Great place to take my dog. They always take good care of them.

I brought my dogs this evening to stay in their lodging facility, and I did a walk-through the previous Saturday for my two babies to keep in the garden suite together for the weekend. I brought them in this evening to find out they are booked for the wrong room for my dogs and had no more room for them. I wasn't able to speak to a manager. The lady helping me told me I wouldn’t talk to her until Monday, which was no help at all. I decided not to leave my babies in their care because the woman helping didn’t seem to care about our concern whatsoever. Now we are scrambling to find lodging before leaving for our trip, which is a huge inconvenience for something I booked a week in advance for. I will never use their services again in addition to the vet

The dogs didnt look happy to be there and it smelt very faul

Caring staff and great facilities, with several stay options based on your preferences and budget. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with them for care, and he seemed to enjoy his stay in a garden suite.

Not really impressed, I didn't see a lot of information about their boarding options, prices or if they would accept cats. When I called I explained what I was trying to find out. Instead answering my questions she insisted on getting my name, number and address. I told her I wasn't going to give her any of my information because I might not want to bring my cats there. That's why I'm asking you all these questions and boy did she get an attitude with me after that. I feel like she wasn't listening to me. She would try answer my question before I finished asking it. If she would have just answered my questions that phone call would have been a lot shorter.

Been using them for my boarding needs for several years. Actually moved to Pearland, but still drive my dog up here when I'm needing to board her.

I have boarded w/ this lodge for years. This past visit my dog was sent home w/his fur yellow urine stained, stool particles on his fur & skin. I was so not satisfied,just simply disturbed. I could not understand how staff thought this was appropriate. This lead me to believe my senior dog was left in a soiled kennel for periods of time.
