friendly, compassionate staff. clean well kept areas. employ covid precautions. not much 'upselling' that other vets try to push. they are not inexpensive, but I would prefer to pay for premium professional care and a trustworthy vet, than someone who costs less and is like a used car salesman trying to get me to buy unnecessary stuff.

Mayde Creek is a special kind of vet. We had two dogs while using them as our vet (we moved recently) and one was a stray with an enormous amount of health issues. Most vets would take advantage of that and charge a ton for constant tests (which are invasive and painful) and other unnecessary treatments. Mayde Creek went out of their way to help our doggo without causing him unnecessary stress. They were there for him until the day he had to be put down because his heart failed. And then we got a card with so many wonderful and personal memories of our buddy. We used to drive 30 mins to an hour to go to them, and I would suggest anyone in the surrounding area to do the same. Mayde Creek gave my phone dog a longer, happier life and I will always appreciate them for it.

Unbeatable professional and friendly service

Always have a great experience with the team here. My cats been going here since she was a kitten and she just recently they took great care of her and kept us updated throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this establishment to any pet owner.

Great staff, they are the best. When there are questions about my Babies care they are prompt at answering any of my concerns. Dr. Williams is very professional and informative about options for care.

Used recently for both boarding and for a couple of minor health issues for one of my dogs. For both they gave very good service, were very friendly and had reasonable prices.

Friendly and helpful. A little pricy but for the work they do it’s worth it. They took care of my baby.

My dog is very nervous about getting his nails trimmed even at home. We would take him to petco and pet smart before but they never successfully trimmed them. We brought him here and thought he would need anesthesia in order to get it done since he doesn’t even let me trim them myself. The vet told me they didn’t want to stress my dog and would stop if he was too nervous or tried to bite in fear someone would get hurt but the visit was today and was completed within 30 mins and my dog came out with a wagging tail and trimmed nails also cost $20 NO anesthesia needed! I’m happy all around with the visit and I’m sure my dog is too. Will definitely be returning!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They have been our vets for our pets for around 20 years. They're wonderful, knowledgeable, kind, sympathetic, organized, efficient, etc. We love them!

We needed a new vet after Dr Clark left Fry Rd. Animal Clinic. We don't much care for Dr. Bryce nor do our animals. This guy seems really nice. So the wife says.

They have always taken excellent care of my dogs. I trust them with my fur babies. They are affordable and the staff truly cares for your pet. I will always take my pets to Mayde Creek.

Dr. Williams is a great Vet! Three generations of pets are clients of Dr. Williams. We won’t go to another vet.

Knowledgeable and caring doctors and staff.

I hadn't been there for about 5 years so the staff was all new to me. We had to say goodbye to my sons best friend and other than the wait because we were a work in they definitely were very kind and respectful. It was a very difficult decision and heart breaking. Dr Williams and Angie the practice manager as well as the staff who dealt with us directly were very compassionate and understood the pain we were in. They were very comforting and patient and allowed us to be with our beloved furbaby as long as we needed to say our goodbyes. Thank MCAHC for taking of us and Chaps at such a sad time in our life.

Been taking my dog here for like 8 years and its always a good experience. I've traveled here times where I've lived further away just because of how much I trust these people. My dog has had everything from usual vet visits, checking ear infections or tumors, potential kidney issues, teeth cleaning, tumor removal, etc. He's 15 and going strong in no small part because of good care. I couldn't tell you if this place is pricier than others and I don't care. I'll gladly throw my money here knowing he's comfortable and getting great care.

The staff was very sweet, however I am not happy with the Veterinarian. My dog struggling for a week. He went to an Animal hospital last week and had blood work done, his organs were failing. He was only getting worse so I decided to take him to a closer vet (Mayde Creek) thinking it was safe with all the good reviews. I took him yesterday and explained what was going on. My dog didn't want to eat, he could only stand for a few seconds and was heavily breathing. They were aware of his organs failing. The dr wanted to do more blood work and give him antibiotics taking $400 out of my pocket and telling me that he really thought he was going to be ok. I was even told that "they thought he was going to be worse than I explained". After bringing him home, he was getting worse over the hours. He suffered all night long. I didn't want to see him suffer like this, for that reason I inquired about euthanizing him before I arrived to the vet yesterday. I'm broken and sitting here with the body. I called when he passed and was told they offer cremation but it will be a higher charge if I wanted to keep his ashes. I refuse to give them anymore of my money and rather go elsewhere. If you are looking for a caring vet who will actually listen to someone who knows their pets behavior, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Very nice place great with my two doggos. With covid going on at moment they make sure they make you feel safe.

14 yrs of pet service

The staff is always very polite, chipper, and knowledgeable. Every time I arrive at least one employee is cleaning, the place is always spotless and sanitary. The actual Vet is smart and funny, very helpful with things previous Vets have ignored. I would recommend this vet. Only downside is they are not cheap, however you get your money's worth every visit, Just buy the medications other places.

My parents and I have been taking our fur babies to Mayde Creek for many years and absolutely LOVE the staff and doctors!! I would recommend Mayde Creek to everyone for the simple fact that they love our babies as their own and that is just one of the many reasons it sets them apart from the rest.

Wonderful place we had lots of bad vets and experiences prior and this was an accidental discovery due to our pup needing immediate attention and they were the closest open to us at the time. After they took care of our baby so great we decide to stay with them now over a year later we still use them and our new pup goes there to now. We couldn't be more happy with the caring and sweet staff and the vet does a great job. They are a bit pricy but I have learned in prior experience you get what you pay for. Thank ya'll for such an awesome experience!
