Dr. Agler has been our vet since 1988 (30+ years). He is caring and responsive to the needs of the pet(s) as well as the owners. He has responded to calls as early as 6:30am and well into the evenings and on weekends. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Agler and Ginger. The Ready-Vet-Go Service has been a true blessing for our pets.

My son Richard took his beloved Rottie Shatze to Dr Wes all of her life. This doctor and his staff gave the most wonderful and personal care to her. And toward Richard --in that Dr Wes always knew what I had been doing overseas, what Richard's interests were, and best of all of course, was doing what was important for Shatze taking time to explain everything --and then treat even serious situations perfectly. He also came at night in rain in the Mobile Clinic to put our gentle, elderly favorite cat Figaro out of his misery. Dr Agler is a gentle soul with a great understanding of how much our furry children mean to us.

I have two precious cats that I love dearly. They are my family 'kittos', and I want to provide the absolute best care for them. I finally found Dr. Wes Agler and his wonderful staff after reading their excellent reviews. I just can't express my gratitude enough regarding the outstanding and extraordinary care that Dr Wes provides. My younger 'kitto' is very skittish and afraid to get in her carrier and travel in the car. Dr Wes comes into my home and helps me get her to his van and is truly a godsend. Addendum 4/27/21: Thank you again, Dr Wes Agler, for your compassion and outstanding care that you provide for JJ and Maggie. You went above and beyond last week by also grooming, clipping their nails and cleaning out their little hineys while they were under anesthesia for their dental cleanings. I have health issues and had been remiss on the grooming, so it was very much appreciated. We just cannot express enough gratitude for having you in our lives, Dr Wes, Ginger and the entire Pioneer family. God bless you and always keep you safe.???????? I initially really liked this vet and the services offered since my cat does not travel well. The first time the doctor saw my cat he was very sick and was able to figure a solution quickly. They checked up on him a few times after that. He was put on prescription food and the doctor approved his script immediately through an online service. I received notification yesterday that my prescription was expired and needed to be renewed. I called and requested the prescription to be renewed and they told me they were not going to renew his prescription because he needed to be seen in the office. I asked why I didn’t receive a phone call from them to let me know my cat needed to be seen in order to have the prescription renewed. They told me that the food service should have notified me the prescription was rejected. They then told me that it was the second time the prescription was rejected. I asked if I could set up an appointment and they told me they are not taking patients in the office and the mobile truck is in the shop so they are not going to do anything to help me. I was advised they will NOT be renewing his prescription and that I need to go to another vet if I want help. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service and care. I am very worried about my cat and now he is out of food and no one here tried to help me.

Let me tell you Dr. Agler is one of the best vets. in DFW. His experience, knowledge and caring nature is above excellent. He is a truthful vet and whatever he tells you about your pet you can take it to the bank. I've been dealing with him for years.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Agler and his team. They're all so professional and caring. The mobile unit is very convenient and greatly reduced the stress for my cats. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best experience with a professional veterinarian ever. My wife and I have been to 4 different vet hospitals in order to find one our well mannered but high anxiety girls felt comfortable. Dr. Agler showed up at our home and welcomed the girls in the Ready-Vet-Go mobile unit. It was fast, easy, and the girls were able to go straight back into the house, instead of a long car ride home. Dr. Agler's staff couldn't be nicer. They went above and beyond to answer any questions that we had and followed up after the check up to make sure everything went well. If you are reading this post, that means that you most likely have a dog that isn't just "like" family, it IS family. My wife and I only want the best for our 2 girls in their healthcare provider. I believe we have found it at Ready-Vet-Go because of Dr. Agler and his amazing staff. Thank you again and will spread the word to everyone we know.
