Everyone in this place is AWESOME! We are so fortunate to have found this veterinary clinic, we feel our fur-baby is in the best hands! Technicians and Vets are kind and very loving.

Extremely poor value. We knew this place was not cheap, but our dogs mean a lot to us and we're willing to pay for good service. We brought our new pup in for her first exam after already bringing our adult dog to this place for about 2 years. She had a spot on her leg that they took pictures of and measured and said they would check it again when she came in for her follow up for more vaccines. My fiancé brought her in and had a lot going on that day, so did not think to bring up the spot - but it is not his job... it is the vet's job to bring up their notes that they take. They did not even mention it. So I called this morning to see what the consensus was and the girl I spoke with had no idea. She put me on old for at least 5 minutes. And when she came back, she stated that we are to book a medical exam outside of her wellness exam. Which was NOT stated at our pup's first exam - we were promised it would be addressed in her follow up. So - another way to nickel and dime us. Another $55 dollar deposit and more high premiums :-) Again, we are happy to be completely robbed for the sake of our pups and good service, but when they start making things up and not doing their jobs - we are out.

Dr. C is a good vet he takes care of your pet he explains to you if anything is going wrong , are if he sees anything on the horizon that might happen he treats you and your pet the best he can and he deserves credit for that

My dog was a rescue off the streets in bad shape and they did a great job with him treating him and getting him healthy. 7 years later and he’s still going strong and I completely trust Dr. C and the staff with my dog.

I have been taking my fur babies to Garden Oaks Veterinary Clinic for several years and have only good things to say about them. They have been extremely professional, always with a smile on their face. I appreciate the time they take and their sense of caring. Dr. C rocks!!! Big thanks to the whole team!!!

This was my first time at Garden Oaks Vet and it was great! Our vet tech was super attentive and answered all of our questions which I loved! (As a first time mom I had a tons of questions) It was our first time being able to go in with Blue inside with him since Blue was a quarantine puppy! It felt great being able to be with my blue blue every step of the way! 10/10 Totally would recommend!

Garden Oaks is an awesome place to care for my 3 dogs..they are very professional & reliable..they are so accommodating too...Dr Day is the best Vet doctor I have ever seen out of 4 I have visited...his bedside manners are exceptional and professional...my dogs love him too...great place!!!

They treated our pet like a king! They were super warm and welcoming on our first visit, and were clear on costs and treatment. Would highly recommend.

I moved from Austin where I only ever went to one vet and switching vets can always be scary, or uncertain. I found this clinic on Google and from the first phone call, I was put at ease and excited to establish this as my new vet!

Garden Oaks Veterinary Clinic is wonderful!! It was the best decision I made to transfer there, when one of my cats was diagnosed with Diabetes. Dr. Chimatelli and Dr. Day are both excellent professionals and attentive to the needs of my pet. The staff is knowledgeable, personable, kind and caring. As long as I have a pet, they will be our Vet home!!

I brought Jenny in after she was severely injured in a dog fight. I was very impressed with the care, skill, and professionalism of the entire staff. It will take a while for Jenny to fully mend, but with the help of Garden Oaks Veterinary Clinic we will get there!

I must say, my first experience with Garden Oaks Veterinary Clinic was remarkable. From the first day that I called to make Apollo’s appointment, to his exam completion, visit explanation and payment; the entire process could not have been any smoother. Dr. Day and his experienced team provided me with top notch customer service. They were truly interested in Apollo’s present needs and went above expectations to make him feel at ease (being that he is 16yrs of age). Dr. Day took his time and explained Apollo’s exam results to me and a course of action that would maintain his health. A HUGE plus, NO surprise fees or pushes for additional services. If you are looking for an OUTSTANDING veterinary clinic, with kind, wonderful and knowledgeable doctors/staff members, I strongly propose Garden Oaks Veterinary Clinic, you will truly be pleased with the care that is given to your pet. Dr. Chmaitelli and staff are just marvelous! My two dogs have some problems both physically and behaviorally- everyone in the clinic has been so patient and understanding. They even gave me excellent training advice. I wouldn't take my babies to any one else.

I took my kitten in for his first ever vet appt today and I was very pleased with the experience. The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming with smiles and hellos, and they took interest in my kitten. The vet’s assistant and the vet himself were very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed in and out at all like at some clinics, and they were both very gentle and loving to my kitten for his exams and shots. They even trimmed his nails for me too. I was nervous at first because this is my first pet, but I was put at ease seeing their whole process. They have gained my trust and confidence, and I feel comfortable leaving my little fur baby in their hands now and in the future.

The best vet I've ever been too, my pup loves it there and so do I. The vets have never failed to help him feel better, and are always exceedingly nice to him. They have very reasonable prices, and always do their best to work with you to get your pets the best care they can. I'll never go anywhere else unless I absolutely have to.

Garden Oaks Veterinary Clinic has the most amazing staff and they put the well-being of your pet as their first priority! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best treatment for their pet.
