They did a great job with the grooming but there was an incident between mine and another dog. This alone wasn't really an issue as it happens but we were given a different account from 3 different people and only after we had paid for the service. I really just wish they had contacted me when they found that my dog had some puncture wounds. The staff was very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned, I'm just not sure why they waited until after we had paid to let us know.

Did an excellent job, worked with my rescue who wasn't experienced with grooming. Loved that they let the dogs socialize. Very pleased.

I have brought my dog here twice now and have found my forever grooming place. I have taken my dog other places and haven’t felt at ease like I have here. I have a German Shepard husky mix and so he is high energy and very hairy. He comes out looking and feeling amazing and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They answered any and all questions I had and made me feel at ease with leaving dog. I love that they have the open play as I don’t want Kai to be in a cage. I definitely recommend this place.

My dog was a bit matted. They did a wonderful job restoring her coat and gave her an excellent cut. She looks amazing. Will definitely come back here for my dogs grooming needs.

The Pet Barber is Fantastic. My fur son has ZERO anxiety when I drop him off and is in a great mood when I pick him up. He also looks AMAZING. Vodou gets a Lamb Chop cut - short body - legs/tail medium - Face/head teddy bear/puppy cut.

Pet Barber always does a great job grooming our dog. They are professional and in my opinion reasonably priced.

Paul and his team at Pet Barber have taken care of 3 of my dogs over the last decade. He was also on the other end of the phone to grieve with me when I lost one, Ponce the Labradoodle, to cancer. I trust him implicitly and they do a great job to boot! The place is immaculate and the team is really well trained. I can’t say enough good things!

I went to this location in Oct 2019. What attracted me to it was the cage-free environment and the spa second. Going to the groomer in a new location would have been a bit trying, but when my pup saw the other dogs, she couldn’t wait to get in. I like taking her there when I’m in town to visit family. It’s pampering and a social gathering for the pups.

My puppy is very shy around people and other dogs but tends to warm up if people give her attention. I took Scout to The Pet Barber for day care since I don't like to leave her alone all day. They loved on her so well and when I came to get her she was EXHAUSTED from playing! She is so excited to go back. I would not trust anyone else with my little buddy!

Athena really enjoyed her bath and doggy pedicure. She watched TV and played with other dogs. Friendly staff. They took great care of my little princess.

These guys are the best!! My barber, Victoria, did an amazing job with Rudy, my Toy Poodle ???? He looks even more handsome than before!!! I brought my three adopted poodles here for a complete shave down because they were severely matted. I rehomed two but keep coming back bc they have not disappointed and must be dog whisperers lol definitely recommend for poodle cuts (which can be hard to find)

Revised review I dropped off my dog Rupee for grooming. Same location but different personnel than my previous experience. They did a fantastic job. I paid 8dls extra for the cage free option. Since he is a senior and he is really calm. I found him laying down next to the register hanging out at the reception. He was really calm when I picked him up. The groomer did an excellent job on him. We definitely be back. ------------------------------------ I dropped by to request a quote to groom my dog, however the 2 girls at the front desk were not very attentive. Before actually touching my dog's fur they say $70+. After they actually felt its hair, they both agreed its hair was not matted so one of them said $100+ ... which didn't make sense!, anyhow. It seemed to me they just ballparked an amount, instead of present an actual justification of the cost. I also mentioned he is a senior dog (12yrs old) with some arthritis so the drier needs to be on warm temperature. They didn't mention anything to accommodate my request or any special treatment of a senior dog. I was a bit disappointed because I am such a fan of the instagram account. I am willing to pay a fair price for humane, loving, dog care and grooming, which, I believe is what this brand stands for. However, in my visit it didn't seem that different from any other pet grooming services. I maybe give a chance to the other location.

Absolutely outstanding work by this place. Got our dog a great wash and trim, the best she has ever looked. Great job by Stephanie. Do give them a try. Reasonable prices and kind staff.

**DOODLE OWNERS BEWARE** I had been taking my dog here for a couple of months and always was so happy with their services. Recently, I booked an appointment for a grooming and when I walked in was told I had only booked a bath but said they could squeeze me in (although I particularly recall telling the person over the phone it was a groom). They then grabbed my dog to bathe her and started acting uncomfortable. They told me she had some matting on her chest (she’s a doodle so she easily mattes) and that they would charge $1 per minute of de matting. I just said I would take her home de matte the little spots myself and bring her back. They then asked me how I planned on de matting her to which I told them a blade brush which Is the standard for anyone with a dog who easily mattes. I used to be a regular and now do not plan on coming back. I understand the hassle of matting but it does not need to be reacted to in such a negative matter and your employees should not approach the situation in such a negative light. All doodle owners know that no matter how hard you may try to stay on top of brushing, matting around the collar and neck always happens due to their collars. Will not recommend to any of our doodle friends.

This place does not answer their phone or return messages

I loved the place. My dog ​​suffers from separation anxiety and despite being very friendly, easily scares other dogs. Upon arriving at the place I no longer wanted to enter and the staff was so kind to him that I was able to leave quietly. The work was also fascinating, my dog ​​now looks like an adorable teddy. I would definitely recommend them

I have brought my dog here a couple times and she is always looking great when I pick her up. She is also not put into a kennel through out her time there making her happy and tired when she comes home. Competitively priced with other dog groomers.
