I was in a panic to get my fur baby in to see a vet as soon as possible and they were able to get her in right away. Made the whole situation so much better. Will continue to use them in the future.

I love this clinic. I love how I can just walk in. The staff are always so friendly and helpful.

It's 1st come, 1st served BUT the staff is sweet and love furbabies. Prices are incredibly reasonable. And they helped my baby girl feel tons better. ????

I’ve been going to this clinic for months since I found them in a desperate hurry to find same day attention for my dog! They take walk ins, and even though you might be there waiting for a while, it’s definitely worth it. The staff is very kind and attentive, and the doctors are very knowledgeable and will make sure to answer all of your questions. They’re always available when you call them with any questions, and their prices are unmatched! Will continue to bring my dogs there for years! So glad I found them!! ❤️❤️

Long story short, the location has dramatically changed. We have been going there for years... but as of the last month or two,, Dr. Russell has sold the business and Dr. Collier has left. This past week, we had a sick cat and brought her in... this was on a Wednesday. We sat in the waiting room from 8:30am till at least 1pm before being brought to an examination room. We than sat for another 40 minutes waiting for the new vet... The atmosphere has changed since they removed all the pictures and painted all the walls in a dark shade, making it feel gloomy. Overall, the place is not the same and had dropped in overall service to their customers. We have since found a new place to go and feel it was a wise choice to look for a new vet. Very disappointed in the new owners and how they have destroyed what Dr Russell had built over all these years.

I have been using Cypress Square Animal Clinic for about 5 years. They are always caring and sensitive to me and my dogs. The clinic staff is knowledgeable and run a well organized clinic. I recommend them whenever I can.

I called and got in the same day and everyone was very friendly and we did not have a long wait. All of the staff were excellent giving customer service. The office is reasonable not trying to break your pockets love it the doctor who opened this practice is the best the staff is so phenomenal. Thank

I had a sick furbaby 2 days before Christmas. I called several clinics and was unable to get an appointment. A friend referred me to Cypress. I called and they said bring him in. It only took 30 minutes to be seen and the doctor spent 20 minutes explaining the problem and how to treat it. She gave me 2 different prices, one involving treatment with meds based on the physical exam and one with X-rays and lab work. She recommended going with meds for a week. The difference in price was $250. I have never been to a Veterinarian that didn't try to get every dollar they could. They have found a new customer for life.

The clinic and vet were wonderful and caring to us. I had visited my brother and forgot one of my pet’s medications. She took care of us and helped us with the medication so we had enough to tide us over until we got back home. Thank you so much.

Kimberly at the front desk it the BEST!!!! She is always professional and super friendly......I would patronize CSAC just for her alone. She is awesome. Dr Collier is also the best vet I have ever dealt with. Extremely knowledgeable , professional yet extraordinary in her bed side manner. I have been coming to CSAC since the 80's . I hope nothing changes now that Dr Russell is no longer the owner. CSAC is the best. However, wish you still had Shelly grooming there.

This incredible veterinary clinic has taken care of many of my pets over the years and I absolutely believe they are the best quality care and attention for any of your fur babies!! They are knowledgeable , patient and kind with the animals and want what is truly beat for their patients!!

Had to take my cat in a couple weeks ago and told them he stopped eating and drinking and was vomiting. They said he appeared fine and saw no need to do further testing unless I just wanted to. Of course, since I’m not a vet, I follow their thought process. Turns out, a real vet diagnosed him with stage 4 kidney disease two days later. Tried to bring him back on a Saturday, well within their open business hours, just to have him get subcutaneous fluids, which is only a tech appointment… no vet needed. They decided they were too busy and we’re not going to see any more animals even though they were still open for another hour and the sign on the door and on the Internet all say that they’re open. Will absolutely never recommend them to a single soul and would not even consider using them even in an emergency situation.

We have had 3 dogs that have been given excellent and professional care by the doctors and associates. We recently lost our little Rosie. She was born with a bad heart and kidneys. After her heart surgery the surgeons said, because of her kidneys, she still would not live very much longer. She lived 2 more years because of Dr. Collier's excellent care. Thank you. Dr. Collier.

Great job. Other vet wanted 3x the amount just to get my cat in the office. They know their stuff, got my cat in and out. I think I found my new vet, thanks!

The vet was very caring and incredible but I had to put my dog down. I asked to do cremation as well as paw print. They forgot to do the paw print. The staff forgot to tag my dog to get her paw print and now its too late. I am sad. The whole experience has been terrible. How do you forget to tag the dog for a paw print.

Doctors are always knowledgeable, kind and take the time to explain and take questions. Walk-ins are welcome and prices are very affordable. I'm always telling my friends to go to this VET clinic when their pets need care.

I brought my baby zues Saturday for first time and he had GI. Thank you so much for making me feel at ease and thank you for caring for my boy as if he was yours. Doctirs6and staff were very helpful Thank You Yvette Trout
