Super friendly and caring staff.

Our experience with Hutto Veterinary Clinic has been amazing! I was able to get an appointment quickly. From scheduling the appointment to follow up after the appointment, I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Everyone was very nice and seemed to genuinely care about my boys. Dr. Mo sent a very detailed email after the visit to outline the treatment plans and medication changes. I highly recommend Hutto Veterinary Clinic.

This is by far the best Veterinary Clinic I have been to. My cat had a bad experience at her previous vet and has not let anyone exam or touch since. They allowed me to be with her so she was comfortable and it took some warming up but she allowed Dr. Pratt (I believe forgive me if i gave the wrong name) examine her. She let me ask all of my questions and give me options as well as a treatment plan. The entire staff was amazing. Jennifer the technician, as well as Susanne and Helen the receptionist I want to thank you as well! Have a Happy Holiday’s!

They are a caring, thorough team of people. Only problem is their popularity. It's sometimes hard to get an appointment when your dog needs a vet. Adding a new posting in December 2021, after annual visit with our little dog. Service is still top notch. The staff really goes the extra mile for the patients.

Everything was great Kaitlin is so great, she and Dr. Brandon are the best both of them get along with kassie, the only other two that can get along with her they get along just fine which is a plus because Kassie doesn't like anyone but she likes them.

I took my dog to Hutto Vet Clinic. And helped me out, service was great and staff very friendly, pricing was also good, better then going to a Vet Hospital. I recommend Hutto Vet Clinic.

I switched vets after a bad experience at Thrive. I looked at the reviews and decided to give this place a chance. It was the best decision I’ve ever made!!! Never have I had a vet come talk to me, take the time to answer my questions and help me understand what to do to keep my babies safe. Dr. Carson is an angel, and I’m so glad I’ve made the decision to come here. I felt like she cared about them, which is a very different experience than I had at Thrive. Thank you for making me feel safe in knowing that my babies have a place that cares for their every day needs, and God forbid, if they get sick I know that they will treat them well.

Hutto Veterinary Clinic has been our go-to vet since 1992 and yesterday they, once again, showed me why. They are responsive, professional and knowledgeable. The doctors and staff there are amazing and I appreciate them all.

Amazing people who do a fabulous job with my cats.

My cat was sick and in pain and I needed a vet as soon as possible. I called Hutto Veterinary Clinic and got an appointment within a few days. They had us in and out within an hour and treated my cat with care. They were thorough and offered me insight and options. We will definitely be back.

I've been going to the Hutto Vet Clinic for over 10 years, and I 100% recommend it. The staff is wonderful, and truly love and care for each and every patient.

Gave me all information I needed and great customer aervice

When I called for an appointment, the person who answered took the time to find out what was going on with my furbaby and set up my new customer information. For the visit, it was curbside only but the technician asked questions to really ascertain the full history of the problem. When the examination was completed, Dr Mo was great - she came out to talk to me and was thorough in her discussion and explained all the treatment options in detail. Caring and compassionate while presenting all of the possibilities.

We have used Hutto Vet Clinic for years now. They have cared for all of our fur babies and I wouldn't take them to anyone else.

I have been going there for years with both Mastiffs. I'm down to one and she is a senior. She has flare ups with her right leg so I give her carprofin. I only give it to her as needed, not every day. I called for a refill and as always they say they will call back but never do. I called them back while I was in the area and they said it must have fallen through the cracks. Frustrating because I had already explained she took her last one this morning and she really needed those anti-inflammatories. Eventually they come back on the line and say they want to blood test her. If I had been giving her meds every day at maximum dose I could understand. I explained I couldn't get her in the truck. When she has the flare ups she just lays around a day or so with the meds and then comes out of it. I am disappointed a refill for just a few days wasn't approved to get her through the flare up so I could get her in without forcing her up a ramp into the vehicle while she was in pain. Communication has become a big issue. No one calls back, and seems like no communication is happening with the staff. When I went ahead and picked up the flea meds and another med ... the lady basically shoved it in the window. Nothing like "any questions" nothing. She made us feel like she couldn't wait for us to leave. We are moving on.

Quick service, very kind to my dog, very personable and helpful

This vet has been truly amazing. We have had issues with other vets and it has been such a relief to finally have a vet that is so understanding and helpful. One of our dogs has really high anxiety with strangers and the whole staff here has been understanding and accommodating. Recently our dog injured her paw and instead of making us come in for a pricey visit, they gave us a very affordable alternative that ended up working great and saved our already stressed dog from having to go in. Can't recommend them enough!

Dr Pratt is thorough, caring, interested in what I have to share and explains findings and options well. Techs treat my dogs like their own. Love this clinic.
