The people here are great! They always do what they think is best for the dog & they make sure to call the owner to get permission to do something different than what they talked about when dropping the dogs off. And the prices are pretty good too!

Been a client for 10+ yrs & they take good care of my pet here. We started cutting our pet ourselves last March & given we had a busy last few wks, decided to bring her here for a doggie-day . She received a bath, cut & nails drummled but I find $72 bucks (not a specialized or Cocker cut) is rather expensive, especially given it was $40 dollars before for just a bath + nails. I was told it's because she's a Spaniel but we don't get a Spaniel cut, which takes precision + more time. Instead, due to my allergies, we shave her low like a Beagle & leave the cocker ear. Ears were cut way too low but overall clean & looked good. Prob make this a 2 times a yr "Spa" visit for our pet & continue maintaining her at hm. Again, great staff just rates have gotten very pricey.

5*****Rating and if i could give 10 * i would do so. My pup has been going to Groomingdales since he was a baby. The staff is very passionate in what they do and very professional I've never had any issues with grooming or overnight stay. The owner's are the best ❤ them, and i guarantee once you take your baby you will continue to go back time after time. Excellent job all around Grommingdale on behalf of myself and Dallas we Thank You Guys!!

I have been taking my dogs here for years for grooming, and I decided to go on vacation so I thought it would be good to board my puppy here . So I came an hour before closing to board my dog no one was there nor did anyone give me a call to warn me that they were closing early . I find that very unprofessional considering I made a reservation 2 months ahead of time . Thank god I found another place to take her . I won’t be returning because that left a bad taste in my mouth.

Use to be a really great place to take your dogs for grooming. Lately the service and grooming has gone down hill.

I liked how well my dog, Wally, looked after the first time he got a shave. So I took Wally back 2 months later to get another shave. When I got him back, I told the lady that it looked like he had gouges taken out of his fur. They responded with, "his skin is like that under the fur." Umm... No ma'am Pam! You can't pull that mess on me! That was a waste of my time and money...and if we freely sharing information that is neither here nor there, my dog came home with a major limp on his front paw. He can't put any pressure on it and now I have to pay for a vet to make sure nothing is damaged. No ma'am Pam! It's not worth the money, honey! Y'all done ticked off the wrong dog momma!

They called my husband to let him know there was an “accident “ while grooming our dog but to not worry cause they stopped the bleeding after a few minutes. They cut his ear while shaving him!!!!!!!Unacceptable! We’ll never let them get near our dogs again. Horrible experience!

Not what it used to be. This place is very disorganized. Little girl with orange hair at the front desk is extremely rude and screamed at me when I went in to get my dog. I was told I need to sit in my car and they would bring my dog to me. I had already been waiting for a long time and called and no one answered the phone. How else am I supposed to get my dog if I don't go in there? Absolutely ridiculous. I wont be back.

Good except that the hair wasn't blown off. I had hair everywhere.

A few of my customers said they use this groomer when I asked who groomed their dogs. I Wasn’t happy with my last few groomers or the price they charge. I had two of my mini schnauzers done today and I was very happy with the whole experience. The one good thing in my opinion that has come out of Covid is being able to receive service without getting out of your car. The employee checked me in and then her and a groomer came out to my car and talked to me about the cuts I wanted and made recommendations based on their hair. Pick up was great. They brought them out and I loved how they looked. AND the basic grooming price was very fair. $55 when I was paying $70. Made leaving a 18% tip manageable. I’m taking my VERY senior schnauzer with dementia there in a few weeks. I am so happy I went to this groomer. My dogs look cared for and loved.

Wouldn’t recommend this place as a good dog grooming place, their costumer service needs a huge improvement, they never answer the phone, and that’s just to start getting an appointment, once you get it they take your dog in and leave them there all day even if your “appointment” was in the morning and return your dog close to closing time for a simple bath. Horrible service

Take my 2 cats for nail trims, convenient and reasonable. Don't care that they come to your car to take pet because they are not careful in securing pet taxi and go from one car to another carrying pet taxi carelessly, with as smart and strong as my cats are, i am afraid they will open door while tech is distracted. This would be tragic. They don't allow younyo carry your pet inside, even with mask. Hope this changes soon.

Don't go here. This place is a dump and they absolutely DO NOT treat your fur baby good. I've used their boarding services a couple of times and each time my dog has come home sick and throwing up everywhere. I had to take him to the vet because he felt awful and I was told that they changed his diet and did not give him any water. Also, if you board you pet here, they DO NOT come to check on them like they say they do. They are left in boarding all day with no interaction. Recently, I had an appointment to get him groomed and when I tried to check him in, they told me they had no room from. I had just spoken to the owner on Sunday who told me to bring him in on Tuesday but did not give me a time. I called and asked if they were ready for him and she said they she had no room for him. EVEN WHEN I MADE AN APPOINTMENT!!! After telling her how disappointed I was in their services she hung up in my face. Poor dog care. Poor customer service. I will never ever come back to this place and I highly recommend that you don't either.

I stumbled across this doggie spa by accident , thank goodness I did . They have been great to my fur baby. A day in advance took her in and been so happy ever since. Highly recommend

My dog, Buddy, is occasionally a nightmare for people to handle. He's a whirlwind of energy and gets feisty, like most Heelers. The staff at Groomingdales, though, immediately developed a rapport with him. I spent the day anxious that I'd get a phone call that Buddy had pooped on the grooming table, or that he'd been a tasmanian devil, ripping through the salon. But when I got the call, it was just to tell me he was ready to be picked up. And he came out incredibly happy and smelling really nice. Let's be real. How often do dogs smell nice? Not just "okay" but actually nice? I'm happy, he's happy, we're all happy.

They are always extremely nice and accommodating. My dogs always look GREAT when they are done! I have gone to them for years, and I've never had any issues. I just love them!

My first experience was horrible I took my 4 month old pug for his first grooming and he came out crying with bloody paws. It was horrible all of his 4 paws were bleeding :( . I will never ever go to this place again!! They gave me a response as this is very common and it happens. :(

We took our dogs (2) at 10:30 am , we got them back at 7:45 pm and the grooming was HORRIBlE ! They even forgot to cut the hair of his tale! Really 2 stars is too much

I love this pup spa!!! Ian at the front desk is a pleasure to work with (good luck at SFA) and my dogs always come back looking great!! Additionally, they have many services to choose from!! Great job, Groomingdales!
