Great place but prices are extremely high

Pet land was amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The selection for treats and food was great! I will for sure be coming back.

They sell sick puppies from puppy mills ???? They say they get the puppies from top breeders but the US govt. says they get them from puppy mills. So many negative yelp reviews of people getting sick dogs

Wish I could give ZERO stars! Bought a puppy from this location. The price is ridiculous but we thought we were getting an all inclusive type of deal. Or at least that's what we were sold in store. We were lied to and feel defrauded and cheated. And when confronted petland just points to their contract and says it doesn't matter what the sales person told you. Spoke to 7 different ppl in "customer service" but to no avail. Also its impossible to speak to anyone from corporate all they do is redirect you. I just wanted to pay for the dog straight up as I will not be using any of their services or products EVER again! I wouldn't even mind paying the ridiculous fee of $3000 for the dog.. But they refused that. Once they get their money or get you in the contract they don't care about you or the dog! AVOID PETLAND ALL TOGETHER! They are Liars and Scammers.

Had an amazing experience at this store! The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. I took home a precious shiba inu and it was an awesome, easy experience. They send you home with everything you’ll need and awesome perks for you and your puppy!

Very expensive for me.. They have beautiful puppies and many advantages. If you can afford it..

Over priced! They wanted $7,800 for a dachshund puppy. That is just insane. I did my research and that breed of dog runs from $900-$3,000 max full blooded AKc verified. Poor dog might never get picked up at that price.

I have to say this location is Pretty amazing. All the employees were very pleasant and well informed about there breeds and very knowledgeable. I was taken back by the price but I understand. you guys offer great services, I think the my wife just needs a little more convincing.

This place was absolutely fantastic, the cleanest pet store I have ever been in. The people that work there are so friendly and knowledgeable about puppy breeds, helping me and my spouse decide which puppy was best for us. I recommend this place to anyone looking to add a fur baby.

We just happened to stop by PetLand on Bellaire and we were so happy to have found the perfect puppy and great service! They are very thorough and explained in details as well as offered many assistance to help us with our new puppy and the transaction! I definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to get a new fur baby in the near future! Felix was our assistant and he is a wonderful person to work with!

Overpriced and rude cashier. My friend and I had lunch next door. He wanted to get a treat for his dog. The cashier was rude and told him that the overpriced cookies were for dogs. Really? And then took 5 minutes to put two cookies in a bag. BTW, each small cookie was almost 4 dollars. Not that pretty. With the prices they charge, it's a wonder they can afford to stay open. I don't think they will last long with all the other places around town. Can anyone say witness protection money? ????

Got a little word dropped in my ear from the inside telling the facts of this place so had to go see the show myself. Well to start if you bought a puppy from here I am sorry if they do develop the ole kennel cough which quite a few do as seeing they are from Puppy Mills the unfortunate truth you won't be told. Petland will tell you there Dogs come from Reputable breeders it is a lie the whole company is a scheme sadly, And Honestly I implore you to look any where else this is not blind rage in any manner this is separating crooks from good people and not allowing them to hustle living beings, Everything a Pet representive tells you is a lie,they are told to tell you lies, because they are dependent and forced to lie to you so they can get paid the Most obvious part of the scheme is dogs like small poodles pugs and other various small breeds poms and such are actually 8000$ a piece... Pause lol you want a Frenchie don't worry you can pick one up for 13,500 lmaooooo but wait you can finance at a ridiculous rate with high interest and Apr... What a joke may the store walls crumble and the Puppy mills who supply them go broke ... If there's a dumb response to this by an owner who pretends to actually give a damn I have pictures of prices to verify so don't even come for me in the comment section baby...

It is ridiculous that Petland will not disclose the actual cost of a puppy over the phone or via email. Who in their right mind is going to drive almost 4 hours to "look" without any information whatsoever.

I came into Petland today looking for Flea Medication and I must say the store is Great. Smells Great the Dogs are very well kept and in great Condition. they also saved me from a visit with the Vet Thank you guys !

15k these doggies are EXPENSIVE....BUT VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF. The employees are pretty well groomed as well. Just a bit pretentious.

We drove an hour and 45 minutes to Petland yesterday. I had been on their website multiple times and wanted to go and browse. I instantly fell in love with their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. We were assisted by Anita who was supportive and easy to work with throughout the entire process. She made sure we were taken care of while at Petland. Anita didn’t leave any stone unturned while assisting us. I want to thank her for all the help yesterday and a very honorable mention to Andreas the manager. He was also very supportive and a breeze to work with. I brought my other Pup for the ride and they offered him a snack as well. Overall, it was a great experience being there and truly didn’t take too long to finish the entire adoption process. If I had to give a critique it’d be nice if they had the puppy information on the outside of the glass for people to see. Happy with all the help and support I received yesterday. Thank again!

Such an amazing and fun place to Visit ! I came Yesterday with my Husband looking to find a new companion. The manager and the staff were so Polite and Helpful. We will Definitely be back !
