I LOVE them!!! They did such a great job with our fur baby Harlem!!! They took their time with him. He wasn't scared when we picked him, he smelled so good too!!! They put a complimentary tie on him. Only down fall looks like they no longer offer weekend appointments. I've been trying for months to get him back(he needs it very bad) in for an appointment online but no availability on weekends only during the week.

We had our GSD bathed and trimmed for the summer here. He looks like a new dog, and we can tell he's much more comfortable both inside and outside the house.

Karen did a fantastic job grooming my Welch Terrier. He looks so cute and his clip was just as I requested. Best groom he’s ever had!! Thank you so much for taking good care of my baby.

I brought my 2 dogs to get groomed today at Chic Tails Boutique, for the first time. I have to say I was the uncertain how it would turn out from previous groomers I tried in the past. Chic tails actually put a lot of time into my pups and I am extremely satisfied. I usually don’t write reviews, and I often don’t feel so great about the level of grooming my boys get. The shedding has been a big issue. This team took the time to properly deshed, wash / cut and what ever they did was wonderful. I’ve never smelled them soo clean and the scent lingers (2 others also noticed). Usually my boys come home still with a lot of hair but not this time. I will definitely be bringing my boys back. So far the best groomers we’ve tried, over many years.

We enjoy taking our fur baby to Karen, she does a wonderful job each time and takes such good care of him. He is very comfortable with her!

I love this groomer! We have taken our dog to her two times now and my dog’s hair cut is perfect. We struggled to find someone that could give him a good hair cut after our previous groomer needed to take a leave of absence due to pregnancy. So glad we found her!

First time customer and I hope to spend many years with our 2 goldendoodles (6 month/3 months) and Karen as their groomer. I loved our baby girls first full haircut where her puppy coat cut was cut off. Over exceeded my expectations. Thanks Karen

Love that I finally found a great, knowledgeable groomer. My shih tzu had anxiety and Karen was so gentle and loving. Now he looks forward to going.

Karen was excellent with my two boys and very knowledgeable. She gave excellent recommendations for grooming - one Papillon and one Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She knew not to mess with my pap's ears, which was a fear of mine and has kept me cautious about taking him to a groomer. After Karen's work, though, I'm definitely going to incorporate a regular grooming session with her for both dogs. Very reasonably priced. Couldn't be happier!
