Terrible experience! Our dog was not burnt or bruised before taking her there but when we picked her up she had very clear razor burns on her AND a thumbprint bruise on her neck. Of course, they took zero responsibility for this saying they noticed she had a rash and a bruise upon arrival. Dislike giving them even one star after what happened!!!

Once again killing it with our doodles grooming!! Would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing groomer!

CHAMPION GROOMERS These lovely ladies really care about giving your dog the best possible experience at the groomers. Their prices are fair & the parlor is immaculately kept. Just remember, great groomers need to be contacted ahead of your dog’s needs, just like any good ladies’ hairdresser. Don’t wait till the last minute to reserve your grooming session & expect a slot immediately. These ladies are golden & are groomers of champions! I have a breed that many groomers mistake for a Poodle, Doodle or Spaniel. I have seen many mistakes USA wide by groomers who haven’t done their homework before cutting this rare breed. Not these ladies. I was strapped for time, told them what I needed & they reviewed the breed standard thoroughly & groomed my dog perfectly to AKC standards. My usually nervous dog was so laid back during the whole process that she even had a nap whilst getting her head brushed before the trim. And my dog is one that won’t let the judges check her out without a struggle, Ana & Lucy were amazing with her! I thoroughly recommend Pooch n Pups Grooming whether you have a pedigree dog or not, you will not be disappointed. I promise.

Overall they did a decent job on my dog’s grooming, no complaint. However nothing like being told that your 10 yr. old Daschund preferred to sit during his grooming and that it made it “difficult for their groomer”. She said ... “Just FYI for next time” and I said “there will NOT be a next time”, because how to do you address this with your dog for next time?!? ????????‍♀️ I’ll just take my dog back to Bunker Hill Groomer even though it’s so much farther away but at least they love on your pet!

First time owning a dog after 20 years. Very happy with this business. I would not be able to say if they are on the expensive side as it’s the only place I’ve been to, but I feel that to me it’s worth paying. Their full service does A LOT to our dog. I’m happy, wife is happy and dog is happy. They are always full so that’s a good sign of good customer service. Don’t forget to tip, i can’t imagine this is easy work.

Absolutely the best gromming salon in Katy! They always do a outstanding job on my mini schnauzer Rosey. They are always so kind and sweet!

They are so patient with my dog. She always comes out lovely. If there are ever any problems with my dog's feet or coat, they contact me before taking any actions. I really appreciate the communication and consideration.

My baby had the best grooming experience here in his five years of life, and I wish I knew of this place long before! Bichon cuts are extremely difficult, and I have never been fully content with my dog’s hair cut until I came here. I showed them a picture and they did their best to make him similar to the picture. Also, upon pickup, we received a detailed report of his behavior and grooming notes. I hope to schedule my next appointment here again. Price is more expensive than other grooming locations in the area, but I see the difference in quality of service. His fur was well brushed and soft afterwards.

Great experience. Really clean shop. Very friendly staff. I have a very timid pup and he can sometimes come home pretty shell-shocked from a groomers. This wasn't the case at all here though. He came back very excited and playful. Which just shows me how well they treat your pet here. Thanks so much for the great experience.

Pooch n Pups is hands down the best little shop in the city! They are so welcoming and very warm hearted. Owning a double coated dog can break you. These girls know what they’re doing and they do it great. Their de-shedding service can’t compare to anyone in the near 100 miles. I’ve seen groomed dogs leave this place flawless. They sure know how to please your eyes. If you own a furry dog, you must come! They won’t disappoint.

I absolutely never leave a review and I know that’s terrible, but I must on this one. I’m 100% pleased with the service and grooming they did for my 1 year old Chocolate lab! He was a dirty mess, ears, paws and all. The backstory is I rescued him from a farm where he was outside day and night so I couldn’t get the “stench” out myself. Needless to say he was a train wreck even after I tried bathing him a couple times. I found Pooch N Pups Grooming online and they came to the rescue. I highly recommend them! We will be going back, that is if they will have us. ???? I promise he won’t be as bad as the first time. He’s enjoying being inside, for the most part, and sleeping in a bed!

Friendly groomer and staff that walk you through how you want your pet to be groomed with a helpful hair chart so you have a visual of how your dog's hair will look at the end. They charge $10 though if your dog doesn't like their feet shaved which seems unfair to me!

They did a great job on the grooming of my dog. He looks and smells fantastic! The part that I did not like was the call I received that he was "difficult to handle" and was snipping at them, therefore they were going to charge me more because they needed to use 2 groomers. This just seems unreasonable to me for many reasons. I paid a lot more than I had anticipated. It was my pups first time at this groomer, and I was very excited to try this place. I got the call an hour and thirteen minutes after dropping him off, so it seems like they were trying to get it done quickly. It is my understanding that maybe taking breaks and giving him time to adust may have helped. I am going to try another place next time because the process ended up being pretty stressful for all involved.

Hands down the best groomers in the city. Very knowledgeable and always provide great service. They groom with love and you can tell as soon as you drop off your pets. Honestly; they are a different breed of groomers! Thank you ladies for the love you give our pets. Don’t go anywhere else.

We've been coming to Pooch n Pups since they opened, and they have just gotten better and better! They take so much time and care with both of our dogs, one of which is very anxious. The dogs always look great when they are done and, while they are never excited to be left somewhere without us, they are very happy there. We even boarded both dogs with Pooch n Pups, and we were very pleased. I trust them completely and should have written this review ages ago!

I've been bringing my poodle mix to pooch n pup for about a year and I've never been disappointed. They always get the cut right and go the extra mile to add a bow or bandana to make her look extra cute! The staff is always friendly and wants what's best for my dog Cookie. I reccomend them to all of my friends and family. I'm so glad I gave them a try!!

The grooming experience is better than your pet can imagine. The bath, the cut itself, the way my boy came out so happy means these girls care for our pets. They put a personal touch on them and you can tell they love animals. Let’s keep them busy Katy!

The BEST groomers we’ve ever found! Wonderful, family owned small business. The ladies that work here are always so sweet and patient and compassionate, they all love what they do. Our pit bull, Stella, is a bit skittish and one time she was so nervous that they couldn’t get her to go back to the grooming area. Instead of getting upset or turning us away, Ana, the groomer, came out without hesitation and clipped Stella’s nails in the lobby area! They always take wonderful care of Stella, whether she’s there for a full bath or just a nail trim. They’re always so happy to see her and give her lots of love. I’ve never met a groomer who is so compassionate!

They are absolutely incredible. My large Bernese mountain dog always comes home looking so beautiful! They take great care of her and she loves them! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to groom my dog like they do. You should definitely bring your dogs here for grooming, I promise you won’t regret it.

The love they have for all pets is sincere. They are always attentive and accommodating. We made the worst mistake to go somewhere else, never again! We won't switch groomers.
