Super easy to have my "besty" taken care of. Friendly staff and doc. He's happy which makes me happy!

This little clinic is really nice and prices are fair and afffordable. The Vets, Techs and Staff have all been very nice and patient with all my questions and helped greatly with issues that my adopted feral kitten has dealt with and is hence now doing great!!

My poor puppy was quarantined for 3 days there in a 3x3 cell where she had to use the restroom and sleep . It was disgusting and cruel

"Hey Stella!" Link Animal Clinic has very reasonable prices. The people there are really nice, kinda small town atmosphere, even though they are situated practically downtown. Kennel rates are reasonable, and all of our pets always come back happy, rested and well fed. I would recommend "Stella" Link Animal Clinic to anybody.

I love Dr. Parma and her staff. They are awesome with your fur babies. Give them a try!

Been taking my pets here for years.

I took my dog this Wednesday 8 to vaccinate her and they told me to leave her there when I picked her up they gave me medicine and on Thursday I started with diarrhea Friday I took her and they gave her medicine and she is still a bad call and they no longer wanted to attend to her and they left me waiting on the phone! I believe that the medicine is very strong or I grab an infection there do not leave your dogs in the clinic without being seen and I do not recommend that clinic !!look !!!

The doctors and staff are super excellent. All my dogs have/are patients with Stellar Link great eAnimal Clinic. Great place.

Don't waste your time! I made an appointment for my labrador and I pulled into the parking lot and multiple signs read, CURBSIDE ONLY. You can't accompany your pet to the appointment. I'm never letting my boy out of my sight!

Receptionists have really spotty customer service. I called to infer about services but decided to go to another clinic because the receptionist made me feel so awkward.

Was not happy with the clinic, my dog had a bad reaction to a vaccination and wasn't told to be on the lookout for it and the vet never contacted me even though I was a first time client

My pup got injured and my regular routine care vet recommended that we seek a higher care at this facility. The service was great, staff was super friendly and educational. I would have liked to met the vet (currently o my doing curbside die to COVID-19) but with such great service with the staff it wasn't needed. Thank you for taking good care of my pup.

I brought my dog in recently when she began vomiting, became lethargic, and overall seemed very unwell. The staff was very kind, and made several calls throughout the day to update me on her condition. However, when I went to pick my dog up, I was given a couple bottles of supplements and no direction on how to use them or explanation of how they would work in her system. About a week later, I noticed my dog was struggling with diarrhea and blood in her stool. This office was closed on Sundays, so I took her to a different clinic. It turns out the supplements I was given for her were actually making her liver infection worse, and were not any form of antibiotic treatment. I spent about $400 on an overnight visit for my dog, and only received a "treatment" plan that ended up worsening her condition. I would advise anyone bringing their pets here to be sure and communicate as much as possible with the staff to understand how they are helping the situation, so as to avoid making any issues worse. Double check the facts of the situation and the work that was done to ensure your pet's health and safety.

Have taken my dogs to this clinic for many years but on the last few recent visits the staff has been very unreliable. There is a lack of communication and the job doesn't get done. On several occasions my dogs have gone in for treatments and when pickup comes i'm told they can't do that treatment on specific day. Not sure if there is new management or what but it's time to find a new vet because Stellalink is no longer the vet I trust my animals to go to.

They are always accommodating, especially during this time of social distancing, without any reduction of care for our pets.

Have only been once, but the employees were very nice. Only got flea medicine for the dog, so not exactly sure about any other services.

$475 to neuter a kitten... what! I have three cats and I always take them to All Cats Vet across the freeway, but I’ve been going here recently cuz they seemed nicer. Today I sent my boyfriend to take a little kitten we are fostering to get neutered and he came back with a $475 bill. I’ve neutered other cats before and it cost $80 total at All Cats. This is the last time I come here. I don’t even know what they charged for. I suggest to go to the clinic across the freeway.
