Moved 2 cats from Switzerland to New Mexico. Airpets International did what they said they would do and more. Highly professional and connected with international people to get pets delivered in a safe and healthy manner. I am very happy with their services.

Absolute professionals! Outstanding service. They earn my highest recommendation. From the initial contact to the delivery to my front door, Airpets had every aspect of this process covered. They coordinated with my breeder at the kennel in Germany and communicated all information pertinent to the import both directions. My 11 week old German Shepherd puppy arrived in Seattle healthy, clean, and calm. Thank you Deborah Graham, Monty Mootry, Brent Reitner, and the supporting team members.

I would highly recommend Airpets! From my initial contact with Dakota to my many interactions with Courtney who handled all the logistics of moving my 2 cats from Kenya to the US right before Christmas and in the middle of a pandemic, it was a seamless and professional experience. They communicated with me on multiple continents and easily dealt with a last minute schedule change. They handled everything beyond me just dropping off/picking up the cats which made my overall relocation much easier and less stressful. The customer service was excellent and the cats are happily settling into their new home!

They made their service as promised even through the difficult circumstances of the pandemic. They knowledge of animal transportation is excellent and reliable. I called around and got quotes from other pet transportation companies though, Airpet America's price was the best and phone consultation was always professional and courteous, . And above all that, they really cared my cat (she is too big to fit underneath the airplane seat, and not always keep her behavior in the "cute" manner) and took extended service to drive her from DFW( where airplane arrived late ) to her boarding veterinary before the vet's closing hour . ( Special thanks to Monty). Without Airpet America, Charlotte Christmas and I are not having this Christmas in our new home in Texas. During this time of Covid moving overseas is stressful enough but adding the pet recitation to it was off the charts! Dana was patient and great answering tons of questions in the beginning and Courtney was amazing during the entire process. There were times I was afraid it wouldn’t come together because of ever changing transport policies with airlines and in our destination country but Airpets seems to have seen it all!! Courtney was encouraging and professional every step of the way. I always believed our kitties were in good hands. We were so excited when they arrived at our new home! I highly recommend Airpets International!

From the first contact Airpets America was the best. Accommodated all our request, date changes and made this move so smooth! Mireya took care of everything that our two boys needed from DFW to London, the updates with pictures and continued follow up. We are over the moon to be reunited and starting our new life in England! Thank you for treating our boys like family!!

So finally I got the call from Singapore to move back as my work was calling me back from US. Thinking about relocation, first thought was how to seamlessly manage my pet dog's relocation arrangements. We found Airpets International through a known agent in Singapore and she recommended highly of their services. Ms Courtney was interfacing from Airpets and she was calm, patient and always listened to our suggestions and concerns and was giving us both practical solutions and emotional support. I would like to give more than five star for their efficient communication . I struggled to send my pet for the past four month due to covid. I am not a native english speaker. so i was highly impressed by their communication. Air-pets is run by young people they are empathic, any one can understand what they interpret in words. They supported a lot in every step in this complex process. and charged very reasonably. They represent real American business ethics.

I started the process in September to get my golden to Italy, we knew shopped around for prices and they were the most reasonable, we did go through a few hoops but nothing I didn’t already know would be a possibility with pet shipping. I worked with Dakota then Courtney and they were very quick to respond to me with email text or even phone call. Our golden made it safely to my husband in Italy and I didn’t have to go through too much stress of setting everything up!

My experience with Airpets International was nothing but exceptional! They were professional, answered any and all questions I had, incredibly transparent about the whole process, and took excellent care of my fur baby. Making an international move is in and of itself a stressful process, and that stress only multiplies when you are bringing a furry friend with you. Thanks to airpets, however, I knew my Morpheus was well taken care of and never had to worry about a thing. They also offer so many different options for every situation that any time anything came up that might have interfered with the move, they had immediate and convenient solutions. And to top it all off, they even had some of the most reasonable pricing out of all the companies I looked at. I cannot stress how satisfied I am with their services and how happy I am to be in my new home with my kitty! AirPets moved my Mom’s cat Kyoto from Portland OR back to her first mom in Nebraska, after our mom died They did a great job talking me through documents to gather, they supplied the crate for her to travel in, and offered door to door service at a reasonable (though not necessarily cheap) cost. I think they gave great value for the price Kyoto has landed safely, and is setting in well in her new home

We had our sweet Diesel shipped to us from Washington State to our home near Toronto Canada. We expected alot of issues due to the covid restrictions but everything went smoothly. They gave us updates as our little pup travelled by car across the border to Vancouver and then on his flight to Toronto. When he arrived he was happy and not stressed at all. Airpets was very professional every step of the way and the cost was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them for a pet transport.

Airpets and especially Courtney Pate were amazing with the relocation of our treasured feline family member Bebe. We moved from New York to Dubai, UAE. Everything was as smooth as it could be! Courtney has an excellent manner which is needed when you are dealing with the levels of anxiety that come up. Their logistics were seamless and needless to say we are thrilled.

My name is Athanasia Kotsamanolis and I used this amazing beautiful company to send my English bulldog my shitzu and my two kitties to send them to Greece I was so nervous about my babies flying but this company was amazing I was a little pain calling them all the time and asking questions all the time but Courtney was so patient with me answering all my questions every time I really appreciated everything from start to finally getting to our destination they are wonderful I will definitely recommend this company to all thank you for everything I would love to post pictures of my babies but can’t get them all in one picture

We did our research before choosing Airpets International to transport our 3 dogs and 1 cat. From top to bottom it was a smooth and easy process. The Airpets staff guided us through the whole process and were always willing to jump on the line and discuss any concerns. Highly, Highly recommended!

My husband and had to leave for Germany and unfortunately when we were prepping for our move the airline didn’t have any availability to to take my dog Ares. We found out about Airpets by researching different companies and I’m so happy we went with this one. They were so helpful and answered all of my questions with patience and ease! Ares is home with me now, and he is just as happy to be back with us. Definitely recommend this company!!

The “owner” is absolutely the most unprofessional person. Relentless calls and texts. No chance of him accepting responsibility for his actions. I would recommend going with any other pet travel company besides this poor excuse of one.

Airpets International made moving our two dachshund mixes from the US to Ireland during COVID extremely easy and stress-free! My husband and I were both nervous about figuring out how to get our dogs abroad with us, a big part of that being we had only a short amount of time from when we found out we were moving to when we would need to be arriving in Ireland. From the first step Airpets International did an amazing job of making sure we knew what to do. They handled everything from the paperwork, flights, customs, etc. We had to sell our cars with the move so we opted to have them pick up our dogs from our house, and then drop them off at our apartment in Ireland. The people who did the pick up and drop off were so friendly and obviously take their job seriously making sure our dogs were happy and comfortable. Airpets also made sure to give us regular updates and photos of our dogs as they were traveling, so we could rest easy knowing they were being taken care of. I'm so glad we decided to use their services because there were so many steps with the paperwork and customs, I'm sure it would've been easy for us to miss something if we had tried to do this on our own. I would highly recommend that if you are moving abroad with a pet, definitely go with Airpets International. They were absolutely worth every penny and did such a great job of taking care of our pooches. Two big, big thumbs up!

I worked with Brent at Airpets International and I found him to be very helpful, well-knowledgeable and Airpets had excellent reviews. The cost of transporting my two dogs cross-country was very reasonable.

Air Pets assisted me with getting my sweet beagle/weenie mix from San Antonio, Texas to Europe. Being in the military and getting a very short notice PCS was incredibly stressful, but they simplified everything for us — they helped with transporting my dog to the airport, getting him on the plane, getting him through customs, and getting him delivered to our hotel in Germany. They were absolutely awesome through the whole process and took the time to answer the nine thousand questions I had! I will definitely be using them again when it’s time for us to return stateside!

Wayne took great care of our dog in her cross-country road trip. We got regular updates on her journey and she was delivered right on time as expected. The arrangement of her trip was well organized, clear and efficient. Just remember to plan about 4-6 weeks in advance of when you need to transport your animal.

Took quite a while for the day of the dog's pickup but the shipping was excellent, the staff was informative, and Wayne was great. I wish that he could have been picked up a week or sos earlier.

I was so nervous to have my dog fly for the first time, and it was a TEN hour flight. Daisy also has serious separation anxiety issues. I was so thankful that I found Airpets America!!! They made sure I knew exactly everything I needed, including backup documents just in case. The drop-off was easy and they were very sweet! They booked everything for Daisy for me, handled her check in, and even sent me a photo of her when she was all settled! When we picked her up at the next airport, she was just as perfect and happy as when I dropped her off! I honestly don't know what I would have done without Airpets America!!
