The technician was gentle and caring. The Dr. was thorough and listened to me as a pet owner. I was not pressured or scared into extra procedures, and my dogs are 10 and 7 years. It was a clean and relaxing environment. I am a former vet technician, so my options are backed by professional and personal knowledge. I had a wonderful experience, and my dogs had a better experience than they have had anywhere else.

I've been to a bunch of vets in Conroe and Huntsville. Hands down the best place. The doctor really knows what she's doing, she is so patient with both two and four legged customers ???? I'm one of those dog-crazy people and I'm always overly concerned about my dogs, sometimes with good reason, sometimes not. In either case the doctor is so understanding and works with me on all the details. It's really sad that she doesn't do surgery but for everything else she's really the best in town. They always squeeze me in if there is a problem and they help over the phone without demanding you come if the situation allows. Last but not least, who the heck charges $25 for office visits and $30 for blood work?? Awfully affordable too. Thank you, you're good people.

Best vet in town! Genuinely cares about every animal that she meets. Remembers names of pets she hasn't seen in months. Never tries to oversell. Always honest and always kind. Her vet techs are always the best too! My family and I love Well Pet Place and will continue to go for as long as they are around.

We have been with Dr. Virginia since we moved to Huntsville. They are awesome. All my furbabies go to her. My German Shepherds think she is the ladie with the peanut butter. Dr. Virginia takes such good care of her animals.

I made an appointment at Well Pet Place after not being able to get one for my dog Colt at his usual vet. I must say I was very pleased with the service. My 6 rescued dogs now have a new go to vet. Thank you so much Dr Einck.

Our 14 yr old dog was in real pain and we took her to Wellpet. Very accommodating, got us in within the hour and provided much needed meds. Everyone there was nice and cared about our dog. They were much more affordable than the vet we usually use. I would recommend them to anyone with small dogs or cats.

Dog needed bordatella shot in a hurry, they got it done fast.

Our. Puppy urgently needed to be seen. They got us in the same day and were very professional. The vet was great with our puppy, diagnosed her, and had us on our way in no time with medications. We will definately ne going back.

I took my Kitty Josey here, and I could not be more happy; it was different due to Covid-19 restrictions, but everything went extremely well. Dr. Einck looked at my kitty and diagnosed him with a UTI, and even discussed what it is and what I can do in the future. I highly recommend Well Pet Place for Dr.Einck and the professional staff! Mrs. Allen who works there was the best vet tech I could have ever asked for; she was quick to get my kitty in and answer any questions.

Dr.Virginia is so sweet and loves every animal she sees and takes the time to answer every question you have. she and her staff are always up front about cost with out you having to ask!

I love Well Pet Place! Dr. Einck is the best and loves all of the animals that come in. She makes you and your fur baby feel like family and is really great with my chihuahua.

tl;dr: This vet, Dr. Einck, took us in on a Saturday when everyone else turned us away and did more than anyone should have asked of her. She is a vaccination and preventative care doctor. She saved my dog's life today, and I will never stop recommending her to everyone. (cross-posted on facebook and yelp) I don't even know how to begin. My dog hadn't been feeling well when she began stumbling and her eyes became sunken this morning. I recognized this as an immediate medical emergency that will require fluids, if not antibiotics and other supportive care, and possibly surgery. The cheapest emergency vet quoted me a minimum of $2-5k to perform diagnostics and respond accordingly and at least $1500 to provide supportive care until Monday morning when I could get her to her vet. Her vet was out of the office this particular Saturday, and I drove to vet clinics all over Huntsville to see if they would see me while on hold with other vets in Conroe and Willis. Out of desperation, I finally settled in front of Well Pet Place and just waited for them to open. I was handling it, but inside I was distraught. From the moment their door unlocked, this doctor and her staff went above and beyond. She repeatedly explained that her services are limited and she does not have the machines to deal with an emergency, as she is a vaccination and check-up clinic. She had every right and reason to turn me away. Every other vet that I had spoken to dismissed me to an emergency clinic because of the remote possibility it was a bowel obstruction (due to a possible chicken bone being eaten 4 days earlier, despite having no vomiting). The vet came to the car (COVID era) and looked at her and immediately recommended I take her to the emergency clinic. What happened after is why I recommend her. I explained the cost issue and asked if she could help at all. No vet owes me an emergency appointment at 10AM on a Saturday, as Huntsville Pet Clinic and 11th St. Vet both denied us. I understand they may have had plans after work or not been feeling well or just didn't want to squeeze an emergency visit in on a Saturday. I am not even saying that this vet would ever do this again, but I am saying that when she had the opportunity (and the ability) to help a pet in need beyond what her clinic offers, she chose to do so. It speaks to her character and the value she places on our pets. She didn't get stuck on a bowel obstruction diagnosis as soon as she heard "chicken bone". Its highly likely she figured that's what it was, but she wasn't dismissive. She let me know she could do limited testing for kidney and liver function and possibly prescribe something for the immediate discomfort my dog was in, but her recommendation is to leave and go to an emergency clinic. During the exam, in my whirlwind of emotions, I actually asked the vet to show my dog what she was going to do before she did it, and she accommodated that. In retrospect, it was a ridiculous request, but it made me feel more comfortable in the moment. I've been with my veterinarian clinic for 12 years, and they are wonderful. I think its important to have the same dr. for the pet's life, but honestly, I'll continue to go back to this vet for visits as well, simply to support the business. Dog update: she prescribed antibiotics and pain/inflammation meds and gave me directions to follow in case I did not follow her advice to go to the emergency clinic immediately. She also let me know the symptoms that would indicate my dog is starting to die and that I definitely could not wait until Monday to take her to the vet. Our pup is currently responding well to the care the vet gave her and other supportive care I can provide at home, but someone will be watching her around the clock to see if we need to get down to the emergency vet. Her eyes aren't as sunken and she's walking around and wagging her tail, so I think she will be okay until at least Monday when we can get testing.

I really don't know. I called about a "personal" cat problem and he said he would call me back but never did. I called back but they couldn't help. So....

Wonderful place to take your furbabies! Dr. Einck is very informative goes above and beyond and is very sweet. Affordable too.

No frills location, but a lovely staff and Vet. They are open on Saturdays, a big plus. Staff is very accommodating and professional.

I highly recommend this clinic. They were so friendly and very good to my puppy. Will definitely be back for regular checkups.

Dr.Einck and her staff are absolutely the best in town. As my 11 year old lab's condition was deteriorating, Dr. Einck was supportive and really thoughtful in what we could do to treat her. Her and her entire staff are caring, kind and friendly. My fur baby went to heaven a little over a week ago and they also helped me with that process. I even received a card with handwritten notes from Dr. Einck and her staff. This vet is reasonably priced so you can keep up with animal health and so loving and caring to all pets. She helps us be better pet parents and I can't say enough about how wonderful they are. She will be our family's vet for life!!
