I've been going to Houston Cat Hospital for over 15 years now and highly recommend. As a dedicated cat hospital it's a much less stressful environment for our kitties and the staff and doctors are great. They have been with me through some of the toughest moments, and handled them with compassion and care.

It's quite expensive however it's worth it knowing that your baby is well taken cared in a clean and safe environment. reaching out to them and making appointments over text is convenient and there are no wait times. ngl i think i spent thousands over the few years just for my cats, but they are in the best shape so that's all that matters. the staffs are friendly and attentive. i recommend this place especially if you need something done like surgery etc on your cat. i got two of my babies spayed here and they now are all healthy. all staffs follow-up well and make sure your baby is okay.

Very easy and professional service. I brought my baby to remove her cyst and the team made the entire experience amazing. I didn't expect the curbside service to be so easy and hassle free. The veterinarian removed the cyst in a matter of minutes and I was reunited with my grumpy kitty immediately. Highly recommend!

We adopted two cats and all is well

I really love how professional everyone was. Staff + doctor. Dr. Box was very thorough. She went over everything regarding my baby Rain. She answered all my questions and concerns. I am very happy to find this clinic. I felt like my baby was in good hands.

This place has been a blessing for us. I have a old cat that I brought from overseas and this is the best place I ever visited here at Houston to taking care of cats. My dear Zuko Marie is in their hands for vet care and on boarding while I travel. They are extremely professional and very helpful. They called and explained all my concerns. So friendly and professional! They got my cat Luna in same day and helped her with her fleas, she had patches of her fur missing and I needed help right away.The pricing was very reasonable and they were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and helped with recommendations for my home, I will definitely be bringing my other cat here for her future appointments. Everyone involved was so polite and kind to help my kitties. Ana was a delight, and the vet's advice was straightforward and helpful. I took my other cat there before who is much less friendly and they handled it so well. Highly recommend to anyone to take their pets to!

You guys are perfect in everything

I am taking my precious Ragdolls to the Houston Cat Hospital. Upon my first visit Dr. Luu came out to my car to introduce herself and discuss the care that my Ragdolls will be receiving. She listened to my concerns and made me feel welcomed and assured me my babies would be well taken care of. I was also introduced to the other staff members as well. I have been searching for an excellent veterinarian to care for my Ragdolls in a compassionate way for a while now. I love the fact they only specialize in felines. This means no loud dogs barking and stressing my cats out unnecessarily. The staff have been very friendly and quick to respond. They do an excellent job at explaining all of the procedures that will be done. So far I am happy with the care my babies are receiving.

The staff is courteous and extremely professional. Always happy to answer a question and provide helpful information. More importantly, the appointments are always timely and expedient which is a plus in everyone's busy lives. Pete and I love this place and all the staff!!

I won't take my kitties anywhere else. Moved to Kemah and I still make the drive even though I live across the street from an animal hospital and here is why. When I lived in the area I brought my cat in to Houston Cat Hospital (HCH) after several visits and hundreds spent at a pet store chain clinic telling me they couldn't figure out what was causing my cat urinary issues. 15 min after being at HCH I got a call from the Vet with an answer. Not lying 15 minutes. Don't take your cat to a general practitioner take them to a cat specialist! How else can I put this... If you had a heart problem would you go to an internist or a cardiologist? I think you got the idea. Save yourself frustration, worry, and money and bring your kitties here first.

I have been taking my cats to Houston Cat Hospital for several years. I am very happy with the new vet and the office appears to be running even more efficiently. As always, they are friendly, professional, and truly care for their patients!

I love these guys so much. my biggest complaint is they seem to rotate veterinarian's pretty frequently. but the staff has always been very kind and I don't think you'll get much better service elsewhere in Houston.... I wouldn't know because I've been at this place the entire time since I've moved to Houston since thsy are great

The staff are great with cats. They are very knowledgeable regarding feline care and they are the only ones I trust with my kitties. I also board my cats there when I am out of town and and totally trust them to take good care of my cats so I don't have to worry about them. Its nice to be able to take my cats to a vet and not have barking dogs adding to the stress of a vet visit.

I have to say that I've not seen more compassion from a veterinarian in my lifetime. From Dr. Luu to her staff, especially Hayley among them, who were both exceptionally caring in their treatment of James who was laid to sleep two days ago, as well as their interactions with me from my arrival to departure. Dr. Luu responded extremely compassionately to my predicament as someone who's been going through a major financial downturn due to the pandemic and worked with me in a way I'd never expect from any veterinarian, anywhere, in my experience. If I ever get another cat, which I may down the road, I'll only take him or her to Dr. Luu. She's made that kind of impression upon me to that degree, and I'm deeply appreciative of her and her staff who are equally, very sincerely compassionate and professionals to the nth degree. Thank you so much for your kindness and your warmth.

I took my two cats here for flea treatment. Immediately noticed fleas were better but they were missing fur. I thought it was the harsh chemicals but it turns out they got ringworms which I didnt know right away because Im not a vet. I was hesitant to call back because initial treatmemt was more than $400. The next dose of flea medicine seemed to help but I got worried by the continued patches of missing fur. Now that I have identified the ringworm issue I am disappointed and furious. This could have been prevented with hygenic practice and now I have to spend on more flea treatment and ringworm procedure. Rest assured I will find a more responsible and affordable vet. >:[
