Our baby, Ranger, was so happy to be there! We've tried many boarding companies, but this has been the only one where we felt he was treated well! The E-postcards were our favorite part!

This was the first time we boarded our dogs and we were very apprehensive. The people at Pampered Pet Inn were very gentle and reassuring. They even sent us a e-postcard to reassure us. Love Pampered Pet Inn. My mom brought her dog here 30 years ago so I knew this is where I had to bring my dog when I got him. Ollie loved day care and the grooming was always well done. So sad that we've moved away and have to find an new place.

Wow! We had a great experience Everyone I interacted with was very professional and caring. I even asked for a tour of the facility when I drop my dog off, just to make sure it was the right fit for our family. Everything looked great, and scout was very happy to be there. We will make it our special place for him when we go on vacation!

I can always count on Pampered Pets to do an excellent job with grooming my Maltipoo! Easy drop off and pick up too.

Although the pricing is better than most places in Houston, I wouldn’t drop off my dogs here again. Aside from half the employees having attitudes for who knows what reason, I never received any updates or check ins about my pups (which I received daily at other places), one of my dogs was limping when I picked them up and he has lumps and scabs under his chin which were not there before. I don’t know what happened or what went on but I personally don’t feel as if the employees have the patience to take care of animals which makes me feel uneasy about leaving my pets in their care. These are my impressions. I also requested they sleep together, since my youngest has server separation anxiety and when I picked them up they were in 2 separate rooms/kennels. I do not recommend this place.

I've been using Pampered Pet Inn for years now. Not only are they a locally owned business but they do a fantastic job. I use them for grooming and boarding exclusively and my pup is always happy heading inside.

They did such a wonderful grooming job with Lucy! she can be a bit of a puppy and doodles are not the easiest to get right.. but she always gets a consistently great haircut!

I’ve been bringing my dog here for years and they are absolutely amazing. She’s a difficult dog to groom and not only do they handle her well but she always looks great when I pick her up!

Seems like a fairly good facility, besides the lack of communication because I really didn’t get much of a description on how both of my dogs stay went. BUT I got home and both of my dogs have a wicked hacking cough which is clear as day because they keep hacking up saliva so it’s obviously kennel cough and I’m just curious why none of the workers thought it may be a good idea to mention their cough at all through the whole 9 day stay which I paid about $900 for the vet vaccinations and boarding stay and now I’m gonna get stuck with another vet bill, so maybe work on improving staff-client communication

Had to call multiple times to get an update on our cat. After admitting their mistake, they said they would give us an update right away but it took them about 3 hours to get an update after multiple calls.

This place is amazing! Pampered Pet came highly recommended by a family member who takes both their dogs here and it did not disappoint! Our dog, Piper, had such a fun time playing and running around with her new friends. She even played in the water having such a great time! The people working here are so welcoming and kind and even offered to give piper a quick blow dry so she wasn’t soaked in the car ride home. I know she had a great time as she was exhausted on the car ride home and slept most of the afternoon. We started off with a half day and I don’t think she wanted to leave! Thanks so much Pampered Pet!!! This is our new go to for dog day camp whether for a whole day or even a few hours!

Brought in my newly adopted shelter dog, staff helped me feel comfortable right away. I was worried that my dog would be reminded of the shelter, but she had a wonderful time and seemed very happy when I picked her up. Pick up and drop off was very easy. Website is great, very informative and easy to use. I like how they have available weekend hours and I can also board my dog when I leave town.

My baby came home in one piece! The staff at the front is kinda abrupt in communication but the service was great and so was my puppy so I’m satisfied over all just wish they would communicate in a more friendly way which is why they didn’t get 5 stars and only 4

My dog loves this place! He goes to day camp about once a week to play and get exercise. And he stays there every time I travel which is frequently. The staff is polite and professional. The groomer is amazing. They greet him every time he comes in and he rushes to the back with a wag to go play. The little extras are also fun- fro yo and peanut butter treats are a fav.

Very kind and attentive staff and they provide excellent grooming services. They’ve always done a fantastic job on our toy poodles’ teddy bear cuts. A+

Pampered Pet Inn took great care of my little man. Very pleased with the care and love they gave him. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Super fair prices too!
