I am new to the area and needed to get my dogs yearly vaccinations. I called to make the appointment and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful person who took the time to explain what was needed and the cost of services. The entire experience was very easy. No surprise costs and the vet listened to all my concerns. Philly has found her new vet for any needs she may have going forward.

When your dog is happy you took him to the vet says so much about the care and kindness he receives. Its such a blessing to have a place like this to take your pets

They are very good answering your questions and listening to what your pets need are they were very nice in handling my guinea nails cut I didn’t know where to take him to get his nail done love this place and thanks for seeing him and getting them cut

Would give less than 1 star if it were possible!!Don’t waste your time here. Called this morning because my 4 year old frenchie has two seizures last night. Never had one before. After the two that was it. Wanted to have her checked. We have another dog that has seizures so we’re experienced or we would have rushed her to the emergency vet. Called 1st thing only to be told sorry we can’t have any more drop ins - we can schedule you for Tuesday. Seriously??? Not like I was calling to say squeeze me in for her annual check up! Forget this place! Changed vets immediately!

We have taken our dog to East Tex for eight years now. They have always given to her the best care. Prompt and thorough and not too pricey. We are thankful for the care they have given to our dog????

We moved to the area earlier this year and were in search of a new vet. We have brought our two dogs here a few times both for routine and emergency and we are so happy with Dr. Bolden and the team at the clinic. We are glad we found this office and glad we have a doctor we can trust with our fur babies!

Brought my 16 cat in for an emergency visit, and Dr. Hazel took great loving care of my boy! Will definitely be coming back with future visits!

I’ve taken my Teddy for a few years now and all the staff is always so welcoming and thorough. They take the time to explain things and make time for any questions. Place is clean and well kept, and will be our go-to vet!

I took my pet there 2 months ago for some gum irradiation, they cleaned him, gave me meds for pain and a oral infection. When he needed more meds in the past, they were quick to refill it. Sadly my other pet passed away 3 weeks ago and my pet that's still alive, is now mourning himself into a depression and I can't snap him out of it. Now it's time for more meds. I called for a refill and the vet declined it. I let the woman over the phone know, when he's better I do plan on returning him back for a check up on that gum infection. But he can't get better without more meds. It sounds to me, like they just want that money. They don't care about my pet's health and I'm not taking him back in the state he's in. Cause he might pass away quicker being nervous being at the vet. No more meds, depressed pet, I guess I'll try pet meds or chewy. If my vet won't help. I need to find a alternative for my pet.

Really quick and very helpful. They even trimmed my dog's nails on the house. Cant recommend them enough.

I've never been to a more caring and compassionate clinic. They took such great care of my Jack that I just can't thank them enough. We will be using their clinic for sure in the future.

The staff here were so helpful and kind with me and a family dog who desperately needed attention. The staff here are specialists with ER experience. They have an association with Adopt A Rescued Friend (AARF) organization and they help with their medical needs and bills as much as they can. There is a fund for AARF at the clinic you can donate to if you'd like. I will be using them in the future for sure!
