Beware. This place is careless with your animals and this is the second time this has happened. I booked separate rooms for my dogs because they can not be in the same room and the quote on the email showed separate rooms. They ended up placing them in the same room and they got into a fight. Dogs were taken to the animal hospital where both had over 10 sets of stitches. I had to miss multiple days of work due to vet visits and coming home to during lunch to give them meds following this incident. Pet paradises said that it was booked incorrectly, I put that down fast since I have the email reservation showing 2 rooms. They tried giving me a 20% discount and told them I wasnt paying for anything since they put my pets in danger after not paying attention to reservations. I still haven't received my deposit back after emailing multiple times.

DO NOT BOARD HERE OR USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. Horrible place. I’ve been on hold for more than 20 minutes. They took my $100 deposit and wouldn’t answer the phone so that I could figure out when to bring my dog. I called them around 6:40 and stayed on hold until they closed at 7pm.

I absolutely love this location! They take such good care of my baby and really care about the well-being of their customers (both human and animal). I highly recommend this place, especially for long term stays!

We have always had great experiences when our dogs stay at Pet Paradise. The staff has always been friendly and attentive to our dogs needs espcially our senior dogs making necessary adjustments to accomodations or play time depending on how our senior dog was doing.

People are friendly but my poor pup got Kennel Cough then she infected my other pup and no compensation for my loses. Just a Apology. Hope my pups don’t die. Thanks

My girls love this place! The staff is great and they have cameras set up in the play areas so you can check in on your dogs throughout the day.

We use Pet Paradise often for our very active and somewhat anxious Rocky. The staff is always pleasant over the phone and during drop off and pick up. We always request for Rocky to have a bath/grooming and we are never disappointed! He always smells great and is extra soft when we pick him up. This location has cameras so we can watch Rocky at playtime. Thank you for caring for our fur baby!!

Had our 2 dogs stay for 2 weeks in June. They knew we were leaving and were not happy about that until they recognized their destination, 1/2 mile from Pet Paradise, IAH south (JFK blvd.)! I was dragged inside by the 2 babies, all excited about being around other dogs for awhile! Their vacation! Thank you Jordan and the entire team of JFK location! Our dogs always love going back. They seemed to have had a great time....they sure didn’t lose any weight! You guys have done a great job! They will be back toward the end of July for another 2 weeks! Thank you for the good care!

Rico has stayed there on several occasions and loves it! He practically drags me in the door when I drop him off. Staff are always cheerful, friendly and answer all questions with a smile. Rico says to tell them all "Hi!".

Great place for all types of guests; however, i feel like the employees seem tired and exhausted. I feel bad for the employees, they should definitely get some tanks and adjust dress code in the summer so they can run around with the guests more instead hiding in the shade.

The entire staff was friendly and professional. They made us feel extra comfortable about leaving our baby boy,Axle.

I’ve used Pet Paradise to board my 11 year old dog for anything from a couple days to a week long trip out of town. This place is fantastic and everything is really easy! The online reservation system works great, and was easy to setup, and you’ll get a call confirming drop off times a day or two beforehand. The location is convenient for IAH, and they have staff there all the time. Check in / check out is fast and easy. The staff are really friendly and I always feel like my dog is in good hands. A few times when I’ve been running late because of traffic or a delayed flight was no problem at all. Other places can be hard to get into because of limited space, but this place is reliably available. Despite being a 30 minute drive away (without traffic) compared to another spot just down the street from where I live, Pet Paradise has consistently been my choice for where to board my dog. Thanks a lot!

It was okay, I received a confirmation text, but when I went to the location they said they have no more availability. This was my first experience with Pet Paradise. So then we housed our dog at the JFK location...I don't think our dog was very happy there, at least I didn't see much bonding going on with the staff when we received him. Possibly the last time we put him in day care.

I've brought my Husky here a few times now and she always has a great time. They provide a large sized pool for the dogs to play in, they get their own room, they can get treats at night, and they have a big open play area.

I would like to say I am very happy with this location and would recommend to anyone. With our particular situation we have a rambunctious, playful and high maintenance 90 pound pitbull mix and they are always happy to see and welcome his high energy every time we go in. The only suggestion I have is I think there should be some sort of appreciation event once a year where their loyal customers that spend X amount or have X amount of points get to come in and have some sort of open house where we get to see the entire facility and get to know the staff so we get to know eachother and get to see where we are leaving our baby’s.. maybe even the other parents of our dogs friends.

We have used Pet Paradise for our pets for many years. The people there love dogs, they have a vet on call in case of emergency, it is convenient to the IAH airport, and they value our business. They will try and accommodate us whenever we want to pick up our pets after hours. It is a pretty place, and our dogs love coming here.

I absolutely adore Pet paradise. My dog has been going for over a year. The workers are extremely knowledgeable and they really take the time to get to know each dogs quirks, likes and dislikes. I brought my dog shortly after I adopted him and I credit them with helping him get out of his shell. We have since moved away but this location is one of the best around that I’m willing to drive almost an hour out of the way for boarding.

Pets are treated as family. Love that there are cameras in the outdoor play area to be able to see your pup play.
