I love Rover’s Romphouse!!! My dog has been boarding there for over a year and they take great care of her. I love when they send me pictures of my dog playing and enjoying her time there. It’s Ivory’s second home ❤️

My poor little pup doesn’t handle being away from us very well. she was so stressed that she got sick while staying there. They notified me immediately and handled everything amazing. They knew I was out of town so they did everything to make it easy on me. 10/10 service and care for my dog as well customer service from my perspective. I would use them again if I need to kennel her. Nice facility, and staff. Thank you for caring about her and making things easy for me.

First time to board my dogs - they made it a great experience! Able to peek in with cameras - watched the pets have fun! Would definitely recommend!

This place is great - we are so glad to have discovered it! The staff is very flexible and there is such a great play area for the dogs. Our two dogs get very excited when they enter the facility, which is always a good sign! I feel like they are going to a summer or day camp, which enables me to feel better about leaving them behind when traveling or away for the day. Thanks Rover's Romphouse!

Absolutely love this place! Heather and her team are amazing and always take such good care of our 3 pups. As hard is it is leaving for a week or two at a time it’s nice to know they’re in good hands and are being loved! Thank you guys!

Have had an extremely phenomenal experience thus far with Rovers Romp house. They truly love and care about each pet and also take in rescues.They go above and beyond for furry friends.

I take my dog there to be groomed. It is a wonderful service that complements boarding and play care. The groomer Amy is completely amazing with my shy, slightly grumpy little dog. He has boarded there and done play care pre-pandemic. I've always trusted them and doubt I would take him anywhere else.

Gosh me and my doggie (Peppa) miss Rovers so much. My furbaby was a frequent daycare and boarding doggie for a while. The scratch marks on my car interior proves how excited she was everyday. She couldn't wait to get out of my car lol. I've never encountered any issues and was always treated exceptionally well. Peppa misses Rovers, and she will be there as soon as I'm back to 100%

Groomer Amy is beyond amazing. My Great Pyrenees looked beyond new. Beautiful hair cut and smelled amazing. Would highly recommend Amy for your fur babies groomer ❤️

Our family loves Romper Romphouse, especially our 90lb lab, Kashew! The staff is exceptional and treats our pup like their own. We have left our dog at Rover's on more than 1 occasion for a week at a time and he always comes home tired (from all the playing he does) and in great health. We were upgraded to a room with a personal camera over the Memorial Holiday so we could check on him any time of day. It was very thoughtful of them. Also, I called after hours one evening and the phone rang over to the owner's cell phone who was quick to help me. One of my favorite things about Rover's is the ability to check on our pup via their cameras. I like to see him playing outside with other dogs, or inside on his bed safe & sound. If you're looking for a daycare or boarding facility, this is a great option in the West Houston area!!

Took the dog here for playcare and as always was nicely greeted at the door. Pup came home satisfied playing with friends.

I brought my dog here for boarding for some days during 4th of July to go out of town and when we picked him up he wasn't himself he wasn't even happy or anything they told me he was just tired cause he had been playing so many days. We got home he just laid on the floor, didn't eat his dinner, didn't use the bathroom and wouldn't play at all. And he is a 7 month old husky I've had him since 8 weeks he is a very energetic fun pup. That night he had discharge coming from his nose I was up at 3 am flashing the light in his nose trying to see what was going on and scheduled a vet appointment the next day. Needless to say He had gotten Kennel cough While at this place. Their is no telling how many days he's had it out of the 5 he was there and their is no telling what dog he came in contact with to know where it came from. I will never board him here ever again.

We came to Houston for a funeral and could not leave our dog in the hotel because she is blind, a diabetic, and has separation anxiety. Rover"s Romphouse allowed us to drop her off for a couple of hours, and when we picked her up, we could tell that she was in good hands and was treated with the utmost of care. Great place and highly recommend it.

Great brooding daycare, a little pricy but you pay for what you get. Great drop-off/pick up hours and my dog loves to come here. Best daycare I’ve seen in a while.

Took my 10 month old puppy to Rover's Romphouse for the first time this afternoon. Heather brought her to me for pickup and my puppy was very happy! I brought her home and gave her dinner and she is now asleep on the floor completely konked out. Really appreciate the access via an app to use cameras to check in in my puppy.. Heather, who runs Rover's, is very nice and really loves the dogs that come in. I felt very comfortable leaving my furbaby there and will use Rover's for boarding when needed. Rover's is clean and well maintained. Don't hesitate to bring your furbabies here. They will have a great time!

Friendly dog hotel with a great staff! Will use again. Couldn't ever find the Webcam app on Google tho :( they should host the apk on their site so it's easier to find. Can't wait to see yall again!

I absolutely did not like the fact that they charge 35dls for boarding and if you dont want your dog in the cage all the time they charge an additional 15dls for your dog to play half a day. They took my dog out for potty 5 times on a leash and only for a couple of minutes. I saw an employee not walking my dog but dragging him to his cage, if the employees dont like their job they shouldn't be working there. I will never use this facility again nor recommend. 3 starts was actually high.

This place is amazing!!!!!!! Best places ever to board or having daycare for ur pup!!!!! Beautiful and clean!!!! The staff is very knowledgeable and very organized!!!!!!!!! Its an amazing place!!!!!!

My job required me to be on business trips frequently last summer. I saw the reviews, checked out the facility and everything seemed great. Everyone I met were very friendly and you can tell they all loved dogs. It was my first time boarding my dog somewhere and they went over their program and daily routines with me, showed me how to access their doggie cam to see my dogs and gave me a call to let me know they were doing great. I recently moved to a new neighborhood and do not go on business trips as much but I would always pick Rover's if I had to board my dogs.

My dogs love it here. The staff always know my dogs. The doggie day car is great. They have various cameras so you can keep an eye on your pets. Always use them when we head out of town.

My puppy loves Rover’s Romphouse. I was so nervous about boarding her for the first time. Everyone was so nice and put me right at ease. They take such good care of her and I love the cameras where I can peek in on her while we are away. Highly recommend!!!

I appreciated all of the work that they did with my dog. Was her first time there and she usually scared of everything. She was scared of course, but they took care of her putting her in a big area and then she could get more calm. She got her walks as they told me, and she was getting more settled. I thank Heather and all her crew. It’s a clean place, staffs are friendly and the boarding is affordable!

Let me start by saying I have mixed opinions about Rover’s Romphouse. I have had pleasant experiences and horrible experiences and I have only boarded my pet one time! My original online reservation went well. It was easy to book a reservation and I got a confirmation email within a few hours that my pets reservation was confirmed. Once I got to the facility however the whole vibe changed. The manager who checked me in was not the most personable person, and when there was an issue with my online reservation she was the least bit helpful in resolving the issue and making sure I understood the changes. In fact it seemed to be an annoyance to her and she was frustrated with me that I did not know their policy. When I expressed my concerns with my service she tried to give my dog back instead of addressing my concerns. I was not offered access to their 24/7 live stream so I can’t not speak to the treatment of my dog but she was happy when I picked her up . She seemed to enjoy her time while she was there. The kennel technician who helped me at check out was so sweet and pleasant that it changed my opinion of the staff them selves. I’ve had 2 pleasant experiences with staff and 2 horrible and my pet was there a total of 3 days. My advice to ensure you do not have the same experience as me and can get the wonderful service the rest of the reviews say they offer is this: 1. Call and confirm your reservation 2. Go to the office 2-3 days in advance and personally hand in your vaccination records, fill out new customer paper work and put a credit card on file 3. Confirm again that they have everything they need before the day you arrive. If you go above and beyond to ensure you have given them everything they need in advance, you should have a better experience than me. They prefer everything be done before arrival or you will be considered a walk in. The overall treatment of my dog seemed well and some of the staff is very nice and helpful but there are a few who aren’t. If you get a nice employee and take the advice I gave above Rover’s could potentially be a good place for you and your pet. Update:12/14 I found a threatening email from the owner in my spam that came hours after I dropped my pet off due to the miscommunication with my online reservation. I was asked not to come back when I was the one who left in tears after my encounter with the manager. I did not submit everything in advance, but had everything required upon arrival and because I had questions and expressed how I felt I wasn’t receiving good customer service, I was told I was disrespectful and not to come back. I was not expecting that email after the wonderful checkout I had. So again mixed opinions on Rover’s. I personally feel discriminated against and I wish no one ever experiences what I did when leaving their pet for the first time.

The dogs come in and they come out just as well and in good spirits!

Great place!!! I had to leave my pups for 8 days and was beyond myself driving all of Houston visiting boarding facilities to find the right one! They got a suite, half day play, and I was able to watch them on the cameras on vacation, bc yes, I am that dog mom! :) I never had connection issues with the cameras and I loved watching them play with the other pups! The staff truly like their jobs too, and that is also hard to find. When I picked them up I don’t get much feedback on their behavior or how the week went, which I would have liked. But since I had the cameras on them, I was good with it.
