The best place to take your pet. The doctor was professional and easy on my pocket. Instead of being invasive, and doing surgery, he chose to administer antibiotics. It worked!!! I highly recommend this clinic !!!! 5 stars all the way.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff everyone I have dealt with has been very professional and extremely helpful. My furry friend had surgery there and Dr Otto and the whole team did an amazing job, very helpful, more than willing to answer all my questions. Highly Recommend you give them a try if you haven’t already.

I wish I could give a hundred stars. This place is nothing short of INCREDIBLE! We recently got a new furr baby & been here a number of times for care. After an instance of our little guy getting 'trick knee' we called and Joel immediately got us in. Dr. Otto explained the situation, prescribed meds, next steps and worst case scenario of surgery etc. After about 24hrs and no real improvement we called back and spoke with Joel who explained possible options and they could try physical therapy on our baby as a way to prevent surgery & hopefully get him back on track. We arrived and Joel took him back and called a couple of hours later. They were able to change his meds and work on him and said his mobility had significantly improved. Something I was concerned about with the upcoming holiday coming up. When we arrived to pick him he was a new puppy. He was more lively, energetic, and moving his leg much better. Joel explained what he did with him, how he kept him under oberservation in his personal office, his new meds and how to administer and call if we needed ANYTHING. When I tell you our family has NEVER received more personalized care vet or otherwise. My personal doc isn't this good! Joel was extremely compassionate, dedicated & knowledgeable throughout the entire ordeal. We were communicated with during the entire process. I am extremely humbled by their care & concern for their animals & families. Thank you Joel & team for EVERYTHING, you all are a BLESSING! This office has gotten a forever patient & friend in us. They put our furr baby on the road to recovery. If you need an office that is state of art, has extensive expertise, and more importantly treats you like family this is your place. Don't go anywhere else!!!

We have gone to this vet for several years with our 3 dogs and always had a great experience. Dr. Neal is amazing! She is so sweet and you can tell she really cares about her patients. Recently, our 1 year old goldendoodle was spayed and we had some major issues with her. At first we had a big miscommunication with the new receptionist about our issues after surgery, but after speaking with Joel, the officer manager, he made everything right. Plus, the vet, Dr. Otto, has been very proactive on caring for our girl. They have gone above and beyond to give our baby girl the best possible care for her situation post-op even through the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. At first we were going to switch to a new vet but after the experience we have with Joel and his staff, we will continue going to Atascocita and we 100% trust them with our furbabies.

Great service for you pup, but kind of expensive.

The front door staff, vet techs, and the vets are all professional, kind, and take the time to listen & find answers for my concerns. They are great and gentle with my furbabies. Recent dental surgery went well for one of my furbabies and I highly recommend Atascocita Animal Hospital!

I wanted to share experience while bringing my baby Mya to Atascocita Animal Hospital, although I was focused on Mya and her pain caused by an eye infection, I wanted to recognize the practice manager Joel! My Vet Tech Amy was amazing and Dr. Neal is a hero yet Joel ensured I was informed, kept me calm and ask me to trust his team with Mya's injury. Joel asked me to recognize his Vet Techs for appreciation week and they are amazing and I can ONLY SAY THEY ARE A REFLECTION OF THEIR LEARDER. Thank you Joel and the Veterinary team at Atascocita Animal Hospital.

I've brought my cat here multiple times and every time they have been quick, knowledgeable, and professional. The costs are very fair and even cheap. I'll be bringing my dogs here as well because they have always been gentle and kind with my cat and I know they'll be in good hands.

I recently switched animal clinics from the Crosby clinic to atascocita and I can’t say enough good things about them everyone is so friendly and professional they treated both my animals like they were their own pets and were very knowledgeable especially the VA carrie she was fantastic can’t recommend her highly enough!! Five stars!

As a new client I didn't know what to expect, not only was a nervouse but my baby Bush was not having it! To my surprise Joel the manager and Bush became instant friends. Joel quickly assured me that Bush would get the care by every team member my baby encountered. The entire team was educated and helped plus they helped me understand everything my baby needed and why. Planning to schedule his next grooming appointment. Thank you Joel and the amazing team. Dr. Resell is amazing with our family. We have been going to them for about 12 years and they have always been incredibly patient and professional. During hard times when we lost one of our fur babies they were companionate and loving to our family. I would recommend this practice to anyone that wants great care for not only their pets but their family. Thank you to Dr. Resell and his staff for everything you continue to do for us.

I can't even begin to describe how awesome Dr.Neal and Vet Tech CARRIE are. They are both absolutely rocks stars with pets and their owners. Both of these women are smart, compassionate, diligent and caring. You won't find a better duo at any animal hospital in Atascocita/Kingwood/Humble. These 2 employees are the rock of this organization and I sincerely hope you will chose Atascocita Animal Hospital.

I came in to meet the new Practice Manager Joel, he is such a delightful addition to the team. I can't wait for Molly to meet him during her grooming appointment next week.

My sweet Chloe went into the office to have her teeth cleaned and have her leg x-rayed. 8 business days have passed and I did not receive a call from the Doctor. When I called for the results for the second time, I was told I should have called the office and let the doctor know if was available by cell and that he would call me back when he was in the office. I explained I was not given this information when I called the first time or when I picked her up after the exam. Given this information all the receptionist could do was make excuses for her team. The receptionist barely acknowledge their lack of communication during the previous interaction's I had with the staff and made me feel the problem was with me. I will be not be going back.

I picked this place last minute because they were the only place that could see my dog same day. My dog had an extremely swollen paw. Appointment was at 4pm and I arrived 10 min early. They got him in fairly soon after. They finally called at 4:50 to let me know they couldn't see any puncture marks and asked to do x-rays, and I said of course. Did not release him until 5:55, and with no explanation or even a guess. And to top it off, they prescribed him pain pills and charged me for them, unfortunately they forgot to give them to me before we left.

Always professional and friendly. They give great care and always notify me when my dogs are due for vaccinations or flea and tick medication.

Dr. Warren Resell has been my family's veterinarian for over twenty years, and my pets have also been seen by Dr. Neal. I cannot begin to express how much I value and truly appreciate them and their staff.

Receptionist is extremely rude and didn't care about giving out bad info. They messed their paperwork up and they have no idea what shots they gave him. I value my pups health too much for the kind of mistakes they made and the lies they tell to try to cover it up. Will never go back.

We have taken out dog here for over 10 years. We love the staff and the vets are thorough without piling on a whole lot of unneeded costs.
