I can't say enough about how everyone at MAC handled the releasing of suffering of my baby. They made a heart wrenching situation bearable. Bravo MAC staff ????????????

I am a first time cat owner and had a stray cat, Lupe, that “adopted” our house over time. She was recently wounded and I had to take her to the vet. Meyerland Animal Clinic was so helpful from the very first phone call! They loaned us a cat carrier as we didn’t have one and while we went during walk in hours, they didn’t make us wait long; knowing Lupe was a semi stray cat who would be nervous at the clinic . We had two visits one with Dr. Harkness and a follow-up with Dr. White. Both Drs made our scared Lupe so comfortable during her exam! They didn’t pass any judgment that we were still deciding on whether we could formally adopt the cat as our own or get her to a rescue. They took the time to come up with a thorough rehab process for her, being she is currently an outdoor cat. The vet. Techs were also all amazing! Meyerland Animal Clinic made us feel like we could be proper cat parents and transition Lupe into a house cat! ???? This will be our go-to vet for all Lupe’s future needs.

They are very nice, helpful, and considerate of your needs.

Took our dogs there for 9 years and the care was fine, expensive but i guess that's the price of convenience. Expect to get popped with a $70 "wellness exam" even if you just go in for a heartworm test/prescription. Even if you specify that you don't want a check up, you will still have to argue when you get to the desk because the 5 minutes of prodding and looking in ears cost you $70

This clinic has been incredibly beneficial to my pets and to my life. They are so willing to take walkin patients, caring of all animals, and so willing to help. I have had a cat with agromegaly, a stray dog with 10 puppies, my own cat Leo, and several other pets and strays. This clinic has seen all of them and they are much better for it. Dr White and Dr Harkness have added such a personable yet professional experience to our visits that we can't help but bring our pets back. This is a place that truly cares and will work with you to do what is best for you and your pets!

We have been with Meyerland Animal Clinic for almost 20 years. Our 6 dogs have seen almost all the doctors there. The doctors are professional, knowledgeable, yet friendly. The assistants are top notch people who care about our pets. Their front desk people are super helpful and effective for customer service. Even during pandemic with all the public restrictions, their service is still excellent. We currently have a 15-year-old dog with cancer, Dr. Pella and Shannon work above and beyond for us to be sure he’s comfortable and getting proper care. Their compassion and caring really make busy pet owners feel being supported! Dr. R and Dr. White always call us back if we have any questions after our visits. I have recommended Meyerland Animal Clinic to several friends before, and their feedback after visits were also positive. Yes, this is definitely a consistent and professional vet services for our babies.I would give them 6 stars if I could!!

I brought my cat to Meyerland Animal Clinic when he was very sick. The staff at Meyerland ensured that they discovered all that was wrong with him in order to get him on a real road to recovery. It was quite the journey to get him back to feeling better, but the staff was with me the whole way and I am happy to report that he is much better! The doctors are amazing and professional and you really feel that the whole staff at the clinic loves your pet. Thank you Meyerland!

I wish I could give the Clinic and specifically Dr. Rabinowitz 100 stars not just 5! The care and dedication they provide their patients and families is above and beyond what you’d expect from a vet clinic. I’ve been a client for 20+ years and cannot praise or recommend them highly enough. My senior kitty gets so stressed in a carrier or riding in the car and Dr. Rabinowitz has taken the time time to drop off food and mediation at my home. He’s even made a house call with two vet techs. The staff is professional and friendly and very responsive and I can’t imagine taking my pets anywhere else for care!

The doctors really care about the patients and often call or email to check up on difficult cases. The technicians are always friendly and helpful in helping me bring my pets in. The receptionists are smiling and professional. I have never been to a better place with my pets. I am glad to have found them

Easy to make an appt, curbside check-in, able to go in with my pet, and get great service & very good rates for pet meds etc. Will definitely be back!

My sweet Angel left to be boarded on Friday, June 25TH. My mom received a phone call that she had somehow escaped and was hit by a car and died. There are absolutely no words for how my family is feeling right now. I dropped my baby off trusting she would be in good hands and now she is gone forever. This picture was her 10 minutes before I took her to be boarded. This is the most tragic thing to happen when you trust those who are watching your fur babies. I know accidents happen but this accident should have never happened. I love you Angel and I’m so sorry.

If you are looking for help with a walk in appointment DO NOT go here. They have no sense of customer service and are happy to have you sit in your for however long it takes to see you. I told them my cat died 2 days ago and I’m in severe distress but needed help with my dogs broken toenail. I sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes watching animals go in and out getting more distressed each time since I miss my cat so much. When I called to see how much longer it would be I was told they had no idea. It could be another 30 minutes or more. I couldn’t stand sitting there for another 45 minutes or more watching happy people with their pets so I cancelled. They should have more compassion and care. If I had been told it could be up to two hours sitting in that parking lot I would have never shown up in the first place. This place is overbooked and seems to only care about profit.

Very convenient. Was able to get same day appointment for two dogs. Staff communicated well when there was a delay. The vet called me during the exam and explained the treatment for each dog. I was able to get all my questions answered. Dogs are doing much better.

I took my Pitbull Nena to this clinic after 2 days of getting her. I can only say how professional the staff and the doctor were. The time frame was not bad and they take there time to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend this clinic. I am for sure be bringing Nena back very pleased

This clinic and their staff are amazing! It’s super easy to come in as a walk-in. During COVID times they are taking precautions for both the patient and the staff. The entire staff was kind throughout my whole appointment. My dog, Sophie, was treated with so much love and was completely happy. I felt comfortable to ask questions and I was provided good answers and education. They also take under consideration your personal finances , and work with what is best suited for you and what’s best for your fur baby. I give this clinic 5 stars, and will definitely be establishing care here.

Took my recently adopted pup to their office for basic check-up vaccinations, heart worm test, etc. The reception came out asking me to fill out a few forms as a new patient & once that was done, the vet tech came out to pick up my pup (Kirby) from my car (the vet office had social distancing guidelines in place). The tech was so patient as Kirby gave her a pretty hard time getting in to the front door because she was scared! We had an appointment with Dr. Hughes who called me once they were back there. She was extremely attentive & thorough in answering all of my new dog mom questions (and I had an entire list of questions) & making sure Kirby felt comfortable! Halfway through the call she even commented that Kirby was warming up to her and the staff. She explained each vaccination, test, exam that they recommended & gave me the rates for each so I could determine what I wanted taken care of during the visit. Once the appointment was done, the receptionist called, took my payment info over the phone & the vet tech brought Kirby back out with the shot records & receipt! We are looking forward to our next visit!

We’ve been with MAC for over a year now and have seen multiple doctors and been very pleased with each one! We regularly see Dr. Pella though and absolutely love her!! I’ve never had a vet be more compassionate and loving with my babies- most impressed by the follow up to check in on my dog or cat after visits/procedures just to make sure everyone is doing okay. Can’t say enough great things about her- really happy we ended up here!

I've taken both my dog and my cat here for a few years, and everyone is always so nice, and I never have to wait very long. I recently captured a stray cat that hangs around my apartments to get him vaccinated and fixed, and after we got turned away from the Houston Humane Society for their feral spay/neuter walk in program, Meyerland Animal Clinic worked us in for the same day. They understood that we most likely couldn't try capturing him for multiple appointments, so they did the vaccinations and neuter all in the same day. I'll definitely keep bringing my pets here!

My dog does NOT like going to the vet, especially if she is sick, but the staff and vets at Meyerland Animal Clinic make everything okay. The staff is so friendly and patient with my dog and the vets are all very kind and knowledgeable and check in on us after a sick visit. Thank you for caring for my dogs and keeping them healthy!

We've been going to Meyerland Animal Clinic for the last three years and I really appreciate what they do for my pets. We specially love Dr. Christina White, she's literally saved the lives of our pets, she's very knowledgeable and caring. I never feel pressured into anything and we always discuss our options. I appreciate this clinic and Dr. White.

This place will take every penny out of you as they can. My kitten was brought in as it showed concerning symptoms (weak, irregular stool, shaking). Doc ran a blood test and came to the conclusion that NOTHING was wrong and that it’ll be ok, possibly because of the new environment. $168 for the visit, and 12 hours after the visit, the kitten passed away. How does a vet miss something like this? Not only did you lose a life, but you broke many hearts of others, and my confidence in this clinic.

I recently moved to Houston and needed to find a new vet. Im so glad I found this place, everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable.

They cared for my cat through surgery and recovery. They provided good care at a fair price. When I was recently worried about the same pet on a Sunday morning, I was able to walk in and have him seen, saving me from a very pricey ER visit. Love that half day Sunday as my pet always seems to be sick outside normal business hours.

Anything less than 5 STARS is an insult! Due to Covid19, my Veterian whom I’ve been going to for 3 years was closed. Today... @8am, I called Meyerland Animal Clinic and asked if they could see my French Bull as she was due anyway. The receptionist was very nice, took my information and said the doctor would call me back. Less than 60 seconds, I received a call from Dr. Sarah Pella. She began asking questions about due date etc., and advised me I should come today and get the c- section. Mind you, I would be a new patient. She walked me through the process and the surgery was a success. The office called me upon completion and walked me thoroughly through the after care of my dog and new litter. I FOUND A NEW VET! I’m so happy after calling 5 or 6 places this morning (other veterinarians) I was referred to Dr. Sarah Pella by 3 of them... I SEE WHY!!! SHE IS THE BEST!!!!

We brought our 2 little dogs in to get established at a vet as we are new to Houston. Adrianne was our vet tech and she was wonderful! We were worried about boarding our dogs as well as local resources for Grooming and she was so reassuring and made sure we got all the information we needed. Dr. White was extremely perceptive and seems super proactive, she was very good with our rescue dogs who sometimes provide challenges due to being fearful. We will absolutely be utilizing services here in the future!

Veterinarians and vet techs are knowledgeable and compassionate. Front-desk staff are great.

Wonderful vet clinic! I have three dogs, and I've been assisted by Dr. Werner, Dr. Pella, and Dr. Rabinowitz. Most recently, my 11 y/o mix had her bladder stones removed and after surgery came down with a really bad fever. The team here, all the doctors and staff, took such great care of her. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful - it really makes such a difference during such a stressful situation. Highly recommend!
