City Vet is very helpful. So far I have only been there once with one of my dogs, however when I called to see if they would work with 800 pet meds, they were more than helpful in me getting my Tri-heart medication to continue keeping my pets healthy. It shows it's not just a job to them, they really love the pets. Great Vet to have. I have been to some, I wouldn't take my kids back to for rediculous reasons. Ie. THEY spelled my dogs name incorrectly and wouldn't refill my pets meds. The Vet himself wouldn't think. of correcting MY pets name. Low Cost Pet Vet I would never send my friends or enemies to.

Finally found a doctor I like for my pups. Great grooming also with really competitive pricing! Also, they will match chewy prices on certain prescription foods.

The doctors at CityVet Las Colinas are extremely kind and helpful. Our dog is extremely anxious, especially at the vet, and they were amazing in keeping him calm and he left being best friends with them! We were in and out quickly. The office was very clean and welcoming. We have found our forever vet!

I love Dr. Bryant! She’s so caring and sincere. She’s been the vet for 4 of my dogs. She’s awesome. When she moved from the Oaklawn location, I followed her to the new Las colinas location. She’s worth the drive.

The vet here is so nice and helpful. My kitten had two visits for vaccinations and care after adoption and he was very comfortable both times. No long waits to be seen or to check out. The vet even answered my questions a few months later about my kitten’s changing needs over the phone without requiring a follow-up vet visit. I am so appreciative of that kind of follow-through care for a furry patient. Thank you!

My wife and I just had our first experience with CityVet in Irving. We previously took our cat to the location in Plano. The staff in Irving does a great job. They have fantastic customer service and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend them.

We took our granddaughters rabbit ???? to be spayed. Very good experience and the vet was very helpful at telling us better food to be giving her.

I could use a lot of words to describe this dump but we'll just say amateur hour, unprofessional, understaffed and just not the place you want to take your animal. And to show culpability of their guilt and poor performance, they didn't even charge me on the way out the door. That says it all right there.

We really love Dr. Bryant. She's a new vet, and seems very knowledgeable and well trained. She's answered all of our questions about our pup's and their care. We respect her views regarding nutrition, surgical procedures, training, and nutrition. And most important, she's very compassionate and our pups like her and her staff too!

Had a great experience at this vet. Came in to get my daughter’s cat nails capped and the whole staff and especially the lady that did them (Trish)was knowledgeable and amazing. I will definitely come back and would recommend this place to everyone with a pet.

My kitten was having some very mild tummy issues. Aside from being booked over the weekend and me calling last minute, they got me in first thing in the morning on Monday! The prices are very reasonably priced and the staff was very kind and helpful. I plan to switch both my kittens over to City Vet!

I am very grateful to have stumbled upon City Vet at the Paws Colinas dog park grand opening. I recently moved to the area and was in search of a new primary vet for my fur baby and was so lucky to have found the Las Colinas City Vet location for many reasons: not only do they offer wellness exams, this location also offers grooming right next door! The City Vet staff is amazing and pay very close attention to detail. I took my pup in for a grooming and groomer Victoria noticed a few bumps on my pup’s skin, the staff called me and let me know to not be alarmed and asked if I’d like Dr. Bryant to have a closer look. Dr. Bryant is the absolute best. She was very thorough and knowledgeable, and I trusted her recommendation as we discovered that Peaches has seasonal allergies! I’d recommend this location to any friends and family for a vet in Irving area!

Very kind, professional people that really seemed to care for my bunny that they haven't seen before. I called all sorts of vets and this was the only that allowed me to drop her off to treat an abscess. Thanks!
