In my 64 yrs., veterinarian's have always applied any medications that my pet needed!

My "Samson buddy" passed away and now in Heaven with no pain now. This Vet office took such great care of him over the years just tremendous care that I am so thankful for. He was a very special dog. This Doberman was not only my protector but my Therapeutic dog. Just a magnificent animal. Thank you to all the people who cared for him. We will see him again one day.

The vet and vet techs here are REALLY good and have great bedside manners. Great prices.

We have brought 3 guinea pigs to this clinic. They have always taken great care of our piggies. They explain things well, and gives excellent care. Very pleasant and friendly.

Dr. Hokanson and Rene, her vet tech, were wonderful! They both spent so much time with us and really made an effort to build trust with both me and my dog, who is skittish. Maybe it was just the day I went, but I can't believe I hardly had to wait to be seen, either. Fast, efficient, friendly front desk receptionist, for both check in and payment. Their fee was extremely reasonable and they have an online pharmacy which will make getting Rxs for my dogs much easier. So happy to have found this clinic!

I’m leaving feedback on my recent visit. My fur baby Sleepy who is a doggo was struggling with an ear infection and yeast, I brought him in and everyone was really genuine and nice, the staff was very patient and caring. They took care of him with so much kindness, compassion and professionalism that if I could leave 10 stars I would! They did an ear flush on him and got him on medication, there was immediate improvement on the very first day. This has been a chronic issue with him but appears to be going really well with their treatment. EVERYONE WAS AMAZING.. kind, caring, compassionate, understanding and professional. I was so touched by how they treated Sleepy and me. This has been by far the best experience in all of Texas with a Vet, I highly recommend them and will be coming back. They deserve all their clientele and positive reviews!! Thank you to everyone there, you’re all such amazing people <3 Lala and Sleepy ❤️

We have been taking our three dogs to Mason Road Veterinary Clinic for years. Hadn't been in a while due to the pandemic. Called on Friday - our yorkie mix was extremely ill. Had been throwing up and not eating for several days. Was told they were booked and could fit us in first thing Monday morning. My husband tried everything to be able to take her in but they said no. Our dog got worse and we called Sealy Animal Hospital and they said to bring her right in. Ended up she had kidney failure and we had to make the decision to let her go to the Rainbow Bridge. Broke my heart. Shame on Mason Road Vet Clinic for being so heartless! Will NEVER take another dog there.

They weren't able to accommodate, but not their fault, it was a spur of the moment walk-in. Very gracious in directing me to a facility to try, worked out well

After a 13 year run full of love both given and received our beloved family member and for life four legged companion Debo was ready to no longer live in discomfort from normal large dog health and physical complications and was ready to join the rest of the world's Great Four Legged Family Protectors/Guardians. Since he did such a great and honorable job at being a protector of the children and family, a shoulder to cry on when times were rough, as a listener, and so much more but most of all completely lived up to being referred to as "Man's Best Friend ", the family and I decided we needed to find a Veterinarian Clinic that would help him leave this world and safely move on to the next in the same loved, secure, cared for, and respected feelings he made sure we felt every night we slept sound knowing he was watching over us as we slept. So after calling multiple different vet clinics to decide which we felt could complete such a large demanding task we finally found this one and picked it. Needless to say we weren't disappointed or couldn't possibly have found a better place to do so. The staff was so amazing and comforting to my wife and I during the entire procedure also at helping Debo have the best painless loved heartfelt send off he deserved!! After the procedure they returned his remains back to us not only in a very timely manner but in a beautiful wooden ashes display box to put on our fire mantel in his memory. The vet was amazing and so were her assistants. I recommend the place to anybody with a loved one of another species!!!

The staff and doctors are simply amazing, they are quick to respond to phone calls as well as scheduling with them is super easy they also call to remind you of your appointment the day before.

They are wonderful with my Missie she never afraid to go there ..Everyone so wonderful

Excellent vet and staff. My pet was treated better than my doctor treats me! In all the years I’ve owned this cat and the various vets I’ve seen, none of the others took time to reassure & calm her. And no one ever got her to purr during an exam before! I wholeheartedly recommend Mason Road Veterinary Clinic

We had a great experience here! We searched far & wide to find someone to trim our guinea pigs' nails and they did a great job. We didn't wait long and the vet and all staff were very kind and thorough. This being our first trip with the pigs, we put them in the same box; because they were stressed they got into it and fur was flying. The vet quickly cleaned up their injuries from the fight and didn't even charge extra! She also offered us a second box to separate them for the ride home. I highly recommend!

We got a recommendation from my aunt who dr . Hokanson was her vet teach many years ago . We went another vet before and not getting the results we wanted to see . So we went go fur baby got diagnosed right. We so thankful for Dr. Hokanson ! The staff also is so friendly and treats our fur baby like their own .

I hope you read this review bc I'd like to ty you from the bottom of our hearts for the love and care you showed to our family during such a tough time. For anyone reading this review the ppl ACTUALLY CARES which is hard to find. Now and days its all about the money but they did everything they could and tried their best to comfort me and the babies. Ty you for the card from the Mason Vet Family it brought me to tears and I am forever grateful!!! If you ever need a volunteer I am in your debt!

Hands down by far best Veterinary I've ever taken a fur baby too. This time around we had to bring our 13yr old mastiff mix in to have him humanely euthanized. It was one of the hardest decisions to make and have to follow thru with. The staff was great the vet herself Awesome!!! Her bedside manner words cant even let you begin to understand. She really cares about each one of her client's. We were able to spend time before with our big guy and also after he was gone. I have found my forever vet.

In this place where I went with my puppy, they say they can attend you only if you bring an appointment, once you request an appointment in the first days because your puppy is hurt. They cold as a lettuce in their bag tell you that within 8 or 9 days ... I do not recommend anyone to visit this place that supposedly takes care of the health of animals and for this you need to be good human beings

Affordable, Professional, Clean. I would recommend this vet clinic.

I like this place, very friendly staff and nice doctor. I like the way she treats the pets and that we can actually talk to her and go inside and being with our pet during consultation. Some other vets during this COVID situation do not allow people to be in the office during consultation and that I really don't like.

Dr Sarah is wonderful!! I’m so glad I found this vet, my dog had a serious infection on her head which lead to surgery. The vet had an honest approach to things and didn’t try to sell me on anything that wasn’t needed. We attempted other alternatives before we had to resort to the surgery. They are very caring and understanding!! I’ll definitely continue to bring my pets here.
