My daughter started working here and from their Instagram account I fell in love with all the dogs and place seems very well managed and a sweet staff!

Did business with this company when I removed the heavy item from their backyard. As a foster provider for large dogs, I could tell right away they were clean, professional and kind to the animals. If you in the area definitely look these guys up.

We tried SuperPaws doggie day care and boarding (2 nights) and have loved the experience so far! The people are caring and my dog loves to go back every time! She’s exhausted at the end of the day because they run around so much outside in the yard. SuperPaws is located in a house in a neighborhood- it almost feels like you are dropping off at a friend’s house. Their drop off/pick up process is contactless. They are very responsive and post multiple times per day on social media stories so you can see your pup playing! They are very reasonably priced compared to other daycares we have used in the area and our dog just seems happier here! Also, look at this cute bandana they personalized for her after her first stay! Just try it!

Today was my girls first day of daycare and I was a nervous dog mom. I sincerely appreciate the thoroughness that Super Paws goes through to make sure the dogs are fully vetted and safe for other dogs. Everyone I have encountered has been kind and patient. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this gem. Thank you guys!

Thankful for Super Paws to help care for my dog when I'm away from home. I appreciate the frequent updates on social media so I know my dog is being taken care of and staying active and happy. Their online booking is convenient and I'm glad they are on top of everyone's vaccination status. I would not hesitate to bring my doggo back again!

Traveling for the holidays, and this was my first time EVER boarding my dogs overnight so I was very nervous! After lots of research, Super Paws was the most recommended and highest reviewed. They are very thorough in the review and evaluation process, so I had no worries about behavioral issues or my dogs getting sick. They were readily available via text or phone call throughout the whole process and my 5,000 questions lol and flexible with pick up time when we needed to adjust. We were able to see the dogs playing via updates on their Instagram page and texted any updates as needed or requested, so we were able to relax and enjoy the trip knowing they were taken care of. We would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone!

My dog LOVES going to Superpaws. They always go above and beyond to look after him and play with him individually. They are great with baths too!

Domino loves the folks at Super Paws! She has stayed over night as well as attended doggie day care. She loves going outside to play with the other pups. I get her shampooed every time. They do great work!

Finn and Eloise enjoyed their stay over thanksgiving! Both happy and healthy upon pick up. Loved checking in through pictures on Instagram daily. So nice. We will be back next month!

We had a great experience booking an overnight with our puppy. I felt the staff was very thorough in their policies and we felt our pup was safe and happy throughout his stay. Upon dropoff, (the visit after our evaluation), he was very excited, leapt out of the car and ran to the door, which I take as a good sign! (Now, I know to make sure I hold onto him better!) Would recommend to friends!

Great experiance. They took good care of Crockett and Teddy. Staff is very friendly. My flight got delayed so my parents went for me to pick up my dogs. They helped bringing the doors to the car. Amanda and her team are amazing.

Hazel first time here was amazing. With an crate free and multiple play time. I hope hazel will make a lot of friends and be able to open more . Definitely going to board her more in the future

I have had the best expierence at Super Paws. They respond immidately, have taken my puppy in a short notice of time and have gone above and beyond every single day I have used them for service. Can not recommend them enough.

Love this place! The best and most affordable dog boarding business in Houston. The best part is you can still see your dog no matter where you're traveling, because they're constantly posting pictures and videos on their Instagram page. I've had to travel a ton the past few months, and every time we pull in the driveway my dog goes crazy and can't wait to get in the door. She loves it even more than I do! ????

I am so pleased that I found this hidden gem so close to home. Remy has a blast every time he is able to go to Super Paws for daycare and boarding. From the check-ins if there are any changes, to the convenience of the doggy shuttle for pick ups and drop offs. I truly appreciate the care they take with Remy and he always comes home happy and exhausted from full day of fun play. I recommend Super Paw to all of my friends!

We rescued our chihuahua Remi in January 2021 and she was really shy and timid. After trying a large, commercial boarding facility where my dog was shaking like a leaf when I picked her up, I reached out to Amanda at Superpaws. Within the first hour my dog was there for daycare, I received feedback and photos showing how well she was doing. We then tried boarding her and she had a great time, and we could check Instagram daily for updated photos. Needless to say, we enjoyed our vacation because we were not worried about our dog. I now take her there 3-4 times a week for daycare and she loves it. Prices are reasonable, the dogs get lots of playtime, and she is treated well by the staff. I never worry when she is in their care and would highly recommend them. MaryAnn

I can recommend Super Paws for any worried parent who either has to work, travel or just needs a day off from their four-legged pup. If a friend did not recommend it to me, I don't know how I would have survived my puppy's first 8 months. Remi has been going there since we finished all her mandatory vaccinations. She has slept over for as long as 10 days and is still wagging her tail to go back within a week! They have helped socialize Remi and even went out to buy more of her food when she ran out (my bad). I love the convenience of pre-paid packages and drop off when I am in a rush to work. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other daycares I researched. We all spend far more than we thought we would on our dog but regular playtime shouldn't feel like a child's school tuition. Fortunately I live in Bellaire so the location is ideal. I will continue to use SP for many years to come.

My dogs love it here! I always feel great leaving them at SuperPaws because I know they're going to play and have a great time. We get photo updates and they always look so happy. This definitely beats any boarding facility where you have to add on play packages. Highly recommend for active dogs! The staff are flexible to make sure your boarding needs are met.

Awesome place. Top notch place for sure. Had funeral and arrangements to make in Michigian was gone a while. I am sad I can't take my dog back as I am not getting covid shot for my dog I don't trust shots for humans I certainly not getting my dog one. THEY ARE THE BEST HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

Drop off was simple and efficient. Updated photos of my dog on their IG and quick responses when I had questions. Would definitely board/daycare again.

The owner and staff are always welcoming and take great care to ensure the safety and happiness of my dog. They keep me updated and inform me promptly of any issues or concerns.

My pups have been boarding at Super Paws since they were 6 months old. They love going and are satisfied leaving. I trust them when we have to be away from town. They send daily pictures and respond to any questions quickly. We love their taxi service as well. The doggies were always secure and brought home happy. I really can't say enough about how great this place is. I recommend them to anyone in the Houston area. I feel a bit heart broken since we have moved to a different state, but if we ever visit Houston, this is the place we will have our two kiddos go to for day care or boarding. My pup stayed at Super Paws for a week a couple of months ago and we were satisfied with their care. I enjoyed seeing my pup in photos and videos they posted while I was traveling. I will be booking again this month with Super Paws.

I worked there for about four months. I was the second longest employed person there. It was my first job working with dogs. The turnover rate is truly ridiculous. Many people quit very quickly and get fired just as quickly as they are hired. Pros. Working with the dogs. Bi-weekly pay. Opportunities for overtime. A place to get some experience. Cons:. Boarding dogs spend too much time in kennels while having to watch daycare dogs run free????No benefits. No incentives.☹️ Low pay. Owner cares about her business and does not stand by her employees.???? Punishes instead of write ups. Critical uncaring and detached.????Uses texting as a platform for critical feedback demoting and for firing people ( 0 respect for employees) as a standard practice.???? Accuses people(me) of cussing her out when she knows she is lying as a way to deflect and attempt to ruin that employees ( mine) credibility due to a negative and candid review regarding experiences personal and witnessed during my time there. ????I was fired due to a client waiting too long to get their dogs from us due to a missed text on laptop.(poor system for pick up and drop off) ???? Three employees missed it only one got blamed and fired for it.( me).Regarding being dismissed for other performance issues..totally unknown to me and I was never talked to about them so I have no idea what that is supposed to mean. Young and emotionally immature leadership. Needs professional practices that promote a stable positive work enviroment. Needs to care about employee rights to basic respect and consideration.Could be so much better there given care and personal accountability on Amanda’s part. ????I’m grateful I got the experience! Love the industry! Love the work. ????Some really great opportunities have come from my time there. Hope things get better there for all involved☮️

Do NOT leave your pet at this facility. Our recent experience included our dog getting kennel cough, which I happens but we equested she be taken to the vet and she was never brought at they simply forgot. Upon picking up our dog, we were told she chewed up her crate matress which she only does when locked in her crate for too long. We were not advised by the facility our dog was sick rather we checked in on her and were then told that she had been sick. They also did not tell us they were going to "quarantine" her for hours and hours. Upon further investigation, we were advised that this facility does not propery clean nor disinfect the eating areas, locks pets in their cages for over 23 hours at a time nor properly care for those that are sick. They need to be shut down until they correct these issue. Shame in them for thinking this is how you run a business caring for pets!

My Corgi Virgil has stayed there several times and has come back to me happy, healthy and well behaved. I can watch some of his activity on superpaws daily Instagram stories and I can always tell he is happy and having a great time. Boarding has always been easy and I can tell Virgil gets plenty of activity by how content and exhausted he is when he comes home.
