they enjoy their jobs! They took good care of my dog and he smelled so good from his bath.

I'm giving this four stars because the facilities in the people that work there really do care and take care of your pets. I'm just not a fan of their fee structure. Their website will allow you to book one thing and then they will tag you with additional charges. You have to be very careful with the way that they tier their pricing or you end up with a surprise on your bill. Update: Again used the online portal to book reservations for a drop off Sunday... Nowhere in the reservation portal does it say that Sunday is not a drop off day. Only on their main website. And it allowed me to book the reservation. I got a call that Friday stating that they don't allow drop offs on Sunday and they just saw it in their reservation portal and I have to change my reservation. They told me I had to now pay for an extra night to drop off on Saturday after their reservation system let me book Sunday without issue. In short, do not trust their online booking portal at all. If you want any accuracy, you should book via phone.

The staff was very friendly and professional. We like the text option to request updates on our pets stay. They respond very quickly.

My dog loves going to doggy daycare. She jumps up and down in the morning at the door, ready for me to take her. Everyone there treats your fur babies like they are their own.

Really impress with the quality of service here. Been taking my dog Gau and Milo here to play and enjoy their pleasure bath one in a while. They are loving it and asking to come back anyday!

We have been taking our dog to Rover Oaks for 9 years. She took puppy training classes, has been a regular at doggie daycare, and a frequent boarding guest. As an older dog, she still LOVES her time there. The staff has always been excellent and friendly. We appreciate the kindness they give our sweet dog!

Our dog goes to daycare on a regular basis, and he loves it. The staff is always so friendly, and they treat our dog very well. The facilities are very well-kept and clean, and provide a number of play items for all of the dogs. We're confident that our dog is happy and well-cared for during the day. Working with the staff on billing, working with our vet for proof of vaccinations, and scheduling is always very easy. I recommended Rover Oaks to some friends for boarding their dog, and they told me they were very happy with their experience and felt comfortable leaving their dog for a week.

I am extremely disappointed in Rover Oaks training program. We enrolled our 1 year old puppy, Rango, into their 2 week program before Thanksgiving break of this year. Besides Rango being extremely tired for 4 days post training, we have seen no noticeable difference in him. He understood how to sit prior to training, but even the most basic of commands, such as: stay, come, down, are nonexistent. You would think $1600 would imbed the most basic of commands into our little guy, but this is sadly not the case. In terms of a daycare, I can see where Rover Oaks would be an excellent facility. The grounds are great and the staff is super friendly, but I have serious doubts in their ability to train. Had this been a much cheaper training program, I would be more understanding but considering we spent over $1600 this is an extreme disappointment. TLDR; If you're looking for training, especially at this price tag, look elsewhere. If, however, you want doggy daycare, Rover Oaks seems like a good fit.

Our dog LOVES Rover Oaks! She goes several days a week for daycare. She loves her teachers and has a blast! She gets so excited to go to "school" and comes home happy from her playing and socializing. They have a nice outdoor and indoor area as well as the schedule that the dogs follow. They have the facility separated into medium/smaller dogs and large dogs. They always have fun activities going on, as well as a photo booth area! You can choose to have your dog go to daycare half a day or full day, and they have an online portal to schedule each week. Additionally, we have boarded our dog overnight and used the luxury suite. Talk about nice! Highly recommend for daycare and boarding. I know they offer other services as well which I'm sure are just as great. Rover Oaks is a 10/10 in our book!

I just had all five of my fur-kids groomed here, and, I am very, very happy with the result. Everyone has come home looking, and, feeling great!!! We'll definitely be going here again.

Our doggie absolutely loves it here! He was a bit shy at first but quickly warmed up to everyone and had a blast.

Rover Oaks is super crowded with pets. My dog had an accident there before and the manager didn't really explain what happened and now he gets extremely nervous and whines when we take him back. He never whines. And several times things have gotten lost. The front staff are very friendly. I don't know about other staff.

I have been using Rover Oaks bathing services for almost a year, this was the first time I needed to use their overnight stay accommodations. My dog hates to be boarded and usually doesn't eat and just lays around the whole time. This time was different while he was very glad to see me he was also his normal self bright eyed and inquisitive. He most definitely enjoyed his stay over the holiday weekend. I was also impressed by how much information they wanted covering all aspects of his stay. It was the first time I left him someplace where I didn't feel a little guilty about leaving him. I knew he was in good hands

We’ve taken both our dogs to Rover Oaks Pet Resort for training and they come back well-trained. Crystal trained our pup and she is amazing! I love how passionate she is with the dogs. Highly recommend this location and Crystal!

I haven't had a chance to board my dog here yet. They were full at the time. However, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility inside is very nice and clean. I'm looking forward to having my pup stay here.

With premium prices that they charge, premium service is expected. But this place is a mess. Complete lack of communication and coordination between groups. They have gotten too big in pandemic. Vicky in training in clueless. Daycare is a revolving door of employees. Below average service.

I was so disappointed in our experience with Rover Oaks Katy. Please consider going to Rover Oaks Houston instead - well worth the drive (my dog has boarded at the Houston location multiple times without any issues). When I went to the Katy location, I gave them specific instructions on how to care for my pup. They called me at 1:30PM stating they did not follow my instructions, and needed her to be picked up by 2PM that day (which is when they close). Unprofessional establishment & won’t follow the care instructions you give!

Best place to take your four legged loved one

We enrolled our 4 month old puppy in puppy school with Trainer Donnie. I can not recommend this training enough. Our puppy lacked manners and social skills. After 2 weeks of training with Donnie he is a changed pup. Donnie practiced skills with our puppy and then clearly demonstrated how we should practice them at home. The trainer also practiced the skills with my daughter and son to ensure they were confident in working with our puppy and following through with the training. It is obvious that Donnie has a deep understanding of how to train and motivate dogs and that he sincerely enjoys working with dogs and their owners. Our puppy has pretty much stopped jumping on us for attention, stopped demand barking, has great recall (not 100% just yet), waits, drops it and leaves it on command. This training was worth every penny and now we as a family understand how to continue to train our puppy!

We tried rover oak for the 1st time for our dog stay, we were very pleased with our entire experience from start to finish. Everyone is so attentive. Will definitely be coming back
