I appreciate Dogtopia Houston Galleria for their professional handling of our Dog. Since our dog have severe separation anxiety I left our dog to dogtopia during one day when being away. It is very nice to be able to see the dog through their webCam. I am happy with dogtopia and will use the place again. Anders

Great grooming and a very happy dog.

Super friendly staff and great facilities for doggie daycare. My puppy was both happy and worn out by the time I picked her up lol. Much better than having her bored at the house all day while I’m working.

Overall positive experience at Dogtopia. The staff is very friendly and took great care of my pup. I enjoyed the webcam that they offer to watch my pup play.

My pup Shadow loves it here! Shadow cannot wait to get out of the car and go inside and play. He has so much energy and this wipes him out each time. Everyone is so sweet and truly cares for each and every dog.

I've been getting my dog groomed here for years! Great staff and I appreciate how much they love all the dogs there! Great facility.

I took my 2 dogs here for grooming last week. They kept my dogs there for 3 hours without even giving them a bath and then called to cancel the grooming because the groomer had a family emergency. When I was on the way to pick them up, the groomer herself called and apologized to me personally so I thought to give them another chance. I rescheduled the appointment to this week. When I dropped them off this time, staff said the groomer was still out of town for family emergency so the grooming had to be canceled again. It took me an hour to drive my dogs there. If you knew the groomer was still out of town, why couldn’t you call or email me to cancel the day before? Not coming back here ever again!

Friendly, well educated staff. Great location and hours. My furbaby is still getting used to being around so many dogs (after being at home for most of her life due to COVID), but she already seems to enjoy it, she is barking less on walks, is always excited to go and all the dogs seems very happy when we are picking her up! I was worried about leaving her and going back into the office but do yourself and your dog a favor and take them to Dogtopia! It will be great for both of you! Love being able to watch my pupper learn in a new environment on the webcams too!

We evacuated from New Orleans with our dog and Houston Dogtopia took such great care of him during this difficult time. We go to Dogtopia of New Orleans and bringing him to Houston was easy and seamless.

Dogtopia is well run and the staff takes an interest in each dog as if they were children. My “son”, Oliver was extremely clingy until one of my friends told me how much his “son”, Chase enjoyed his time there. He also mentioned that he could watch his dog via videocam. Oliver now goes three times a week and he is much calmer and happier than he was before. I am so impressed with these young professionals!

I took my four month old puppy to Dogtopia’s to training with Montreal like two months ago.. Santana is a white pit bull that was jumping on my pregnant girlfriend, biting and doing all type of crazy stuff. Montreal taught us stuff weekly and told us if we work with him 3 times for 15 minutes everyday you will get amazing work. He is a great training and Dogtopia have a nice staff Sincerely Camron

The worker referred Montreal for private lessons so my mother and I booked him. It was $575 for 5 trainings I believed. & he charged a $25 travel fee to our home for each lesson. Our 7 month old Goldendoodle did not learn anything. Montreal was never on time. I would not recommend him. It all just seemed very fake. I recommend @Good_Daweg training. He whipped our goldendoodle into shape the following month.

I bring my babies chihuahuas today,last minute to trim their nails.. they was really helpful and caring.. Thank you guys!!

Absolutely horrible experience! Very unprofessional and rude staff. Took my 4 month old puppy for grooming - he came back with two of his nails ripped out of two different paws! There was blood all over his paws, his hair and in my car. My puppy was in so much distress. I had to take him to the vet. The manager refused to compensate for his medical bills and only gave us a refund after we sent multiple pictures of our puppy's blood filled paws. Carol was the name of the lady who groomed our puppy - she completely denied the whole thing. So unprofessional and unsympathetic. Big mistake to go here. I've noticed how on a lot of bad reviews the owner leaves the same comment saying "we do not know who you are, there was no record of you being a customer" - so just to prove that I'm a customer, I've attached the receipt from Dogtopia Houston Galleria which includes my name, the time, date and location :)

I was nervous but, excited to have my pup do a meet an greet. Going in though the staff made me feel comfortable with leaving her for the time that I did.

Best place for boarding and daycare. Our puppy Zeus really loves it here! He cannot wait to go back once he gets home.

Dogtopia booked my 3 dogs on short notice as well as did their meet and greet. Their model is great for social dogs, however one of my dogs is very anxious and it was clear to them and us that while she did stay there, she would have done better at a boarding facility with her own room as she just hid in the corner from other dogs the entire time :( my basset hound is also very social but prefers human interaction and depending on the dog trainer who was with them, the feedback carried. Overly needy human attentive dogs may thrive in a facility where you can pay for more one on one time. All in all my dogs survived and were safe and happy. Just a little stressed! I would use them again but not for the overly anxious dog.

This place was a lifesaver. Our dog was there for daycare a couple days while we were on vacation and I was really nervous about leaving him but Dogtopia and staff was amazing and I felt completely comfortable dropping him there each day! Gave me peace of mind, him something to do so he wasn’t missing us and our family the freedom to go and do without worrying about him. We’ll probably be taking him Dogtopia again!

The cameras for us pet parents are such a great plus!! The staff is super nice and attentive.

Dogtopia is the best home away from home for my two Golden Retrievers! They have created a safe and playful environment for my boys to socialize, and my boys always come back happy and exhausted!

I am all for reading reviews but never leave reviews. However, I thought this time, it was necessary to do so as you may be passing up one of the best daycares in Houston as a result of some of the reviews. After reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant to bring my dog to Dogtopia for her initial evaluation day and grooming. The staff was professional, friendly and most importantly caring. They handled Chloe with so much love and made her feel comfortable before taking her to the back to begin the evaluation process. Olanre did an amazing job giving me a tour of the facility and their processes. I was pleased to hear that rooms are always monitored and that Chloe was going to be able to take a nap and rest during lunch time while they cleaned their facility (yes, they clean their facility during lunch time to ensure our babies are in a clean and safe environment). I was also made very aware of the inherent risks of bringing Chloe to a daycare environment which is exactly like a child care. They explained that Chloe, although completely vaccinated who is 8 months ran the risk of getting sick because although all the dogs at their facility are required to be vaccinated, the vaccines do not cover all the strains of the bordetella virus (news to me, but I called my vet and he did confirm that is the case) until she builds her immune system, she also explained that dogs play with their teeth and that there is the risk of injury. Olanre explained that dogs don't like the sounds of dryers/dremels and sometimes may make sudden movements that may result in potential injuries for the dogs. I decided to go ahead and leave her anyway because I felt I had been well informed about the things that could potentially happen so I felt I had good information to make an informed decision. At the end of the day, it is a personal decision we all have to make and I think I made the best decision bringing Chloe to this facility. It is very clean, does not smell like dog, and the staff is upfront and honest about what your are getting into. When you look in the windows, you can see the dogs are having a blast and my Chloe absolutely LOVES coming here. We have been coming for 2 weeks now and she starts winning and wagging her tail the second we pull into the parking lot. She jumps out and never looks back. At the beginning I was a little hurt by this but now I just know that she is loved and happy to be there so I am happy too! Read the reviews but give this place a try. I can assure you will not regret it!

Everyone was super nice and friendly. You can tell that all of the employees are true dog lovers. Their multiple webcams are also a really sweet touch--nervous pet parents can literally watch their babies whenever they miss them/worry about them!

I wanted to write a review on the wonderful dog trainer I hired through Dogtopia Galleria. Montreal helped me with my dog's leash reactivity issues. They became prominent at dog parks and restaurants, which he met me at similar locations to recreate the scenario and come up with better methods of handling and correcting bad habits I had made over the years. My only regret is not taking my dog to him sooner. They learn best as pups. My dog is 5 1/2 yrs old. It will be a work in progress for me to handle her correctly. Montreal's advice is priceless to be able to enjoy an evening out with my dog too. He is a knowledgeable, courteous and patient dog/ human trainer. Thanks for all you helped with. Your lessons are much appreciated and I 100% recommend you.

Terrible experience. Injured my puppy while grooming. They held no accountability for it. Very unprofessional.

Picked my dog up and now having to take my dog to vet due to diarrhea and vomiting...

Dogtopia is the BEST! Very kind and knowledgable staff! Great environment! My dog Gigi loved the socialization and play. She met a new friend the first day! We will begin next week ( maybe before!) I was worried about returning to work as I had always been home with Gigi, as she was an abandoned dog found in an apartment. She had been all alone for 3 weeks. It broke my heart and the last thing I wanted to do was frighten her by leaving her alone again. I have a very soft heart for animals. We ???? Dogtopia!!!
