Greenway Animal Clinic Houston, Texas

I went yesterday to Greenway Animal Clinic and had a wonderful experience even better than anticipated. It was our first time here and the Vet took her time inspecting my dog. I felt she cared for my dogs health so much and she discussed all the things that could be causing my dog's skin and itching issues based on her symptoms. All other employees were very sweet to my dog so I feel like everyone here cares and loves animals.

I’ve been taking my pups to Greenway Animal Clinic since 2014 or so. The veterinarians and the entire team is kind, professional and I felt our care there was excellent and clear regarding care plans and cost- including treating heartworm in my adopted pup. I recommend them highly!

Doctors and staff here are so wonderful every time we are in. Squeezed us in today at the last minute before a flight. Couldn’t ask for better puppy care and customer service.

The best veterinarian's and great clinic i have been taking my fur baby with Dr.Moers and she is so good to her, I am so thankful to find a good vet for her someone so real and caring.♡

They do the most thorough exams, and really care about your pet. You couldn't ask for better servive & patient care.

Tried to setup initial pet visit. Staff was unhelpful and gave me the run around.

We love Dr. Harberson as she is always so attentive of our three precious kitties and answers all questions without rushing you and is very thorough and knowledgeable. The vet in general can be pricey, but I think the attention they get from the staff is worth it. I just wish we could go in with our pets for visits but as of the pandemic no humans allowed inside :(

Great vets and friendly staff!

These guys did a great job on our kitty's spay. They attached the suture to her abdominal wall to prevent the little pouch that develops in most adult cats after getting fixed. I've never seen this done before but it's clever. Great communication from their team and everyone had their mask on at all times. Would recommend!!

Our family was happy clients, but were shocked to find that in order to get a food prescription filled for my elderly cat they required us to come in person. Despite the stay at home orders. My cat is healthy, the food is gentle diet - no drugs here. It is disgusting that they won't support their clients or the animals in their care. Especially during such a horrible time. It seems only money matters here

We took our two newly adopted kittens here for their physicals and shots, and it was great. The staff was so friendly, appointments were easy to schedule and they had a lot of availability! Dr. Olson was the vet for both of our kittens and she was wonderful. She handled them so well and made this shots and vaccinations painless. She answered all of our questions and concerns so kindly and made us feel very confident taking them home. This will definitely be our go to clinic!

All the vets and techs here are great!

Great Vets, friendly techs, amazing front office staff. Dr. Olson was our vet for 7 years and thanks to her excellent care we had more quality time with our dog. She is a good listener and that was especially important when our dog got really sick. The prices are affordable and easy to understand- no surprise billing here. Also there is good continuity of care, if we saw another Vet on a day Dr. Olson was off the service was equally as good; and she would call to follow up on her return making us aware that she knew what was going on with our dog.

The people here treat your pet the way they would treat their own

All the vets are very good. They take time to calm your animal and answer all your questions.

Took my two kitties here for the first time today. What a wonderful experience!! Such a nice, quaint little office. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Moers was incredible. So good with my cats and very patient and informative. Plus I was able to schedule this appointment just yesterday! They fit me in the very next day. Have never had a better vet experience. Highly recommend!!

The Vets, vet techs and staff are fabulous

We adopted our pup from Greenway 3 yrs ago and see Dr Rachel Moers. Our lab mix had eaten something she shouldn’t have, started having symptoms on a Thursday, brought her in Friday, and Dr Moers, Dr Olsen, Dr Van Ness and their assistant Nina did emergency surgery over their lunch hour to make sure we were taken care of and not ending up at a $$$ emergency clinic after hours. I could not be more thankful! Dr Moers is our main vet, whom we absolutely love, but we have seen all of the doctors: Van Ness, Olsen, Harberson and Moers and they are all so patient and attentive to our dog. We’ve also boarded a number of times and our pup is always excited to see Pio the assistant! From the receptionists at the front, Kim and the docs, Pio with the kennel, 5 stars to everyone!!

Dr.Moers has been my dogs vet for over 5 years and i couldn’t imagine having anyone else but her. Staff is always ready to help and everyone is amazing!

I bring all me pets here. The vets are so sweet and they are so empathetic when we had to put our last dog down. If I ever leave this neighborhood this place will be one of the things I mis most

We got a new dog three weeks ago and she got sick within her first few days with us. We took her to Greenway (in the middle of an ice storm) and saw Dr. Harberson and never looked back! We’ve been through the whole nine yards in the past three weeks: antibiotics, surgery, and new vaccinations. Dr. Harberson has been patient and exceedingly kind through all of our questions, and Dr. VanNess who performed the surgery was awesome, too. Best veterinary office we’ve ever been to!

They've taken great care of my dog for medical visits and overnight boarding. The entire staff is amicable and professional.

Great folks who love your pets as if they were yours. Dr. Harberson is just one of the super sweet vets there. And their staff is friendly and helpful too!
