MVC was super accommodating to our needs in a last minute situation. They also really worked with me on pricing and made sure that my pet received the care she needed without going over my budget. There were services suggested, but they never pressured me into accepting them, and felt like they truly did what was best for me and my pet. The staff is super friendly, welcoming and calm. I’d definitely recommend bringing your pet to them!!

It was a great experience. We just moved to Houston and needed to find a vet. Even with Covid regulations, they took the time to stand by my car and get a thorough history for Bash. After the exam the doctor even came out and talked to me. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my boy! 9 months later and we moved out of this area because we bought a house but we still drive 40 minutes to take Bash here! And today we took our newly adopted Chewy! Dr. Longoria is amazing! I can really feel how much he cares about our little ones. And he always makes sure I'm confortable and understand all the information.

I was sent here for the first and only time by a rescue group I was fostering for. My foster cat was seen by Dr. Dees. I've been fostering for various rescue groups for a long time now so I've been to a number of vets around town. I had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE here and will NEVER go back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this vet clinic or Dr. Dees for anyone's pet let alone a foster pet!

My Daisy is a rescue off the streets. She is terrified of cars. If brought close to one, she sinks down and digs in her nails to prevent being brought closer. I dreaded taking her to the vet where they would "do things to her", giving her yet another reason to hate cars. MVC has a dog walk in front, so that gave her time to calm down after the ride to the vet. I then explained that I needed today to be as pleasant as possible for her despite prodding, sticking etc. Everyone on the team went out of their way to first introduce themselves to her, to show her affecting before starting work. Each procedure produced a treat for her and she was allowed to just walk around a bit. She came out a happy dog who actually got into the car on her own initiative when we left. I cannot thank the staff of MVC enough for their kindness to and patience with my little rescue dog.

I got my 9 month old male kitten neutered here. They sent my baby home soaked in his own urine. The technician that brought him out to my vehicle held is carrier by the top handle which everyone knows results in the pet moving around in the cage. After a baby animal has a surgery maybe hold his cage more steady out of politeness. And lastly they originally quoted me $301 and charged my card $355 without notifying me of any changes.

Knowledgeable doctors and willing to assist pet owners to find the most cost effective solution. They don’t oversell stuffs, only administer anything necessary. I’ve been working with Dr. Dees, and she has been amazing. My schnauzer got her fat benign erupted couple months ago, and I was a little lost on where to take her for immediate surgery as we just moved to Houston. Went to a clinic previously that quoted me a really expensive surgery cost before finally decided to take my dog to Memorial Vet Clinic for treatment, which I’m glad as Dr. Dees was able to provide a reasonable surgery cost and now my schnauzer is completely healed. The surgery scar is almost completely gone too. Recently Dr. Dees helped me with my pup, a 17 weeks Bernedoodle that all of sudden got a diarrhea. The medicines she prescribed were very effective, they stopped the diarrhea right after I administered the medications the first time. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Dees!!

Wonderful people thank you for taking care of my babies: my sissy cat was bitten on the leg by something small, a snake maybe. Two little holes in her left rear leg swollen, she was in pain. Memorial veterinarian saw her right away, gave her an antibiotic shot, & antibiotic cream for the wound. Took Lucy two days later for a shave and a bath. Excellent care.

Dr. Anderson has been a god sent when it comes to my french bull dogs. Thanks to her dedication and knowledge , I was able to be with my senior frenchie for many more years than expected. She is caring, considerate and thinks outside the box in order to better serve her patients. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Anderson and the clinic staff for all their efforts. I highly recommend her !!

Everything was great. Just not being able to see what the Veterinary is seeing/doing to be on the same page for your pet's health is only issue but understandable atm.

I used to love this vet clinic but it has really gone down hill. I took my first dog here and it was great until about a year ago (right before Covid). I would ask questions and the response here lately was not what was in the best interest in the pet but what was best for their pocket books. I have a second dog and took her in for surgery. She is a bigger dog and so after lots of research I decided to have her go through one heat cycle. I called the vet about a month or so after she was completed with her heat to see when I should bring her in because I had read numerous articles stating to wait at least three months to let the internal swelling go down and to the blood to go down internally. They told me a number of times no it was fine to do it now and that there shouldn’t be anything to worry about. I made the appointment and she got spayed but I got charged an extra fee for the increased swelling and blood. What the heck, so I called the office and they said she had to be under anesthesia longer and needed more sutures due to the swelling and the blood. When I stated we had that conversation before they stated well it just depends and didn’t take any responsibility for being wrong. They said they would have the surgeon call me but he never did so I called back the following day. Again they said he would call me but like before still no call. So I called again, they had the office manager speak with me and gave no resolution. My poor baby has a horrible looking scar from her surgery and it took her longer to heal because of their gross negligence to be honest and give all the facts. I am so disappointed because I really liked this place and now it is one thing after another. I called for my dogs full medical history the other day and the girls stated she would send it over but they just sent one dogs vaccine records not full medical. Please please please slow down and pay attention to what your clients are asking for and provide a more quality service. I am sad to go but feel like I won’t get the service I had before. I have heard of to many other great vets in Houston to subject my dogs to this clinic anymore. Please MVC Owner evaluate the staff and do training for professional development because they need it!!!!!! I am all about acknowledging mistakes and learning from them! Also, if you have a larger dog you want to go through a heat cycle and then get spayed give her a little time before doing the spay and if you have doubts call other vets for another opinion. That is my lessoned learned!!!
